Add new user to CRM- email taken?
I am trying to add a new user to CRM, but I get the error message- email address already taken when I try to add. The email I am adding is not that of a current CRM user. Please help.
Duplicates throuh Lead import
Hey, I made the setting in the customization section, that no duplicates should be generated considering the email adress. I it possible, that the system also recognises that a CONTACT with the same email already exists while importing LEADS? Because right now a new LEAD is gernerate through import even ther is a CONTACT with the same mail adress. Thanks for your help (;
Workflow trigger date
Workflow automation where the trigger date is set and the trigger is 20 days before, work fine if it is in the same month, if the date 20days ahead is the 10th of next month they do not work, has anyone experienced this and if so is there a work around. I have tested it repeatedly and it will work up to the end of the month, but not in to the following month, rule is set for yearly, have tried monthly and still not working.

Working for a Speech Therapy Company, we hire customers with types such as schools, therapists, doctors, etc. Is there a way to view only a specific set of fields for each customer type? Sort order of search filds for contacts
Hi There is one thing that are really annoying, when searching in ZOHO CRM, the matching contacts, list the contact owner as the first field, and the Full name as the last one. Most natural are to click on the first field for opening the user, but here you need to click on the last field (Full Name). Is there any way to switch this so the Full Name are to the left, and the Contact owner to the right in the search result`? I still want to see the contact owner field in the search result... Why does Zoho Quotes produce odd sized PDFs
When you use Zoho to generate quotes the page size in the PDFs created are 8.26 inches by 11.69 inches. Where does this bizarre size come from and how can it changed to something sensible - like 8.5 x 11? Right now you have to have Acrobat resize the pages to print them - which is inefficient use of page real estate dues to the strange page height chosen.

Import undo processes stuck for weeks
We use the .xls leads import option on ZohoCRM and sometimes we do need to use the undo option on import history. Our issue is that sometimes undo processes doesn't get completed and we have undo processes more than month old stuck in the queue. What could be the issue ? Tried contacting ZohoCRM support team before posting the question here https://support.zoho.com/portal/zohocorp/home and waited few days for a reply. Now I couldn't even log in to that because it says Invalid Email Address or Password
Numbers and Integer fields
Does anyone know if Zoho is planning on adding commas to integer fields? Example: 1000000000000 is very hard to read. Why can't it be 100,000,000,000. Zoho please fix this basic function.

One of the frustrating things about Zoho is not having a quick view of recent activity one one list. I would like to see a list view that shows all email,diary,notes in date order for a related account or contact. Take a look at Maximizer CRM to see what I mean
ZoHo CRM Latvia has changed currency from LVL to EUR
Hello, When you pick currency locale as Latvia, all prices are shown with LVL (Latvian Lat). As of 1st of January 2014 we have EUR as a base currency. It is possible to fix this? I`m sure it should not be a big problem. Thanks

Formula not showing up as an option in Potentials
Hi All, I'm trialing Zoho and am trying to calculate our total contract value for each Potential. I used the Formula field in the Products module without issue, but now when I go to set up a custom field under Potentials, Formula isn't an option on the left side menu. I'm unsure if a) this is a bug, b) it's a limitation of my trial or c) Formula just isn't available for Potentials period. Can anyone help? Thanks so much!

Is it possible to send a link to a web form to a customer that has the Account or Contact prepopulated and hidden? For example, I want to send a report card form related to a custom module to all of our customers and have them respond, bu I want to know who is submitting the form without forcing them to type in their names.
Can you change the order of items in a quote in Zoho CRM?
Hi, Basically we do our quotes in Zoho CRM and then different customers will want different works packages. The clone function is a brilliant idea. However once cloned If I want to add a product the item it will alway appear at the bottom and to get in the correct order I then have to remove items above it and reenter to have it in the correct sequence. Have played about with a Zoho books trial I note that this is possible here, but I really don't want to have another platform to have to login to

Can't enter any templates it gives me errror "Only 32000 characters are allowed in your email content". I am nowhere near that number of characters. See my secreen shot... Please help, if I can't use templates then I will need to cancel and go to another CRM.
Workflow Issue on Import
I need the capability to have a set of Workflow rules automatically attach to leads as they are imported into ZOHO CRM. This is not one task, but a series of 10 tasks which should occur at intervals up to 100 days out. How can one accomplish this. I see how to set up workrules, but they don't appear to work on imported leads. Is this something I and I alone need? BillK :?:
Creation/Edit of Contact Record Creating Duplicate Accounts
I am in account form and creating a new contact. When save a new duplicate account is created and contact does not appear in original account. Tried entry from short form with same result. Merged duplicates to correct. Edited contact to clean up and when save back to original problem...duplicate account with disassociated contact.

Our sales reps use TimeTrade to book time with potential customers. Is there a way we can integrate a link to their calendar into email templates? Keeping in mind that we have multiple users (sales reps) all using the same template.

Hi, I would like to ad several tags to each lead. For example: tag by position, country, industry, couple of sub industry topics depending on the responsibilty (like regulatory in clinical research or regulatory finished products) etc. For some leads I would like to use even 7-8 tags. I want to add a new Account. I've looked at the tool bar across the top but it it not there. I do have admin privileges. The only way I can add a new account right now is to go into open and click edit on an existing contact. Then when I hit the account lockup I can choose to add a new account. I have been getting duplicate notifications tasks/pop ups since early last week. I have spoken to CRM support today they are saying that his has always been the case, but yet I always work with multiple tabs, they are saying that if you have multiple CRM web pages open then you will receive the same amount of these pop ups? Edit Contact: "edit" link disappears when mouse over and can't be selected
Hi guys I am trying to use the direct edit option on screen to modify a contact email adress. But on mouse over the edit link completely disappears and cannot be selected. Happening on FireFox 21 at least..IE works ok. Cheers Timm
