I think it would be great if you had the ability to bring a single contact from your 3rd party contact software into Zoho CRM. Currently you need to do a full import of all your contacts and you cannot import a single contact (without a lot of manual work). I have a lot of contacts in my 3rd party contact software (Contacts for Mac) but they are not all related to my business and I do not want them cluttering up my CRM software. I am now getting this black transparent screen showing up in front of the delete account feature, it prevents you from selecting the red Yes Delete button. its doing this on ALL records. Anyone else getting this?

Search results not pulling all names
When searching for a name in the CRM the name sometimes does not show in the results. For example if I search Connie Harris, Connie, or Harris, the search results will not show her. But if I type in the start of the address, for example, 600 apple lake dr her name will appear in the results. Is this a fixable issue? Trouble Deactivating Users
Hello All, I used a trial of the free Zoho CRM plan and to test its capabilities and now I want to upgrade my account. While on the free trial, I added two other users to my account to see how that would work. However, now I want to deactivate those two users so I'm not paying for users that I'm not going to use. I was able to deactivate one of the two, yet the second, who is listed as an administrator, does not have the option to be deactivated. Unfortunately, I no longer seem to have the option

When I use the url generated in the workflow, substitute the merge fields with values, and run in fiddler, it invokes the method on the End Point URL, hence working fine But when I create a Lead in Zoho no method invoked on the End Point URL. I am a new user and have added two other users to our basic edition. Each user is assigned the Role CEO. When I go to Uses, Edit there is no option to change that field.

I noticed when I convert a lead to a potential the notes I took as a lead don't port over as a potential is there a way to bring all those lead notes into the potential notes section automatically?
Contact form not rending correctly in IE9 & Helpful Tip
Hello, I am having difficultly making the contact form render correctly in IE9. Here is a screenshot of how the forms looks in Firefox, Chrome and Safari: And here in IE9: Any tips on how to correct this? Additionally, the tip that I added to the email option shows as text, where as when I preview the form within Zoho, it shows as a question mark icon with roll over text. Help: Is Not Empty Report Filter Value
Hi, I have 4 pick list fields and i don't want to see those that are empty. I have selected 4 filters on a report to not include those that are empty it still includes them them. I have selected the OR value in each of the filters i'm not sure if this is the correct way. I am using this report for a dashboard, so instead of just seeing the accounts that does have a value in there i also see the blanks and there are TWO lots of these per graph. I have had some Zoho support help with this they suggested
mass update multi select list
I have my Multi Select List. I want to uncheck all fields in the list for some contacts (leave the list empty for those contacts). I can not do so using Mass update tool, because it urges me to select at least one field in the list and I want to leave all unchecked.
