Recently Modified Leads report??
What exactly do you have to do to a lead to have it appear in this report? or what can I use to do the following I have an off site sales person. I am trying to track things they are adding - specifically notes into leads files. I though that adding a note to a lead would be enough to have it appear in the "Recently Modified" lead report, but it is not. It seems like lead updates would be what I'm looking for. But I don't see a way to make a view out of that any ideas?
After upgrading, We couldn't see all tabs that should be visible in Enterprise Edition?

Report on all instances of modified time
I've added a field to my Leads module named Next Followup Date/Time, which gives my reps the ability to scheudle their follow up to the lead if they left a message or got no answer. I would like to create a report that gives me list of everytime they update the lead based on modified time. I have created a report that gives me the records that were edited today but only the shows the last instance of the modified record. why aren't mass e-mails displayed in my sent folder
When I e-mail multiple leads, and it give me the "successful" message, where do the sent messages go? I can't find them in my sent folder. I need to verify WHO received them. As it said 32 successful. What about the other 100??? I need to locate the folder for sent mail on bulk lead blasts. Thanks

Rename Acount Number in French
Hi, In ZOHO CRM Accounts table, is it possible for you guys to change the label field in french from "Nombre de Compte" into "Numéro de Compte" or "Code du compte" as the first one means Number of Accounts instead of Account Number. Thanh you !

Blackberry Playbook
When I go into my Zoho account thru a browser and try to use the email on my blackberry playbook, (after I have gone into Leads and put a check into the box in front of the customers name). Deleted a Field Created
I had initially created a few fields under Accounts and Contacts. Now I want to delete them and only have under Potentials. I have deleted them under the customization tab layout and the fields tab, but they are still showing under the account screen and contact screen. I have tried logging out and logging back in, etc, but still no solution. Any help would be great. Thanks.
Call center - best practices
Hello, We are using zohocrm for our call agents but i'm not happy with the admin overhead! We are using activities for every call. The call agent has to close the task and create a new one as follow up call. Also if the call agent can not reach the prospect. Lost Description Data
Hi, Yesterday I imported about 32 leads into Zoho. This was the client list of a (small) business that I have recently taken over. The data included some descriptive info which I also wanted. The client list was in an Excel spreadsheet which imported quite nicely. I matched the descriptive info to the description column and voila! it was there. Recently we couldn't add more than 100 items to a quote/invoice. The problem is there is no warning/note to the user, once the user adds the item everything above 100 are deleted. This seems to be recent change, may be because of the memory issues. Pl. review this. Thanks.
Web Lead Form has no Submit button
I created a Zoho Web Lead form and copied the HTML code that Zoho created to my web site. There is no Submit button for the form. So I tried creating it again and than recreating the web page. Both times the form is now on my web page, however there still is no submit button??? What do I do???

How do I view contacts by Last Name?
I would have thought this would have been a basic feature for any CRM, but obviously not. How do I see my contacts list ordered by Last Name? There is no option in the default view to do so, only Contact Name. The omission puzzles me so any help would be appreciated.

I need to create business to business email lists. I need to use criteria derived from the Company or Account records to create these email lists. The individual email and contact information is found with the Contacts I know this CAN be done. Cannot modify accounts, contact, potentials who are from exported Data
Hello, I'm the administrator of my company Zoho CRM. When i'm clicking the modify page button all the data from the Account/Contact/Potentials is erased. So i'm "forced" to click cancel in order to don't lose the data. I can modify each field manually. I don't have this problem with new data. I tried on other accounts of my company and they don't seem to have the problem, except in the Accounts part, where the adress and Zip code are disapearing but not the street name. Can you help me?
