Send Mail from POTENTIALs lIst
I wanted to share a list of potentials with another user. When I click on send mail under the more actions menu , iy asked me to select few records. I selected 7. Then I was prompted to select a template. I only template shown was "bid deal alert". Once I selected that , screen shows 7 mails send. This was most embarrassing as emails were not meant to be send to the contact listed in each potential record. How do I rectify this.? Thanks NARESH

Reports tab on home page has disappeared!
Hi all, I have just noticed that on the main tab on Zoho which shows home/pulse/leads/accounts etc has removed the tab for Reports. Does anyone know why this may be? I have also searched for reports, but no results have come up. Thanks, Kelly

change primary email address zoho system markup creating an error
OK so there's a need here to change a primary email address for a member of my team in Zoho. Search Tool Only Sometimes Works
We are having an issue with the Search tool working only sometimes. This has happened across several users on several machines, across the country. When searching for a name or company, sometimes a result will appear, other times it says "Loading" at the top and doesn't process. Clicking refresh generates a blank page. Thanks!

Unable to Assign Records Via Webform
Hello, I have integrated the webforms into our wordpress site and when you submit the information, it gets entered into Zoho, sends an e-mail to the person who entered the information and sends and e-mail to myself. However, I have assigned a rule to change the record owner depending on a field that the record submitted (entitled "branch that the record lives closest to"). However, the record owner doesn't get assigned even when the selected "branch field" is different. Is there a step I am missing
Converting Lead removes attached file
I have a form on my website that asks fo a customer name, email, and if they want to attach a file, they can. The customer fills out the form, and it goes into the "unapproved leads" category. I can approve the lead and see everything they submitted. The problem is, is that once the Lead is converted (using the "convert" button) into a Potential, the file that they uploaded is nowhere to be found...gone...lost....not in the place in the Potential where files should be...any insights into this? Mailing, Billing & Shipping Addresses
We encountered a big issue when we transfered to Zoho in regards to Mailing, vs Billing vs Shipping Addresses. In our world these can be significantly different, whereby a customer is in OH, with thier manufacturing plant in TX, and Billing goes to a PO Box in IL. Moreso, functionality of Google Maps is also limited to one of these fields, and restricted in others. Activities Module not displaying any data on screen
for the last week or so the Activities Module keeps going blank and then will not display any data at all. Attempts to select a different view within the dropdown list fail as well, will not even make the selection. All attempts to refresh screen, navigate away and back and/or log out and log back in fail to produce any data as well. Currently only way to see activity data is to generate via Reports module. Please advise

Hi, As i understands it Zoho CRM has an option to call phone numbers using Google Voice (which i believe is now called Google Hangout, maybe i am wrong). It also seems like this option is only available to phone numbers in the US. I have tried calling European phones using my Google Hangout account, and that worked just fine. I have created multiple custom fields (~50 fields) with dependencies and mapping from my Zoho account (account A). How can I add a new field with formula?
Hi, I'm new at Zoho CRM. I'm having trouble about adding new field with formula and fill it for all my Proposals. For exemple: New field = '(Field)Total * 2' I want all Proposals with this new field. My "create custom field" button isnt there
In Zoho CRM I went into setup and tried to create new fields, but the button to create a new field is missing. I know this is not due to me having already created too many fields because 1) I havent created that many and 2) it would just alert me that i'd already created too many custom fields for the free version and I would have to upgrade in order to create any additional fields. does anyone know where my button went or why it is missing?!

Administrator didn't have any knowledge about first account. So he added email-login of the first account as usual user email to the second one.
