How to send scheduled emails to leads?
Is this possible in Zoho CRM? I'm looking for a way to do the following: When I get an email address of a lead, I want to put him on a schedule that will email him once a week for 8 weeks using pre-defined email templates. I.e. Joe Smith signs up on my website on 1/1 - I want to email him on 1/1, then 1/8, then 1/15, etc without having to do each email manually Then Jon Smith signs up on 1/3 - I want to email him on 1/3, 1/10, 1/17, etc Is it possible to set up automated campaigns like this? Is it possible to copy data from Potentials to Events
I have custom data fields in my Potentials area that I also want in the associated Events for the same potential. Is there any way to avoid entering the information twice? For example, I have a custom field in my Potentials called "Programs". Once it has data, I would like an easy way to put the same data in an identical custom field under Events. Is such a thing even possible? My reason for having duplicate data is so that I can have the data for custom emails and mail merge from the Potential

CRM and Skype
Hello We use click to call function with Zoho CRM and we have a french phone number format like "01 xx xx xx xx". It's impossible for us to call directly someone by clicking on the number because it adds a "+" at the beginning. We have to rename the beginning of all the numbers with "33" to format to international call. Do u know a way to avoid that and call directly a french format call number? Best
Request for UI Improvement
One of my long-standing frustrations with the current user interface (UI) is that critical functions "Disappear" when the user has to scroll down a screen when in the list view of a module. The means that the user has to do a LOT of unnecessary scrolling. In addition, some of the list filtering functions are buried at the bottom of the lists, which REQUIRES users to do more scrolling. From a user standpoint I would like to see ZCRM make a couple of simple of UI changes. I do not want to add anything.

Inventory template columns width
Does any body know how to set colum width in Inventory template? As I have created one but the table column width is too long for product name, and too short for both list price and total. Please advice so that I can adjust that as per my requirements. thanks

Hi, Within the dashboard module, i want to create a new dashboard but i can't find the reports i need in the list. First i've created different reports that fit my needs, All these reports are in the same personal folder In the dashboard manager when i'm trying to customize my new dashboard, i only can see 4 reports in the personal folder whereas they are about 6 ? Any ideas ??

Feature Request - Dedupe by Name
Guys, I've just moved to Zoho from Goldmine and imported all my data across. I was pretty shocked to find out today that it's not possible to dedupe data by contact name through an automatic process. So basically I have to go through over 5,000 records visually to see if there are any dupes there, which seems crazy. I didn't bother deduping the data before importing as I foolishly assumed that this would easy with Zoho. Unfortunately, this is anything but the case. In fact, I am really surprised
How Can I Associate a Case with My Contact??
Is there a way to associate a Case with a Contact? By default, I see that there is no way within the Cases module to add contacts. So, I tried to create a new case by going THROUGH the Contact Module, clicking on "new".( Shown below ) But even when I do this no still no cases are visibly added to the contact record. When i create a new task on Zoho, this one is created in Google Task too and automatically i Outlook Activities. How do I send an automated email to the lead, after I have approved him?
My lead approval process is the following: 1. Lead sends his contact information via web integration 2. Automated rule "Pre" assigns him to one of my salespeople. 3. I review the pre-assignment and depending on my salespeople load, I reassign them leads and approve them. I have made a mail merge document in zoho crm with zoho writer. How can I attached the merged output to the appropriate contact or company? Since all other communication is logged in zoho (email phone etc..) how do I log the mail communication?
Deleting row from quote clears all remaining rows.
When I am creating or editing a quote, if I click the x (Delete Row) not only is that row deleted but all values in the remaining rows are cleared.

After many attempts to edit the user settings so we only have one "Administrator", I've been forced to ask for help. I want to protect prospects/leads entered by one user so another user cannot access this information. I'm assuming the "standard" user setting will accomplish this, does anyone know if this is accurate and any hints on how to successfully edit a user's settings? Thanks

Hi, When looking at my Potentials report, I'd like to see: 1. When any aspect of a contact's record was last modified. It appears that modifying the event due date does not trigger the Last Modified field. 2. Current event due date. I have set up a new user for an external sales team in another company. We only want to share data on leads and projects but I don't know how to do this. I have tried setting up sharing rules but that does not see to work.
Need help fixing a hyperlink issue
I have created a signature that has 3 clickable hyperlinks in it for my clients to use when i cant be reached. 2 of the 3 hyperlinks work fine but the 3rd automatically adds a second period after www.. so it breaks the URL. I have tried everything i can think of but nothing fixes it. Can someone please help
Cannot open subsequent email attachments
Whenever I am sending an email from CRM which has more than one attachment, the receiver can only open one of the attachments. Any subsequent attachments show the following error when trying to open: This is only happening when sending emails from a contact or lead record within CRM. We also use Zoho Mail Add On, and when sending an email from the Email tab, the attachments can be opened correctly. Please can you advise?
Exporting Reports to PDF Margins Not working
Whenever a report is exported from Zoho to a PDF format, the margins are eliminated and much of the information bleeds off of the page. I cannot send these reports to customers as they are unprofessional and unreadable. Can someone from ZOHO please look into this? I'm new to Zoho, but am loving what I'm seeing. I just can't figure out which product I can use to fulfill my requirements... I need a simple contact/info management tool for various businesses. We have a standard questionnaire that we ask each business we're looking to buy from. Let's say there's a standard 10 questions we need to ask, in addition to basic contact info. This Template would be filled out by my employee as they make contact with the business, and ask the questions we need answered.
