edit page layout function not working in CRM leads section
I have confirmed I am paid via Zoho invoice. And I have logged out and re booted twice. When I go into Setup and try to edit the leads layout page, I get a "not available" message or a message that Internet Explorer is not working. Yet all my other Zoho CRM pieces are working... I can add new leads, edit leads, sort leads, etc. Very frustrating. I have a lot of work for the next five days before presenting this system to the client (I am footing the bill while I prepare the presentation and database
Previewing Activity Fields from Account View
Is there any way to customize the activities preview within the Account/Lead/Contact/Potential view to display the fields I want to see? I would prefer to see the creation date of closed activities as opposed to the status or due date, but I cannot figure out how to make that change.
Inactivating users
I am an admin of my company, and we just recently started using Zoho CRM for our customer database. I've noticed many of my users will randomly become de-activated. I looked into it a little bit, and I noticed the users who are not currently logged in will become de-activated when I create a new user. Is this happening to anyone else, and is it intentional? Do Attached Google Docs take up storage allowance in Zoho CRM?
Hi, Just wondering is attached google docs take up storage space on the Zoho CRM server. We attach a lot of PDF's etc in our current CRM, and with the small storage space offered to Zoho users we're worried that if we make the move we'll be paying a fortune for additional storage. SugarCRM also allow Google docs attachments, but because they just reference to them, it doesn't take away from your storage allowance. Cheers! Nathan

I think it would be a neat idea to have Lookup fields link to their lookup pages available in views, a good example of this would be in "cases" however i can not get this to work in "potentials"? is this feature already implemented?

Report and filter criteria should have a drop down instead of text field
Just a thought as I'm coming from Dynamics CRM. One thing I find frustrating is when running a report for example, if I enter a criteria such as "Stage is " it just gives a text box. I then have to remember the full proper names of the stages and type them in. This is a pain with some custom fields where I have 10 or so fields I want to select. I don't seem to see it anywhere just wondering if it's possible. In Microsoft CRM it has an announcements tab that managers can post important notices to, and then when users sign into CRM it goes to that page and shows all the info there. Workflow wont update "stage field" bread crumb in potentials
I have set up work flows in potentials that keep the "stage" Field updated with out having to manually edit the record. However i have noticed using this method has stopped the bread crumb feature working? I am wondering why this is the case as the stage is clearly changing but the bread crumb just isn't recording the change?

I would like to test a leads import with the duplicate records function (skip or overwrite). I know that this function is available on the Enterprise Edition. But is there a way to test it ?

Is there any way to monitor in any reports de leads that has changed Owner? I have a telemarketing team that cold calls potential leads and once they have someone interested, the change the lead owner to a sales rep. Zoho CRM Responding Very Slow
What is the latest status, as of March 23rd @ 12:54 PM...Zoho CRM is very sluggish...constantly in "loading" process??? I'm using Internet Explorer...everything on computer is working fine, other websites are fine. Please try and isolate what is happening here.
Report and View pulling different results.
I have a Report, and a View - both with the same criteria. However, I am getting different results for each result set. The View is pulling up all records, the Report is short. This is logged on as the same user, and the missing Contacts are owned by both myself and other users - plus we have it so everyone can see anything. How can I find out what is the issue? Hello In zoho crm when I create a new Task, It is automatically getting displayed for my colleague also. I am the admin and my colleague is not having admin privilege. I know it talks about using POP3 settings in zoho but that concerns me since I wouldn't want email going to just Zoho CRM, I'd prefer it going to standard gmail as well as Zoho. Just wondering if for example there's a way to do it like Microsoft CRM where if you send an email from the CRM, it has a # in the subject so if someone replies it auto links it to that account or opportunity?

I am hoping I am missing something and somebody can weigh in on the logic/appropriate workflow for me to solve this issue. Where can I find entity ID for accounts in Zoho?
I'm trying to import notes and contacts to link to Accounts but doing it by Name causes half of them to not work, so I want to do it by Parent Entity ID. Where on earth do I find what an accounts ID is? if I export, every single account says 342115000000054000 is the account ID, they're all 100% the same. I've tried everything I can't for the life of me figure this out. I made my own account ID for each account but you can't import notes or contacts based on that for some reason. Please help!
Confirmation Email
Have signed up for a trial of Zoho CRM. The primary email account is a well known ISP (***@btinternet.com) but when I ask for a confirmation email, nothing appears. I've sent and received an email from the primary email account, so I know thats working. I've logged into the webmail version of the primary email account to see if it has been sent to spam, but there is nothing there. Any work arounds?

Migrating to Zoho but I have many old users, what should I do?
