How you get a live person to talk to?
I need to talk to a live person ...my contacts are scrambled and I need to talk to a person. I spoke with someone 24 hours ago....he made me go through email....and I did I have not got a call back yet. This is unacceptable for a paying account. We have not be able to work for a day and a half at this point. .

Good Afternoon all, We are looking at moving to Zoho CRM and wanted some feedback from people that use it on a daily basis. We currently use MS Exchange and were considering using the MS Outlook plugin. Our other option is to move our mail to Google Apps and use the sync features offered. We want feedback from real users and are interested in your experiences using this solution. Does anyone have suggestions between staying with Exchange or moving to Google? Dynamic URL parameters for customer entities
Hi there, on our customer details page we need a link redirecting to a specific URL that could look like www.mydomain.com/customerId=XXX where XXX should be automatically be replaced by the value of a custom field "Customer ID" that is set with different values for each customer entity. Is it possible to achieve, that if Customer ID equals 123 the url is set to www.mydomain.com/customerId=123? Thanks in advance!

Editing an invoice reduces the stock ... again and again!!
Hi, Once the invoice is created, it reduces the stock. This is good. But when I edit the invoice, for non-item things like, invoice date or due date or notes it tries to reduce the stock. Essentially everytime I save the invoice it reduces the stock inventory. Is this how it supposed to work?

Email Template not showing up after saved.
I have created two Email Templates today. Each with 5 attachments. After I save them they do not show up in my Templates folder. I have created many templates before without a problem. Is there something wrong here?

Expected revenue shows 0.0 after set to closed won
We have multiple projects which are set as closed/won. Some of them show an expected revenue correctly. The others seem to show 0.0. If I look down at stage history, closed won shows the correct expected revenue. Why would the stage history reflect closed/won with correct expected revenue, but at the top of the opportunity, it shows 0.0?

Custom Field - drop down list
I would like to have a custom field that gives the user a drop down list of choices, but that the user can also readily add to the choices. For example, the field I want is for the name of a Trade Show, which is obviously a list that grows over time. I want a drop down list to ensure accurate entry of data (ie I don't want the name of a show to be entered differently by mistake - Cooking Convention vs Cking Convention). I'm trying to achieve the following: I have about 10 sales reps --- Each will have their own Zoho CRM login. I need each sales rep to track their progress towards target. Currently, forecasting is done using months. I want to see targets by website. Import organization accounts does not update date field
Hi I'm trying to import an XLS or CSV file to update my datas. I have a monetary field and a date field. Ex : "TOTO","298.5","2011-09-30" Monetary field is ok. Date field won't update. I'm running a SaaS business (the same as ZoHo) and I'm trying to figure out how to create "products" for the different subscriptions we offer. Can I use the Products feature, which seems to only support hard goods or just create a custom field in teh account record to track what subscriptions they are using?

Google Voice Extension not working in Zoho CRM
Hello, I have been using the Chrome browser and the google voice extension for the last week or so. All was working fine until yesterday when my selection of a phone number within Zoho CRM shows a SKYPE:+1xxx-xxx-xxxx in the status line. If the hyper link is clicked I get a warning box that I am invoking an external program (skype). I cancel and am unable to get google voice to work upon the hypelink. Hi, Stock inventory is reduced whenever we make an invoice and restocked when we get the Purchase Orders fulfilled, this is cool. Is there a way I can sell it as a bundle some items from the inventory? E.g. Item 1 - Rs. 10 Item 2 - Rs. 10 Item 3 - Rs. 10 Bundle 1 - Item 1, Item 2, Item 3 - Price - Rs. 30 and when use the bundle it reduces the stock by 3 units instead of one. Is it possible? Thanks.

Mail merge on single contact with a button like the email feature
Quite often we need to send a mail merge from a created template to only one contact. The problem here is that we have to view the list view to find the contact and then if that contact does not show up we have to search etc which can be quite time consuming. All we need is a "Mail Merge" button or section like email that we can click once while we are in the contact record and create the letter, and it would be even better to be able to attach a copy of that letter with the merged information

Skype Functionality
Skype Functionality is STILL not working. When attempting to use Skype by clicking on a phone number your site doesnt put the "1" in the Call To tag. As a result, Skype is led to believe we are attempting to make an international call instead of a call within the US. I would appreciate it if you would make this VERY Minor Fix, which incidently has NOTHING to do with your use of AJAX. Pete DePalma
Notes - where's the Notes module?
In our business we write filenotes after sales meetings and calls. I'd like to store these filenotes in Zoho, but Zoho seems to have very limited capability with storage of notes. In our old CRM system we could relate a filenote to multiple people (contacts), multiple organisations (accounts), as well as multiple opportunities (potentials). This was extremely useful because we often have a single meeting with mutiple people from multiple organisations about multiple opportunities. One filenote
Purchase Order -Create from Sales Order and drop ship to cus
I am a Reseller and would like to be able to create a purchase order from Sales order data, including requesting the distributor to drop ship the products directly to the customer (customer as 'ship to') as I do not want to warehouse the product. I do not see these features currently but I am also new to the product. Can I do these things today, or do you have plans to add these features soon?
Printing
When I print a Contact's details, why don't the 'notes' get printed along with everything else? Is there a way of specifying what should be printed and what shouldn't? For example I often want to print contact details to take to a meeting with a client - I need the 'notes', but not the list of 'emails' exchanged. This will be easier once you produce an iPad version of course!!

We have specified Account Name in quote… We have specified the same in inventory template (See first field under “Bill To”) Still we are unable to see the same in “Print Preview”.. Kindly advise, what we are missing!!
SSL for Webforms
Hi, I am using the Web to Contact Form and since the code you provide is https, I am having the security certificate error while submitting the form. I cannot have my customers look at this. I tried to make it http and tried. But this takes to a ManageEngine page when you hit the submit on the Webform. Please let me know asap if there is a way I can have the webform not use the SSL. Screen Resolution in "New Version" for CRM
There is no doubt that the "new version" is excellent update. But there are many PCs and Thin Clint screens are working on 1024xNNN resolutions. We face that some of the portion from side is going out of the screen in this screen resolution. Is there any way-out?
