I created a meeting invite in CRM and then sync'd the meeting invite with Outlook before sending it out to the 4 participants. Each participant responded but I am now getting repeated notifications from one of the participants (at least 20) that he has accepted. How can I stop these notifications from coming through?

How to identify Zoho CRM contacts that have not had an activity in the last 6 months
I am using Zoho CRM Professional Edition and am trying to find a way for the system to help me identify which contacts I should proactively contact as I have not had a recent interaction with them. I have tried to create a report showing contacts who's last activity (i.e. call/event) is greater than x months ago (i.e. 6 months) but can't workout how to specify this criteria. Hi; I'm in the process of migrating CRM data from our previous CRM to Zoho CRM. I'm currently trying to migrate Account information. I manage to get the Account records created, with correct info and correct dates, however there are two things not working as expected: Account Owner Id: It always is set as the Adminitrator Id, regardless of the Account Owner Id that is specified in the CSV migration file. I've tried with the User IDs provided by Zoho when I do an export, as well as with the User Names,

Emails produced by ZOHO CRM
Hi, When I send an email from ZOHO CRM, the recipient sees my first name, surname and my email address. I don't want my user name associated with the emails sent, I would like it to list my companies name, not my name. I have had to change my user name to the companies name to get around this so far. More button and reordering menu is annoying
I have room to show about 20 modules on my menu bar, yet only 7 show up with a More... button. I would rather see as many modules as possible without clicking the More button. Also, I find it infuriating that the order of menu items constantly changes based on frequency of use. Why not let us just reorder it in a way that works for us - I'm constantly hunting to find the module I want to use. Is it possible to re-order the fields in teh Quick Add Dialog boxes?
I love the quick add feature. I find it helps me work much more efficeintly. However, the order of the fields in the Quick Add Contact dialog box does not flow logically (in my eyes). I have started to use Zoho CRM Professional Edition for my own home based business and Love it! I have loaded around 300 contacts (customers) so far and am sure the number will double in the next year. I would appreciate some suggestions/tips on how people keep contact information current in Zoho CRM? I have used another CRM many years ago (in another job) which enabled me to periodically send an email to the contacts in the CRM showing the contacts details that we had stored for them in the CRM.

Support tickets logged into CRM
Hi, I'm needing some help. I'm trying to have one point of information when it comes to client details, this being the CRM program. I have both the CRM and Support programs going on right now and I have figured out how to integrate them together except for bring the ticket information back over in the CRM's history area. I have tried everything I can think of but when I go to a client on the CRM and check under support history the ticket from Support doesn't show up. Please help!

Importing Potentials by Zoho Account ID?
Hi all, Each month I receive a commissions report from companies I represent. Once i receive these, I manipulate the data to be imported as 'closed won' potentials into Zoho so I can track account performance. However, because zoho allows for duplicate account names how can I be sure that the potential is assigned to the correct account? Surely we should have an option to import potentials by 'Account ID' rather than 'Account Name' to be sure the potential is applied to the correct account? I realize

Migrate from another CRM - Owner Mapping does not work?
I've been emailing Zoho support for a week on this and they keep giving me a superficial answer which is that this function SHOULD work, but it DOESN'T. Which they haven't tested or tried to tell me what's wrong. I'm at a loss at how not helpful they've been. Hopefully the Zoho Community has a solution? When I upload from Migrate from Another CRM and map the Owner Field (using owner email address) everthing still imports under my name? How can I get it to work to assign to the actual Owner?
Contacts show as deleted?
I imported several contacts and when I try to add an event to any of them a dialog box comes up and says that the contact has been deleted. If I go to the deleted folder it is not there. I did not delete these. Please Help, I am trying to find a CRM I can use for my business. Thanks Dean

Import Limit for Skip/Overwrite
Hi, I have exported all of our Accounts via a report. I exported both pages, giving me a total of 3,486 entries which I plan to alter and import back into our Accounts Module. The limits, I am aware for importing using Skip or Overwrite function is 5,000. 3486 is less than 5000. Upon finding the csv file, selecting Overwrite and clicking Next the following message appears. "You can perform Skip/Overwrite option with a maximum of 5000 records only. Please try again with less than 5000 records." It
When I create a new custom field it gives the option to create same field in potentials i did not do that, and now I need the same fields in potentials, can I add these now?

Would anyone know why I keep getting a syntax error on the formula below? The message I get says 'missing brackets'. If(Contains(${Potentials.Elec Incentive Paid to?}),'Guardian',${Potentials.Approved Elec Incentive Amount},0)) So essentially, if the field labeled Potentials Elec Incentive Paid to? has the word Guardian in it, I want to pull the amount from the field labeled Potentials.Approved Elec Incentive Amount. If it does not have the word Guardian in it, then it should place a zero instead.

Hello, I imported leads from a CSV file containing an entry under the column "Lead Source" as "List One". At the time, I had not added "List One" as an entry option for "Lead Source" in the setup options, but the leads nevertheless imported and looked correct, with "List One" as the the lead source for all entries, as expected. The problem arises when I try to create a view that includes all leads where "Lead Source" is "List One". I can't, because "List One" is not one of my options in the "Lead
