I Can't Export Free Data Backup
Dear CRM Experts, I have asked on two occasions a backup of the data and I do not get the link to download. System incredibly slow
I recently signed-up for professional edition of Zoho and as first step decided to do some customization. My experience has been extremely poor as for every update system goes to sleep. With "Loading" tag at the top for almost two minutes after each attempt to edit a field or save the change, I took hours to update only few fields before I gave up out of frustration. Looking at Forum issues on slowness, I am seriously having a rethink whether I should spend my energies on customization to use Zoho
Invisible fields
Hello, Despite all my efforts, the "billing address" and the field "delivery address" (original) do not want to appear in my module "address". I see them in my setup but not on the record. Thanks Sophie
How can I move an account from one view to another?

Is it possible to edit the views of the modules on the contact/account details?
Id like to remove/ reorganise how some of the modules are shown below the details on my contacts (eg. remove "Cases" and "Campaign" from the contact details, but still keeping them on the horisontal menuline on the top) Must stress that i would still like to keep the modules, just to have the option to make them invisible on the contact/account details: is there a way of doing this?
How to change Surname to optional feild
I have lot of leads with First name only. These came to us through Web Forms, referrals or telephone calls where people did not mention their last name (Surname). I can not upload these leads in system as it has "Surname" field locked and mandatory. Please advise how we can fix this and load our data. I would also want to have <First Name><Last Name> display on my list instead of <Last Name> <First Name> display.
How can I move companies between accounts, potential and lead
I am new to this system and we have companies who are in the wrong place, can take a company who are in the account section, who have never purchased and move them back to potential or lead ?

Hi I can't load a new contact when loading an opportunity. The options is available however it will not allow it to be selected.
Error creating cases in Zoho Mobile CRM
When creating a case using the Zoho CRM mobile application, it will not allow you to save a new case with a blank email address. It says that email address is required. However, I confirmed that in the web version a new case can be created normally without an email address, and I also confirmed that this field is not required in the Cases Layout setup section.
Custom Field Limitations, Poor Customer Support, Bate & Switch
I have never experienced poorer customer service, with any company ever. Zoho has a single goal, to Upgrade your version and increase its bottom line. It is NOT interested in helping your BUSINESS. Otherwise, they would actually provide support (like it did when it first came out). I had the FREE version. I was told (electronically) to upgrade to create custom fields. I test drove the Standard. I added the custom Fields. Never used them, as I was testing. Went back to FREE version and finished
EXTEREMELY SLOW ZOHO

Rights to Documents?
I am told that I have Administrator rights to Z-CRM, but I (and my boss) can see only a fraction of the documents (and none of the folders) in the Documents section. What are we missing? Thanks for your help.
Doc Name printing on template
I have created a mail merge template and have merged with Leads. However, when I printed, the date was printed on the top left and the name of the document and "Zoho Writer" was printed in the center top. How can I remove this from the mail merge.

How do I disconnect my google calendar from ZOHO?
My Google calendar is being affected by ZOHO. My appointments are suddenly disappearing, and ZOHO is sending me emails nearly every 10 mins to remind me about my appointments and wont stop. Also, when I am in ZOHO, pop up windows appear to remind me about calendar appointments and won't go away even after I click the [X] or click "OK", and if the box doesn't go away it does not allow me to use ZOHO. Help! How do I disconnect my google calendar from ZOHO?

Preventing Conversion
Is there a way that you can use workflow rules to prevent leads being converted? We have a condition on the Leads. If that condition hasn't been met then we do not want any leads converting. The condition is a checkbox in the lead module.
Problem with Custom Field Sorting Numerical Values
I have created a custom field with numbers 1-60. When sorting the column, the numbers 10-19 appear before the number 2. How can this be corrected to sort in correct numerical order?

How to manage different Mandants
Hi everybody I'm looking for a solution which could really help me to reach a better job management. Actually I'm working in sales teams of two different companies, so I absolutely need to divide my reports, daily and periodic activities that belong to each sales project. Imported leads are cloned instead of overwritten
When I import data I choose to overwrite existing records, yet I searched and found that it's cloning them instead. This is a HUGE problem for me. PLEASE help.

Sharing leads pick list with new user
After creating a new user I noticed the Industry picklist in the LEADS module is the default list and does not have additions and changes that I made in the Administrator profile. I am the administrator and the new user is STANDARD. Thanks Russell

I'm trying to figure out what populates the field "Sales Commission" which is listed in an account under a sales order. I would assume that the commission listed from a product would show up here but it does not. Any help would be great as I would like to be able to view how much commission a specific account has generated under this view.

Lead Owner - How are the new imported leads distributed if there is no lead owner?
I want to overwrite/update the existing leads when I import my new list. I want to keep the same lead owner for those duplicates, but how do i distribute the rest of the new leads?
Did ZOHO change how the "sent from" line in the emails looks?!?
I dont know when this could have happened but it seems that now when we send an email through the CRM, it has a sent from line that looks like the following. Owner=waterjetworks.com@zohocrm.com; on behalf of; Company Onwer [owner@waterjetworks.com] What should be a simple "Sent from = Onwer@waterjetworks.com" has been turned into a nearly 2 line thing. Is there a way that this can be changed. It looks very tacky
Email history not appearing under Contact's info
I am using Zoho as our company's email server, and using IMAP with Outlook or iPad email for my email client. Some of my colleagues can see the "received" emails under each of their Contact's info in CRM, however I cannot see any emails, it just says "No Records Found". What do I need to do to be able to see the email history for each contact in CRM?

Telephone Pop ups with ZOHO CRM have changed -- how to configure ?
I notice in the past few weeks the pop ups associated with ZOHO CRM have changed. The issue I am having is I cannot link completed call records to the ZOHO CRM record even if the information is correct. It is failing 100% of the time. In addition the new pop ups seem to be created new records for every completed call using the inbound telephone number from the caller. This feature is also not allowing me to link a record to an inbound call even though it says it can. Are they still working

Adding 'Product Description' to a Product Listed on a Quote
I have a list of 120 products. When someone creates a quote, they can pick from this list and add it to the quote. However, I would also like there to be a field containing a description of what that product is...in addition to its 'product name' and 'part number.' I am told this needs to be done manually for every quote? Service Industry for Invoicing, Purchase Orders and Sales Orders
We run a service business, we would like to be able to link multiple contacts (which we would service) to the purchase order and in turn send that to our employees as their services for the week (thus we would need multiple linking days for the calendar), in turn some would require multiple employees to work on the one job, however we do not want to make all scheduled jobs of all employees public for privacy issues.
