Lead pages
Hello All, I have imported 1000's of leads in to my leads but is there a way to go to a lead page without having to click through dozens of pages to get to the page I want to start calling on? If I want to go to a couple of pages from the end to go in and then be able to then click one lead at a time? I hope someone can understand my dilemma. Thanks in advance if someone can help me. Exporting fields
In Zoho CRM, is there a way to export all of the notes for a particular lead owner that were entered in a particular week? So, if I want to see all of the notes John Doe has entered for all of his leads last week, is there an easy way to see that/export that/print that without clicking on every single lead? Some of my owners have hundreds of leads. Thanks!
Importing from CSV
Hello, I have a problem importing my Leads from a Excle sheet. First im saveing the file as .csv file. But after upleading i can not allocate for example company name, email etc. to the right field. It shows all in one line in column 1. How can i get this managed right? thanks a lot! Thomas

web to contact form last name field error
My website was just setup, We tested everything it all worked. Suddenly the past two days my web to contact form is giving an error. It says the last name field needs to have something input but it does. We fill it in with info and it still keeps giving us the error. We really like the forecast feature but it seems to only let you base your forecast on one variable. It would be great if we could have multiple forecast options.

Show Potential column in Task list
It's interesting how one item missing out of a whole set of good functionalites can be so frustrating. I have been able to modify the Zoho interface very nicely except that I would like to be able setup a Potential column within the list of Tasks. I can go into Potentials and create a task that is then shown in the Task pane (detailed view). Mass Deletion of Email Templates, Mass Editing as Well
I have a ton of email templates used for a lot of different things including mass emails. The list keeps growing. So, I decided to delete a bunch. Unfortunately, zoho has only 2 buttons: edit and delete. It would be nice if there was a check box next to each one so that I could choose a large quantity to delete all at once. It would also be nice if there was an option to do a mass edit so if I wanted to create a new category of template and then move some previously created templates to that
Multiple Products Inventory Template
Hello, Forgive me if this is a silly question, but I cannot find the solution on my own. I have made a Sales Order with multiple products successfully. From here I would like to export to pdf. However, the Inventory Template I am trying to create does not give me the ability to drop in information for the second product and pricing. Attach Email to Case
We use Zoho CRM with Google Apps and my regular email client is straight Gmail (no outlook). When we open a service ticket using cases, I can't find a way to attach / link the customer's email to the case. I don't want to attach it to the contact. It's only relevant to the case? Related to field in Task (Lookup field) disabled
Hi, We are not able to to use the lookup field when we create a new task. The "related to" select box are disabled. I have read about the limit of 5 lookup fields, but i do not think it has anything to do with this, as this is a standard field in Zoho Crm. This happens when we create a new task from within our leads tabs. Please advice on how this field could be activated Thanks in advance

I'm not able to enter emails with the new domain category ".education". Specifically, I'm not able to enter anyone's email address from my organization since my domain is "bigcampus.education". Additionally there are hundreds of new domain postfixes that are coming online this year, so a solution will be required, but could literally take minutes to fix.

Really sluggish email
The last few days, the email send-response is really getting slow. I can write a big or small email, attachments or no attachments, and when I press SEND, it just sits there and tries.... finally after about 30 seconds, it might say "message sent." OR, sometimes it will give a red error message. Why is it getting so bad?

Hello List We have Macros, great, I create 'Call Later' which we use to continue trying to reach someone. This works fine while working in Zoho CRM Web. But the created tasks have an empty body and a generic subject i.e. 'Call later''. This means once the task is synced to Outlook it becomes meaningless. We need wildcards, environment varaibales, similra to the fields available in link lists, to create task with better information in subject an body. Send Mail from Lead/Contact/Potential not using default email address
I have specified my company email address as my default under the sent as default email address. The default is automatically selected when sending emails from Zoho Mail (within CRM). But it does not select the default email address when sending emails from within the various modules (Lead, Contact, etc..). It defaults to my Zoho email account and I have to remember to change it?
Leads not importing
I am unable to import leads from Excel. I have tried with a Lead ID column and without. I have added my own Lead ID # to the spreadsheet and still no luck. Sometimes the Lead Id field doesn't even appear in the mapping step and other times it does. Anyone else experienced this?
Any fix know to allow Zoho CRM Quote to upload to PDF in Windows 8.1?
Yesterday I was using Windows 8 and was able to transfer a Zoho Quote in CRM to a pdf file. Then I updated to Windows 8.1 and now when I go to transfer to PDF, I get the correct template screen, and then get to "Open" the file. then a screen pops up that says "Can't open this file. There's a problem with the file format." Can you help?
Dashboard: Revenue overview of online marketing campaigns with flighting
Hi, I would like to ask you for help. We are an online marketing agency setting up our sales CRM on Zoho. For a proper tracking I need a report showing me the standard amount of campaigns sold by our sales reps (expected, or closed), but the revenue/sales amount needs to be allocated according to the flight/delivery dates of a campaign. e.g. campaign for a brand is sold at March 13th, but is going to be delivered from April 1st to May 31st. Then I would like to have the revenue allocated accordingly

Web to lead form not working properly
Sometime around April 4, 2014 my web to lead form on my website stopped sending the automatic reply to my email when the form was submitted. The leads are registering in ZOHO and the submitter is receiving the automatic reply which notifies them that we will contact them shortly. Since we weren't notified that the form was submitted, we never contacted the lead. Obviously, this sucks for business. Any insight on how to remedy this would be greatly appreciated.

Changes to Status pick list not reflected on Lead screen
After I have made changes to the Status pick list they are not reflected on Lead details screen. The old pick list options still appear.

Mail Add-On - I want to View All
Hello, Is there a way to "View All" mail sent & received by all users in Zoho? In the Email Field List, I can select "Sent Emails from CRM" or the individual user - but I cannot select an option to "View All" emails from all users. This is very important because we have many users in our company. Now, we must click on every user's name to see all emails we have sent to our customer. Thanks

Unable to save notes
We are currently unable to save notes in zoho crm, all the other fields appear to work fine.
When I re-upload products to CRM it creates clones rather than overwriting.
I regularly need to update product prices in bulk. I want to do this by updating products in bulk with the overwrite function on upload.This unfortunately ors not overwrite it nearly creates duplicates. This makes the system completely useless for us! Is this a bug? can it be fixed or solved? Cheers Dan

Hi Sir, I deadly need the "Batch Number" control function in Inventory Management. It's common that you need to record the batch of your product, especially in Pharmaceutical, Food industry. Here is what it does: When you "Purchase Order"/"Sales Order"-->Select Product from Product List-->Input "Batch Number" for each one. Check Inventory-->Show a detailed list of stocked products with one batch one line.(Or you can summary same product with different batch.) I appreciate if you can implement this
