Has anyone created a Zoho CRM Walk Through guide with screen shots. My organization is not interested in watching videos and I can not find any pdfs or word document explaining how to do basic functions
Export Events to Google Calendar
Hi, I'm trying to export my Zoho CRM events to Google Calendar, but i couldn't find any way to connect them. There are no option on my Zoho CRM setups to configurate it. I already connected my Zoho CRM tasks to Google tasks and Calendar, but not my events yet. Could someone help me? Thanks a lot. Ana
I can't upload my lead data
Help! V new to all this - I am trying to upload data on an excel spreadsheet so that I can export to mailchimp & then use zoho to manage follow ups. However although I am matching the columns with the data in the spreadsheet, when I then look at the leads there are only 5 columns, not all the ones in the spreadsheet, & importantly, not the email address column. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? Help much appreciated, Lisa
New CRM Account: Sorry for the Inconvenience...
I signed up for a CRM account last week because I had been told that Zoho was the best CRM. However, every single time I have tried to login since I created the account, regardless of browser (Firefox or Chrome), I get the following message: Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please try after some time or report your issue in the feedback form given below. What am I doing wrong?
Default to email request receipt = yes - possible?
Is there a way to turn request receipt to true as a default setting when sending email? As 90% of my emails are sales-related, it's important to me to know if/when the receipient has opened it, and I usually forget to check this box. If this is not possible, could you take this on as an enhancement request?

We seem to have a problem getting to the next page in the CRM. We keep receiving a 'Loading' message and it takes extremely long to get to the next lead. Is there a problem across the board? Is there something we need to do? Help!

Account modified date
We work off reports to make sure we stay in contact with our accounts. When we call a account - we call a contact within that account. However the last modified date on the account does not change or follow the last modified contact date. We need to understand why this is not happening. Example: 1. We produce a list of accounts that have not been called in last 30 days. The last modified date is within a certain date period. 2. Set up Alert on Potential Change
Hi, I want to set up an "Alert" whenever the following criteria is met. Potential Stage is "Closed Won" And Potential Owner is not set as Current User And Potential Owner Field is changed to some other value I'm finding it difficult to specify these conditions in the criteria while creating a rule. Get Information from other Modules
Is there a way for me to put a related item in a custom module so that I can see related information from one module to another? In my Sites module I want to see information from my Clients module. I want to add it as a related list or perhaps a link to my Zoho Site Details. Again, Sites is a custom module.
User Permissions - View only certain accounts
Hi, I'm trying to find a way that a certain user could only have access to certain accounts. So for example we have 100 different parent accounts (and 1000 plus child accounts associated with them) and we would only want the new user to be able to see child accounts associated with 1 particular parent account. I can see how to set permissions on the 'field' level, but this assumes that you want every user to be able to see every single account on the account level. Any help is appreciate, thanks!

Can I associate multiple accounts to each potential?

Editing Lead Field Data Types
I am currently in a trial phase and notice that when I want to enter a new lead the 'First Name' field is a pull down list for Title and the Title field is open Text. seems swapped around - how can I correct this? This may have been a setup mistake when first accessing the system, but now I cannot see where I can get to this Data Type and correct it. See the attached pic

using formula to calculate a new date
I have a date field that I want to use to calculate a new date field automatically using the data in the original date field. I have tried using formulas but getting lots of syntax and missing quote errors. This is what I've used.... Time Stamp
I notice when I make calls from my leads list, the time stamp is off by 2 hours and a few minutes. I can adjust the call time, but the overall time stamp of the information is off. My computer has the correct time displayed, so I assume its the time on the program. I don't see where/how to adjust it. Please let me know how to resolve this. Import products with prices not possible?
We are trying to use the Product module for the first time and imported our data for about 500 products. We have the list price in our csv file and mapped that properly, I think. But after the import the prices are not shown on the product detail page. After looking around the forums we see complaints from other people about not being able to import prices. Should the prices be imported from a csv file during the import, or is this broken in your code? Should we be using the Price Books to get

How can I set up leads similar to the Account/Contact structure? We have prospects that are big accounts and many contacts need to be tracked. Yet we do not want to mix them in with customers. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Task Reminder Popup
We are considering upgrading from the free edition and are currently evaluating Enterprise. One required feature is popup alerts on tasks. I know in the free edition, this feature does not exist. However, the ability to set time/date for notification and the option to select email or popup is not visible in task creation/editing for the version we are now testing. Is this feature disabled prior to upgrade?

I setup Zoho CRM for my territory and expense the monthly fees for myself and the others users in my territory. Another territory leader wants to use Zoho and since I cant see a way to split the billing I want to look at cloning my schema so that she can have her own CRM with the same customizations that I made. Can I generate a new potential automatically?
Is there any way to create a new potential based on a macro / automation / query ? After I create the standard Contact/Account/Potential from a successful Lead, my sales process requires me to follow up with a new sales presentation after the initial Potential is complete after a set number of days. CSV import failing
I have a CSV file with four fields that I wish to import. I did three records and it worked fine. So, I tried the whole file and it says the import ended abruptly. 0 records read, written, etc. I checked to make sure required fields are on all records. I made sure UTF-8 data was used. I rolled back all attempts and retried. I have more stuff to attach, but there appears to be a three attachment limit...
