How do I add custom fields together
Hi there! I am new to ZOHO CRM and this may be a novice question... I work for a trash company and my sales team sells various types of trash services (Bins, compactors, construction bins) to commercial businesses and there are multiple fields that I can create to associate with our services. Do I add these fields to the account page layout sections? If so, how do I get these fields to add up to a sum total? Or instead of creating fields that correspond to our services, should I create our various
Contact left the company. How to retain potential associated with the contact
I have situations where a contact has left the company so I do not want to have them as an active contact. I do want to retain the emails and associated potentials. Any suggestions?

New Email addresses with / slashes do not work in zoho, but works fine in many other mail servers like gmail yahoo etc...
Email address such as this one some_one/OITS/HIDOE@notes.k12.hi.us are not recognized in zoho mail, they will not send unless the/OITS/HIDEO portion is taken out manually...but these email addresses work just fine in any other mail client such as gmail yahoo outlook.. This is pretty frustrating now that our biggest client is Hawaii school district and the hundreds of emails we have to mail are not working in zoho, please help fix this

Delete Custom Fields
Help please Trying to delete custom fields. I select customise > fields > cases I select the field that I want to delete and text box advising all data for that field will be lost confirm / cancel. I confirm, get a message saying 'loading', the field list displays again and the deleted field is still there. Desperately need to delete some as requirements changed. Thanks Greg

Can I customize the lead notification to my sales people? I want the webform data email notification to have my company branding on it and not Zoho's. Vendor Record View
Hi, I have imported some records in Vendor module. When I click on an individual record I can see the name of the Vendor below which I can see "Email" and "Description" fields. The remaining details stays hidden unless I click the "Show Details" button. I would like to know how can I change the view in this? Under the Client tab, there are "Notes for this Client" what is the max number of notes, words or characters allowed and can it be changed or modified to keep a long history? I am not able to make new "Notes for this Client" in the Client module today. Does anyone else have this issue today?

Connect comments to field
Our sales people use Zoho all the time! One issue is that they would like to show the latest or a selection of comments for a account or lead in a view. So you have for example top 50 accounts and in the view one of the columns show the latest 5 comments. This way they can easily on their meetings go through he list and get back to selling.
HELP need to free space on default email account to start receiving on normal email account
hi I am currently unable to receive emails on my normal zoho account (xxx@xxx.com) because my default email xxxxxx@zoho.com has had its space allocation exceeded (i dont know how as this user does not use the default address.) Importing Account data from CRM to Recruit
Is there a way of importing a single Account from CRM to Recruit? I don't want to dump the whole of my CRM data into Recruit, but as potentials become clients I need to individually import them, it would be great to do this easily, rather than manually entering the data. I am new to Zoho and am having a problem- I'm hoping the problem is that I just don't know the steps to accomplish what I'm trying to do :) I have imported a list of leads and would like to schedule a task of calling for each of the leads that i can then go into on the activities screen. Work out working hours spend on a call
Can you create a formula that works out the working hours a (8:30am till 5:00pm) module is active not taking in to consideration weekends and none working ours. So as soon as a service call is produced, it starts adding up the time but only in that time frame so i can get an accurate "Service call open on active working hours "?
Deleting Imported Accounts
I'm migrating from Salesforce to Zoho. I have migrated my leads with no problem. I migrated my accounts (18,000) and discovered that I omitted a couple of fields. I went to the Import History and selected "Undo this Import" for all of the imported accounts. However the accounts still appear in the database. How do I get rid of them. Can the Zoho DBA reset my account and let me start over?
How to manage partial payments with Zoho CRM and Zoho Books
Hi there....question: I have a product that I sell (a service actually) and I often ask for 50% of the charge up front. I have Zoho CRM and Zoho Books...how can I send the customer an invoice for that 50% payment that they made when the only way to generate an invoice in Zoho Books is to change the entire Potential to "Closed Won"....the Potential is not yet closed since I am performing the work, so I would not like it to be closed, but I would like to send them an invoice for their partial payment.
Unable to access Zoho products (paid accounts) for 3 days now
I have been unable to access my Zoho products for 3 days day. I can access our Zoho Mail control panel and can log in at accounts.zoho.com with my account credentials for darren@extremelightscapes.com However, As of Very early Friday morning I have been unable to access my Zoho CRM, Zoho Support or Zoho Projects account.
