Zoho Campaign: Edit Contact: Grey Screen
We have a campaign that a colleague set up. I've been adding existing contacts to it without a problem. When I go to the campaign and try to edit one of the associated contacts (by clicking the edit link) The dialog box appears but it, and the whole window are dark grey'd out. It I hit the browser back page button, my previous pate is grey and any other Zoho pages I try to display. I've gotten this in Safari and Firefox. Babs

Is there a way ...a contact can update its contact register? sending them an email...link, etc. Regards
Site Visits Calls
Hi, I am new to ZOHO CRM and want to use it for tracking my sales calls. Not so much phone calls but actual site visits. I visit a lot of customers at their place of business and want to track what we talked about and when I willcall on them again. How to best do this? The calls seem to be more for phone calls. Create groups or folders for Automation Rules
It would be convenient if we were able to create groups or folders for automated rules so that we could organise the rules a bit better for each module. A view option would also be available so that we could view by All or Groups (within each module) Just a thought.
Lookup Field Gives Account Name Not Account Number
I created a lookup field for Account Number on the potentials form that isn't working. When I select Account Name it gives me the list of account names from which I select the one I want. When I select Contact Name, it shows me only the contacts for that selected account name. So far, so good. When I select Account Number from my created look up it shows me the account name list again, I see the account number, which is not selectable. Only the account name is, and when I click on the name, it inserts
Emails disappeared from man folders
I have emailed support but no help has been provided. These are important emails I need for my business. Many folders have older emails just vanished, and they are not there when I click 'View All' This is not good and I need a reply please.

As I can have 3 Free Users in total in the Free ZOHO CRM , how can I make 1 x Admin, 2 x Users, so the Data cannot be downloaded by Users with no Admin Rights?

I have 2 questions: 1) Can I change my role from Administrator to Standard and allow someone else to become the Administrator? 2) I recently added a new user whom I wish to allow access to view data only. How do I define their email address and password? I can figure out how to assign them a new password and re-define their email address. Please help.

Mailchimp Postal Address integrated to Zoho
Hi everyone, This is my first post in this forum. In MailChimp, the postal address field for a list comes up as only one column imported. So, when trying to integrate with Zoho, the postal address field doesn't get correctly synched (example, it doesn't separate the postal code from the street name, etc, onto the correct fields in Zoho.) Link between sale and purchase
Hello, As an agent for yacht charter, I'm using Zoho CRM and Books. For every yacht charter/event sale, there is a purchase of that yacht charter event through one of hundreds of suppliers. It would be nice to easily link the sale together with the purchase. A yacht charter sale is always purchased specially for that particular charter. When a client calls in asking about his charter, I need to easily look up the purchased, easily find from whom the charterer were purchased from, email dialog, etc.
Auto Populate Account Info on Potential
We have our Account information set up as follows Territory Account Owner Account Number Account Name 01 Jim Smith 123456 Acme Manufacturing In Potentials, Account Name is a lookup field so when I click on the icon a list of all the accounts with all of the above information appears. How do I 'add mail list' in Zoho CRM?
I am looking to create mailing lists for the contacts that we have in our Zoho CRM. According to your user guide this should be an option on the contacts tab of the Zoho CRM but I cannot locate this option anywhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how I do this? Many thanks.
Creating Mail Lists
I am trying to create mailing lists in our Main Zoho CRM system which can then be imported as complete mailing lists to our Zoho Campaigns account ready for an email campaign. According to your user guide I should be able to click on the contacts tab of our main Zoho CRM system and be able to 'add mailing list' however we cannot locate this option anywhere on the contacts tab. View Detail button
In the CRM Leads view there is a 'View Detail' button. I tried pasting the formula for this button into my own app but it just shows up as code. Problems in user creation
Hi There! I was trying to assign a ZOHO CRM user account to one of my peers and although the user is created it's not liked to the organization data. She is running an empty instance of zoho crm. The steps I did were: 1. Trying to assign a new user in zoho administrator console 2. System answer: This Email address is already taken. Specify a different Email address for the user. This is odd because I have never add that user before. Moreover it's not listed neither in active, inactive or uncofirmed

Can't Remove People from Projects During Creation
When I try to create a project in the CRM I am not allowed to remove people from the project. Their box is checked and cannot be unchecked. They are not administrator level and are not CEO roles. I'm sure it has something to do with Profiles or Roles... just don't know where to look. Check out the attached screen shot.

"Related to" fields for Notes
One thing that is nice about notes is how a contact note will also show up under the account. It would be nice to be able to expand this and relate notes to other items as well. It would be good to relate notes to a contact, account, prospect, campaign, etc... (all of these at the same time, I don't want to have to limit it to only two related to lists).

Hello I have received files in .ADF, .ALF & .PAD formats after client exported data from his ACT database. I need to convert these files to .CSV format before importing them into ZOHO I believe. Any suggestions on the best way to convert these files into .CSV format is appreciated! If there's a good free option available then please suggest, since there are some paid tools available anyway.
Cannot send email zoho crm
I cannot send invoices via Zoho CRM I get a gmail server error. Where is this set up? I cannot find it in CRM or Zoho Accounts. Also Zoho Accounts will not allow me to add Info@boxoutbullying.com I get the error of the address already exists, However it is not in the list, I NEED to set this as the Primary address. Help. Having issues deleting products (as in we can't)
Hi, hoping someone can help us with this issue. We have a number of products that we setup waaay back when we started using zoho. Those entries are now incorrect/ no longer used.
