Report on Potentials
How can I create a report on potentials showing information such as notes for the potential and competitors information. I would like to create a report showing Owner, Potential name, Account name, amount, closing date, probability etc. but I cannot find the fields that contain information on Notes and Competitors.

Why has account ID suddenly appeared in reports?
I have just noticed that an accountID field has appeared in my reports, even though I have not entered this as a field in my customisations. Why is this? It has messed up all my reporting functions.
Web to Lead Form with email
Hello, We are working on a Web to Lead form and need to execute the following actions on form submit - generate PDF containing form data generate email containing form data insert form data as Lead record. The email, PDF works only if we remove the form action (for CRM insertion), hence data inserts into CRM but PDF/email fails. This is urgent and we would appreciate any suggestions or workarounds you could give! Thanks.
Unable to save task when using the small popup box at account tab (account detail)
Whenever I try to create a new task (actvity) for an account through the Account details, a small popup appears. When I enter the variables of the new task in this popup and click "save", the popup disappears, but nothing happens. So no task for the account is created. Right now we are using a workaround, by enterring a new task through the Activity tab and assigning it to the contact person of the Account. Could you please help me out on this issue?

Change Contact Owner
Have read and it indicates I should be able to "mass update", but /contact owner/ is not available on the dropdown. One note says, "you need to have change owner profile permission to use this feature", but haven't been able to find such a thing anywhere. I don't have that many to change, but doing it one-by-one is downright stupid. Am I missing something?
words don't wrap in description field
In the contacts view, we type some information about the contact into the Description field. When in the "edit" mode, the text in the description field wraps. But once saved and in the normal view, the text does not wrap. This causes the page to widen out and stretches the address information and you have to scroll sideways to see all of the data. Is there a setting that is set wrong?
rename activities
Is there a way to rename the different Activities (Tasks, Events, & Calls). I want to use the 'Calls' Activity for ALL communication with my clients; emails, postcards, phone calls; etc. Is there a way to rename that within Activities?
Is New Field option available in Free Subscription
I am try to use ZOHO in our not-for-profit and as an evaluation for our business. I do not see the "New Field" button in any Setup > Customization > Fields screen. Is this feature available? Thank You

Notes not showing up
Hi, when I type in notes in the notes section, then click SAVE, the note does not show up on the list. Can someone assist urgently so we can record important file notes.
Updating account status field based on date field criteria - automation
Scenario: I want to be able to automate the process of updating our account records to status-idle IF the account does not have an attached completed SalesOrder within the last 30 days. So I have created a new date field on the Account record called "Date Of Last Booking" and every time a SalesOrder is completed, I have an automated task to update this field to "execution time+0d" (the same date the rule is executed). This is as far as I've been able to go so far. Do you have any more suggestions?
MS Outlook 2010 Plug In
I have MS Outlook 2010 64 Bit I installed the Plugin and followed the activation instructions, but cannot see the box to check to activate the plug for the administrator. I found a post that said I needed to go into users and permissions and check it and save, when I get to this screen it shows that all permissions have been checked.
Tab Bar List info
My current tab bar has accounts leads, etc. When you select the Leads bar it has the contact name, business and phone. When you hit the accounts bar it only has business name and phone. How can I get it to include contact name as a third heading.

Owner Mapping Does Not Work When Importing from Excel/CSV
I have been uploading accounts and contacts from either Excel or CSV files. Everything is mapped properly. The account (or contact) owners are active and their names in the Excel or CSV files are spelled exactly the same as they are in Zoho. When I upload the files, it does not load the account or contact owner in the files. Everything reverts to me, which takes additional time to mass update. While working on email templates it's very useful to have an autosave feature running in the background... crafting an email template takes time and it would be very painful to lose that time with a mistaken key stroke or loss of access before a save is committed. First Name field is showing title/salutation drop-down list
I am attempting to customise Zoho CRM fields and field layout. At present the "First Name" field is showing the list of title options (Mr, Mrs, Ms, Dr, etc.) instead of appearing as a standard text field. I can see no way of editing this. Any ideas?

Importing Contact Issue
When I import contacts from a spreadsheet and map everything correctly these contacts do not appear in the contact section where I wanted them imported. I imported 3 contacts from the same company in a trial. What happened was the company name showed up under account. If I click on the account, I see the contacts, yet if I go to the contact tab they are no where to be found. Please help me understand why the contacts show up under account and not under contacts where I directed them.

Export reports to excel
I have a number of reports that run through the scheduler on a daily basis. For some reason today they are exporting into excel and including the unique reference number, i.e. case ID, Potential ID. They are not set up to include it and it's only just started happening today. Can anyone help?
Editing existing drop down menu
Can I edit existing Drop Down Menus? ie inside of Tasks, the DD menu show priorities as High, Highest, Normal, Low, Lowest. I'd like to omit Highest and Lowest. Also, under calls and the "related to" drop town menu, I'd like to limit it to Account, Case and Product. Can I do this?
Activity Data for CONTACTS
Hello Zoho Folk! Our salesmen use the "Call" activity to log customer calls and field visits. On the following monday my Kick-Ass Zoho program emails me a report of all "Calls" for each salesman logged the previous week. Is there a way to view all logged call activities under a contact or lead? Right now I have to run a activity report to see all call information. Mapping for import from Excel is no longer being saved
I am having an issue with the "import my leads wizard". Recently (over the last 2 weeks), Zoho stopped saving my mapping information for my daily lead import. Every time I want to import from Excel, I have to remap all of the fields. This is getting very time consuming and frustrating. BUG in formula calculation
I have a personalized formula field that returns a string of the following type: If( (Math Operation) > 1000000, 'True', 'False') The math operation involves several fields, some of them converted from string to number using the Tonumber() function. The problem is that the Math Operation resolves to a very low number, say, 5, so the resulting string should be 'False', as the condition is never met. Time Based Action with Rule Criteria
Would you consider allowing a feature whereby you could set Rule Criterias on the actual Time Based Actions. So in other words, the Time Based Action would only trigger if it met the Rule Criteria that is set on the Time Based Action itself, NOT the parent Rule. This would allow the execution of a TBA subject to conditions being met.

How do you set sales targets or budgets in Zoho CRM. For example if you sales budget is 4 million dollars per annum. How do I set that in Zoho to ensure when reviewing dashboards I can make sure my sales are on target.
