Hi, we designed a specific report that we have been using for a couple of years now and yesterday it did not show up. I got a message saying something like "No data available" . I changed my browser from Firefox to Safari and in Safari the report was available. Is there a problem with Firefox now ? Sync event to google calendar
Hello One question, if i make an new event to an account in Zoho CRM, is since ok! Now the event is synchronized with google calender, in google calendar i see the event and also the description of the event but i do not see the account? How can I change this? Thanks for answers, Rolf

Report Parameter question
I need to get a report showing the stages of each active potential for a weeks time period So for as of 5/27/13 I need to see what the status of all my accounts were on this day. Do I have the correct parameters If I use an advanced range of 05/21/13 to 5/27/13 I do not get all the accounts. when I use 01/01/13 to 05/27/13 some accounts do not appear on my report. I would also like to run this for a specific time period on any given day. I was told the only way this can work is if I run the report
Pop up reminders on Closed or Completed Tasks
Hi there, As part of our processes we like to follow up on a closed task, to ensure someone has receipt of something we've sent. I have noticed that Pop-Up Reminders do not work on Tasks that have been 'Completed' or 'Closed'. Can you confirm this is the case? Is it possible for a reminder to be set on a 'Closed' Task?

HI, We need to set workflow rules acording to products on sales orders. we've seen an option that says "descripción del producto" (product description)... what field does it relates to? can we not use product id or select the product from a list? how can we best achive our goal? We have different products that can be selected on the web lead form - depending on what product is selected I would like to notify a specific group of sales people that a new lead has been created. This will then enforce the Sales People to quickly access the web lead, approve it and then update its status - and lead owner to themselves. HI, We setup a web to contact form some time back which sends an email notification to the record owner when somebody submits to it. In the last few days the received emails have started to show html code above and below the details in the email.. see below. ALL EMAILS HAVE ERRORS!!!!!!
All of our emails are coming up as HTML code or as plain text ignoring all formatting. Everything has been working fine up until this morning. Please advise ASAP
First name field in contacts
After I imported some contacts into Zoho CRM, the first name field became a drop-down list. Does anyone know how I can revert that back to its original settings? Thank You! Joe
Emails sent via Zoho CRM not visible in contact details
Hello, last week we used Zoho CRM in order to send multiple emails to the contacts from particular view. We ticked multiple contacts (not more than 10), chose a template, then got the information that these emails were sent, yet, there's no information about it in any of the contacts' accounts. How to filter/sort by last email sent?
Hi folks, the Zoho support people have told me that it's not possible to have the last activity time for contacts reflect mass or multiple emails. This seems quite odd, but I'm getting used to strangeness with Zoho. What I'm wondering is how other users keep track of contacts who HAVE been emailed versus those who you have not yet sent emails to. How do I prevent cloning of records?
We're using the Sales Order module to drive a lot of the functionality we want. As part of this, we've internally configured business processes to include approvals by certain levels in the organization hierarchy. These approvals are driven by fields stored in Zoho CRM. These fields can only be edited by some profiles using field-level security. This process works well for a normal Sales Order. Email Attachments Using Up CRM Storage
Hi there, We use email templates to send emails to our clients at various points in the relationship but we attach custom PDFs to each email. I believe those attachments are chewing up our CRM account storage and we've now hit our limit. I don't necessarily want to keep those documents (we keep them outside of Zoho in Google Docs) but I can't figure out how to go and mass delete some of those attachments to reduce our storage usage back down. I'd still like to keep the body of the email recorded

When Deactivating a User, what happens to the leads
I need to deactivate one of my users, but I want to find out what happens to the reps leads once I deactivate the user? Will I still be able to access the leads that were listed under that owner or do I have to change owners first then deactivate the account?
Zoho CRM attachments security
If I attach a Google Doc into a crm record does Zoho CRM respect the security settings of that attachment? Meaning if I have a user in Zoho CRM and in Google Apps and the user is unable to view a doc in Google Apps will CRM abide by that or will they be able to see attachment in CRM? Is there a way to give a user access to an Account record but not attachments within that record?

Leads, Contacts and Accounts
I am using CRM to track communications with various professional firms. I have a list of approx. 500 firms and 4,000 individuals within those firms. What I want to do is as follows but I don't think Zoho CRM will do this. Import all 500 firms as accounts. Import all 4,000 individuals as leads. Created Time Field on Quote Screen
Hi, The Created Time is tracked, but I can't seem to display it in the layout of the fields for Quotes. Is there a way this can be displayed? As far as I can see there are numerous fields which cannot be displayed from this screen, but can be used in reports and search layouts. Tabs on leads section, are the customizable?
Hello All, When I am entering my leads (or accounts, or contacts for that matter), there are 3 or 4 colums automatically there, such as "company" and "email address" and "phone number" however-- how can I get 'Country' up there? Without being able to add this column I may have to quit Zoho and move to a new CRM (I have the entrepreneurial 3 person free trial version) Thanks in advance for the quickest response posssible!
