Using combined products
Hello users, I need some help with a product related issue. We have products that are sold seperately, but they can also be combined into one new product. Of course I know that it is possible to create products one by one, but that would involve lots of updating when a base product is changed. All the combined products that use that product should also be changed manually. That can't be the idea in these days :) Does anybody have any suggestions on how to approach this matter?
Any updates on linking the account address to the associated contacts?
I see in past posts that users have been asking for a way to populate a contact's address using the address of the account with which that contact is associated. In my mind, there would ideally be a checkbox in the contact address section that says "copy account address". Has there been any progress on this or similar solutions?

Map Dependency Fields for 200 sub fieds
Hello, I have dependency fields like 1) City (2 cityes) 2) CityRegion (20 rows) 3) CitySubRegion (200 rows, about 10-20 per CITyRegion ) 1) ZIP code (1000 rows, about 1000 per city) 2) Sales territory (parent - ZIP, one territory should include 5-10 ZIP codes automatically) After import Database from excel I find that MAP DEPENDENCY tool in ZOHO shows very small frames not possible to manage mentioned above FIELD DEPENDENCY. Is there possibility to help me how to solve this issue?

Activity Tab - Request to add Account info associated with contact
I would love it if ZOHO CRM add the account that the contact is associated with when looking at the list of open activities in the Activities tab. Right now we can only see the contact in the Activities tab and its extremely helpful to know which account they are associated with to help organize the task priority. Thank you. Boris
How to create Accounts with Campaign lookup on CRM through API
I post this XML but cannot relate the account with the campaign(id=12802000000056065). Bounces || Campaigns
Hi, Please see the attached screenshots of one page. Can someone please explain to me why these contacts bounced-ie why are they on this list? AND How can we sync them from CRM so that they don't bounce? Two of the contacts (Joanni Sherriff and Denzel Jacobs) profiles on campaigns were manually updated. Yet, they are also on the bounced list. We have not reached our sync limit, and still have syncs available for the rest of the day and month. Kind regards, Ninke

View Account Name When Adding Contacts to Campaign
I created a new campaign. I'm trying to go through my contacts and add those who are appropriate to this campaign. It is difficult to determine who should be added because the list of contacts does not display the Account Name. How can I have the Account Name displayed alongside the contact when adding to the campaign? Screenshot attached
Description info disapears when converted from leads to an oppportunity
We had a detailed decription in Leads. When we converted Lead to an Oppurtunity, the information in the description field disappeared. Is it possible to recover? Thanks.
Auto populate List Price
We are trying to enter products in quotes and invoices whereby the user cannot change the price of a product, manually or by selecting a list price. Can one select a product and have the field List Price be automatically entered by the system without the user's input? We want to secure this field so users cannot change or alter the prices once a product is created/selected. I haven't been able to find my way around this. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.
Can i edit an attached document in Zoho docs directly from the contact card?

Possibility for making a url list from any custom fields related to each contact?
I would like to have a list of related websites to each of my accounts/contacts displayed on each of the contact cards- (not the add link function ion the far right of the screen) but i cant find any custom fields that can fit the way id like it to: the url just displayes the whole url (id like to just use an ahref for a shorter version of the name) and pick-lists have an url option- is there any idea how to do this? I thought about making a simple html list with links- is this possible to display

Track customers by product sold and date?
I need software to schedule follow-up contacts with customers who have purchased a given product. When a customer buys a given product, I need to schedule maintenance calls and routine service work as needed for that particular product. So I need to combine product information and customer information to set up this system. How would Zoho software handle this kind of set up? Different rates for different types of users?
Dear, is it possible to have a non-paying account for Zoho CRM as not being a commercial profile in our firm, but rather administrative. My work is limited to updating and inputting client data. Hi, We have created segments in our mailing list. When adding a contact manually, it only gives you the option to add the contact to a mailing list - but not a segment within that mailing list. User accidentally created a CRM company
I was attempting to add a user to our existing company CRM. It was already past the 7 day email invite period. The user instead clicked create company and is not locked to that new company. How can that user disassociate from that new profile and be added to ours. I tried searching the forums and got lost in the results.

Hi, I wanto to make an automated rule so the account of an existing sales order would receive an email (created on email template) when the status on the sales order is changed to DELIVERED. But when i try to make this rule on the Actions part of the Rule it does not give me the option to send to the actual contact, just the account owner or account creator. What am i doing wrong?

Need formula help
Can someone give me the function for multiplication of 2 fields and then a % to determine potential commission? Fields: Nights. This is a formula field where I have configured the number of nights a guest is staying based on their check in and check out dates they have selected. Nightly budget. This is a currency field . Add product name and amount to contacts or potential
We are online retailing products with Zoho as our CRM. We have a huge number of product we sell and we would like to be able to filter out customers by SKUs, product name, total amount of their purchases. We see that we are able to add products but we are not able to add the quantity, and also we could not add the same product twice. we have different variations of the same product and would also like to track it. Zoho Support Requests Integration with Zoho CRM
In a forum titled "Real CRM integration in Support", Lawrence (a Zoho Support Employee)states that Zoho CRM and Support currently have the "Ability to see support ticket of Contacts and Accounts in Zoho CRM, without necessarily having a Zoho Support license." How is the above accomplished because when I try allow my team to view support tickets in Zoho CRM, the system tells me I need a license for each Non-Zoho Support User. Cannot attach files to emails

Set default for custom field
We have a custom datetime field in our cases, and every time we create a new case, the due date field is empty and the time drop-down is set to 1am. I would like to set the default for same day, and time for end of current day by default, but allow this to be changed as needed. I have looked at the automation section, but there doesn't seem to be any way of updating a date/time field there. Is this something that might be do-able as a custom function with scripting? If so, does anyone have any tips
