Transfer Quickbooks Inventory to CRM Products
Our CRM is configured to transfer only products from Quickbooks to Zoho CRM. No Sync. We were able to get 16 items the first sync, however it did not grab all of our products. We then adjusted the mapping to bring down the rest of our inventory into Zoho and nothing came down. We have tried many different mapping selections with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks, Mark

Custom Field Data Not Being Replicated During Lead Conversion
Hello, Please forgive me, I posted something similar earlier, but in the wrong section. We are new here. We added 5 new custom fields to our Leads area and replicated them in Contacts, Accounts and Potentials. However, when we convert a Lead to a Potential, the data in those fields is not being carried over in either Contacts, Accounts or Potentials. How do we fix this? Custom Fileds not updated when Converting a Lead
Hello, We are new to Zoho CRM, so forgive us if this has been answered. We created about 5 custom fields in our Leads and chose to duplicate those fileds in Prospects, Contacts and Accounts. However, when we Convert a lead into a prospect, those fields are not being carried over, they are all blank. Is there a backend way to associate custom fields from one dataset to another? upload trade show leads - there MUST be a better way
There must be a better way, but I have yet to find it. So scenario is trade show contacts that are delivered via Excel file on USB. We do at show filtering, so no leads in file, all are contacts for follow up action. Now, I have all the info but need to get to Zoho. ZOHO CRM Email system confusion
ZOHO CRM email seems to be 2 separate systems. If you use the email module tab to access email, the features are different than if you access email through the Contact module. The email tab supports the address book, the new drag and drop attachment features, etc. The Contact module email access does not have these features. i.e. no drag and drop and it will not access the address book. How do I see the most recently changed leads. This includes those leads where only a note has been added or changed. I would like a view where I can see recent updates and thus follow what is happening.

I would like for ZOHO CRM to come out with shopping cart integration to Search Fit. com or Core Commerce. Ideally, orders can come in from the website direcly into CRM as accounts and with QuickBooks; we would be able to transfer sales straight down into QuickBooks. Examples of this would be Infusionet.com or Bizautomation.com. From marketing to support, we would be able service our customers better and redcue redundant key strokes between systems.
Linking Custom Fields in Leads -> Accounts + Contacts
I have created a custom Pick List field in Accounts and an identical field with the same LOV' in Contacts. When I associate a new Contact with a particular Account part of the address fields are auto populated. However the Custom Pick List field in Accounts called County is not associated with the same field in Contacts. Is there a way of creating an association between two fields in two different modules. Zoho CRM transfer to new Google Apps account
We set up a Zoho installation a few years ago and now want to integrate this with our Google Apps installation, however, when we try to do this, Zoho creates a new account to connect with our Google Apps installation using this domain. When we try to add the Google Apps domain to the older Zoho CRM account, it says that our email ID already exists. Any ideas?

Hi. I'm able to enter a contact fine within Gmail, however when I try to add a Note or other next step I get an error message (screen shot provided) I blurred out the contact info for the forum, but you see the error message. I was able to create the exact note within CRM later, but it did not work within Gmail.
Convert Lead - did not create Account
I was converting a lead in CRM. I can see it was converted to potentials and contacts. However it did not create an account in accounts.I thought it would do autometically. woudn't it?

Error when creating note from widget on Google Apps email page
When trying to add a note from the Search "email@domain.com" in Zoho CRM [Go] widget in Google Apps email, I fill in both fields (Note Title* Note Content) and get an error: Unable to populate data, please check if mandatory value is entered correctly Not sure what's causing the error.

It seems every time we have any issue with our Zoho CRM we have to send at least two, sometimes three emails and wait DAYS before someone responds. I sent an email yesterday morning then again this morning and still nothing. Customer service is non-existent
Help Needed: How to use related lists in Potential Module
I am going a bit crazy trying to find a way to use a related list in the Potentials module. Specifically, I have created a look-up filed for a "Vendor" so we can associate a "Vendor" (we actually use the vendor module for our sales channel partners) with a Potential. Where I am running into trouble is trying to then have a look-up to select a specific contact from that "Vendor" with the Potential. I want to be able to click on the "Vendor Contact" field I created and have it list ONLY those contacts

Lead Status not setup the same as Job Stage for Pipeline purposes
In theory, your Lead Status field should be able to act like the Job Pipeline...where there is a specific order to how the specific entry is worked: Not Contacted Contacted Contact In Future/Followup Lost Lead Qualified Why is the Lead Status setup differently to prevent proper reporting in the pipeline?

mail merge
I have a stupid question. Whats the difference between using Mail Merge to create a group email and merge fields from contacts and using an email templete. It seems to me that they do the same thing, except that using an email templete you can keep track of the email sent to the individual persons. what am I missing? when would you use the mail merge?
Lead Editing is slow
I need some advisement: Everytime I click on a Lead and then edit, a "loading" box appears and takes anywhere from one to three minutes to load. Javascript issue perhaps?

Hello. I am new to zoho crm and I have a few questions. I work for a company which is renting costumes. For example, I am sending one costume one day and I recieve it back 3 days later. This means that if I have in my stock 10 costumes after sending 4 of them I will have 6 costumes in my stock and after I recieve them back I will have 10 again. Mail Merge (Word) with a Leads Campaign
Has anyone done an easy mail merge with MS Word and zCRM from leads? I am setting up campaigns and want to incorporate direct mail in the campaign but haven't been able to figure out how to import a data set from CRM into Word without going through each lead line-by-line which defeats the purpose of mail merge.
