Updating a field in zoho via uploading an excel file using Zoho ID contact / Zoho ID accounts
Hello I need to update via an excel file, a contact field in zoho using matching key = ID Contact and not email adress as all my contact do not have email... same for accounts : I want to use ID account and not account name as matching key as sometimes we have same acount names for 2 entities ar 2 different address... how to ? thanks Nono

Mass Emailing Limit
Is there any way to get around the 250 mass emailing limit? We have 5 people mass emailing prospects, so this is really not a terrific quota for us. Some of our email templates have attachments; does this in any way contribute to the limit? Is there a way to increase the limit? How long does this limit last (midnight, an hour, etc.)?

Zoho Formula Based List View
Hello, I'm trying to create a list view that shows off all acounts with a date field that is 10 days away or less. At present the best solution I am working with is creating a custom date field formula that is Subdate( DATE FIELD,10,'DAY'), but what I would like to do is create List View Criteria that says If Formula Date Fields is before NOW() then show. How to avoid duplicated records, when importing leads from excel?
Hi Guys, I am new in Zoho so I am testing everything before start using the tool at full capacity. I create an excel with a few examples of leads with different fields and their respective information. When I import the file all is good at fist but then, when I import the exact same file it display all the leads info again (duplicate records) I try the three options (Clone, Skip, overwrite) but non of those are working! I am using the professional trial, should that be the problem? if not, How can

In the user rights the switch "CRM API" ist false. The user can call the CRM API when CRM API ist switched of and can´t see it when switched on. Hope not the hole CRM is buggy if so simple things go wrong. Best regards, Kai

Hi there, I've just started using Zoho CRM and there is an issue with the time zone and Google calander. I've checked my time zone is set to New Zealand standard (NST) and my Google is set to NST, however the events are appearing in Google about 20hrs previous. How do I fix?

Unable to call JSON API using Webhook
Hi, I am trying to create a webhook which essentially calls a SMS JSON API. Can't see email for more than one address
Hi everyone. I have 3 email addresses in the system, but only one of them delivers email to my inbox. The other two can be found on my control panel but it's simply a profile for the email address. Probably a simple answer..but what is it? Thanks for your help.
limit number of attendees for event
Hello, I am developing an event registration system and would like to be able to set up a limit on how many people can register for an event. I was thinking about creating a field in "Events" to set the maximum number of users, and then I wanted to get the number of already registered users, however I don't see which API method I can use to do that. ZOHO CRM - Web to Lead Form has stopped working?
My web to lead form has stopped sending details through to ZOHO...appears to have been like this for a few days now. Form is located here: http://crossfitantaeus.com/intro-form/ On clicking submit user is forwarded to the 'success' page but no details come to ZOHO. No email is send to the lead manager. I've checked the 'approve leads' area and nothing in there either. Please HELP!!!!
Matching prospects with preferences
I have a real estate company and need to figure out how to log my properties into the CRM with pertinent information (i.e. bedrooms, bathrooms, area of town, etc.) and it notify me of people that are interested and in turn send them a notification. Is there a way to set that up in Zoho? I was thinking that I might be able to use the "inventory" module and enter the property attributes there but I don't see how I would then query on those attributes. Thank you

Can I get rid of "List Price" etc. in Quotes?
Every quote we do is custom - we are selling a service - not widgets from a bin. There is NO "list price" in my business. I would like to use quotes to capture information on pricing we have given the customer eg. "the quote" and then follow that through to Sales Order and Invoice.
BCC Dropbox and Accounts
The BCC Dropbox is very useful with Leads and Contacts. Our primary data entry is with Accounts. Can you please set up the ability to edit the 'Search Pattern' to includde the ability to search for email addresses in Accounts as well as contacts and Leads? Is this possible or is this out of the question? If it is not possible can you please explain why.
How To Convert leads to potential account and not to Account or Contact
Hi There, I am using a free Zoho crm account. Is it possible for me to convert my lead to potential alone? What happens is, when I convert my lead into a potential client, the details will also add in my contacts tab and in the Accounts tab. I want to convert my lead into potential only. Is this possible? I would like to share data elements between Accounts, Contacts, and Leads
There is certain information I enter at the account level that I want to feed to the contacts, not just to see it, but also to be able to create views based on those criteria. It would be nice to allow bidirectional editing, but I would be satisfied to simply be able to map those fields. I find myself creating the same fields in accounts and Contacts and then doing import/export, when mapping the field would be a lot easier. Are there any plans? Arthur Young

Skipping names on import
I just imported 100 records all with the mandatory fields populated. The tool however kicked 27 of the out and would not load them. They look exactly the same as the others. What's the issue?

I've created a new user for my zoho crm account and when she logs in from her computer she is not able to truly access our company's crm data. What's the problem? How do I give her full access to the account? It's as if she has her own account. I don't know how to link her to our data.
