How Do I block a spammer using my web to contact?
How do I block a spammer that sends me 4 or 5 web to lead contacts each day? They are using the same email.
Campaign Report Problems
I have an ongoing campaign started 3/7/2012 that I put certain sales leads into and I have a campaign report that I pull typically every 1-2 weeks from it. I have always just used custom dates for the report. I previously would use the origination date of the campaign as my start and whatever the current date was and apply the filter. Once march rolled around this year I changed my start date to 3/7/2013 with no problems initially. Now I go and pull the report up and it does not include any leads
Mass update of multiselect field/ setting up activities
I am trying to set up a workable approach in Zoho CRM to run - among other things - mailing campaigns. In CRM systems I usually set up initial lists by manually selecting contacts to create a list. This means I can export data through reports to generate merge letters etc, and also have a record of what has been sent to whom. The way I have tried up set this up in Zoho CRM is to create a multiselect custom field in Contacts for mailers, adding to this as I do more mailers. However the problem is
New task not showing in Plotentials
When in looking at a potentials page (I have retasked it to Current Work to manage more than sales) I can add a new task in the Activities section of the page, yet it does not show up in the Activities section on that page, now or later. The new task does show up in "Open Tasks" on the home page, likewise if I go to "Products" and choose "Activities" it shows. But if I run a report on Tasks and Activities it does not show. Is this right?
Incorrect Timestamps on Reports.
It looks like exporting some reports from the CRM tool stamps them with time 4 hours in the past, I've double checked our organisation settings and the time zone is set correctly, any ideas?
products and accounts
i've imported several hundred products, and now i want to associate them with accounts. some accounts only have one product, some have several dozen. one account has two hundred products. how do i mass-associate products with a single account?
Events not syncing with calendar
My events that I have created are not syncing with the person that I invite to the events calendar. The events are syncing with my calendar but each event shows up as two of the same events in the block on my calendar. Any feedback to help me fix this issue would be greatly appreciated. This report that I'm trying to create is very similar to the system's report "Converted Leads", but unfortunately I'm not able to edit this, so my question is; what are "Criteria" that I should write to filter only the converted leads from the database? Include emails in Account view?
Hi all, New user here, so far enjoying my stay. I guess I must have overlooked this. I would like to display all email activity in the Account view. This is currently not shown. I can see phone calls but not emails. If I want to see emails I need to check out each individual Contact. I would prefer to aggregate email information into the Account view. Any idea how to do that? The emails are added to the Contacts module via Outlook add-in.
Associating a Probability Percentage to a Field (Lead Module)
Hi All, Total noob to Zoho. We have gone live with the system, and most of the setup is fine. I had a question from my Managing Director : "Can we associate a probability percentage to the rating field in the Lead module". After some inspection, I just cant figure this out - but surely this should be possible. You have this functionality in the potentials module (Sales Stage). Lookup fields not working with and Chrome browser
Team, Month 7 of this issue. Using Google Chrome browser and only Google chrome browser, I can not select options from a pop up lookup selection. The pop up window appears BUT I can not select any of the choices. Google Chrome pop up options have all been allowed. PLEASE / PLEASE can someone with GOOGLE CHROME expertise trouble shoot this issue? It has been seven months without a resolution and I almost lost a customer deal on this one issue. Internet explorer works fine.....
No logo in PDF exports
Hi I was editing my quote template and inserted my logo, its shows fine in the preview but when i export customer quote to PDF it come with broken sign. trying fixing it has also messed my product details section it would not strecth to standard A4 size. rest all fits with A$ page but product details section is shrunk. Migrate 2 accounts into 1
A few years ago I started using CRM from Zoho for my small business. Along the way I stopped using it because I start working as an employee. Later I started for myself and I openend a new account. So now I have 2 accounts and by accident I use or my old one or my new one, to avoid mistakes I want to migrate my 2 accounts into 1 account, is this possible ?
Problems with the web form
I apologize in advance for the banality of the question. But I read the guide and the FAQ and still I can't solve. I'm trying to insert a contact form on a website. I fill all the fields of Zoho CRM, including the return URL (home page), and the "domain name". Then I copy & paste the html directly in the page. But if I try to fill in the fields, nothing happens: - I do not get redirected to the home page - I do not receive email notification - The contact isn't assigned to anyone In what i'm wrong?

Hi, How do I have to edit a lead so it shows up in the drop down option for "today's leads"? I'm using Zoho CRM and have set it up to keep information regarding my candidates. Is there a way of setting this up so I can also have it log e-mail interaction as well? I'm able to do this for clients but I've looked for an option to do this for candidates but haven't had any luck.
Can I create sub-views under a main custom view heading?
I would like to be able to split up my views into sub categories. is this possible? TABS and their FIELDS being Identical

IE10 - calendar disappears when adding task under Potentials without entering date
Weird bug which I'd appreciate some help on. When viewing a Potential, and then wanting to add a task by adding a New Task under the Open Activities heading lower down the Potentials screen, if I click on a date in the Calendar the whole form disappears. So it's impossible to add a New Task that way, which is the way my client wants to do it (works fine if adding a New task by clicking on the "+" button on the menu bar. This only happens in IE10 - no problem in Chrome or Firefox. Any ideas?

Send Email / Quick Action
I am trying to send an email directly through ZOHO while in my "account" record... NOT my lead record. I see the "send email" in the quick action on the lead record. In the account record I do not want to do a mail merge or use an outside email system - I like having zoho record and log the email transactions in account's record like it does in the lead record. Am I missing something?
