Incorrect lead shows up when clicked
I seem to be having this more & more. When I select a lead from the list of leads, the wrong lead will appear. Often one which I had just viewed.
CRM - Fields in Quote and having it pdf- printable
I created some custom fields in the quote module, but when i save it and then export as pdf or email to customer , not all the fields i created shows up on that document, such as special promo code section or S&H section. Does anyone know how to do this? thanks

Purchase Orders | Sending them via Email | Customer's address in the TO: field
Whenever a Purchase Order is sent via email, the customers email address is automatically populated in the TO: field. Is there a way to prevent the customers email address from appearing there? If a PO is sent to a customer it may cause a major problem. PO's are sent to vendors so if the to: field is automatically filled with an email address, it should be the vendor email.
Forecast showing wrong dates - Bug?
I am using Zoho CRM for managing our leads. I have set up the financial year to begin from April. Now when I select Q4 forecast (Jan - Apr), it is picking my potentials records with closing date from Jan - April 2009 instead of Jan - April 2010. The only way I can see the Jan - Apr 2010 in my forecast is when I select Q4 of 2010 but is showing Jan 2011 and showing Jan 2010 entries in it, which is wrong. Hi all there, After I start to create a new Quote, I want to pick up a product previously added to "Products" inventory. When use a products lookup link, all products shows but visibility is very poor since our company uses long product descriptions. Is there a way to customize product lookup page in order to eliminate unnecessary columns? Service Invoices
Is there any way to have invoices based around services rather than products. Allowing descriptions per invoice line and perhaps dates as well, this would allow us to have a line per date of work done and description of the work done. Thanks
signature in Mail-Add on - contact/lead tabs
I don't seem to have my default signature when emailing lead/contact from their record. I have the sig when I email from the email tab but not when working from the lead or contact tab. development issue or way to fix this?
Generating a "Service Ticket" from a case
Hi there, I would like to have the ability to generate a serviceorder/service ticket from a case. The scenario is as follows: We are running a webshop selling a wide range of products. How to manage an agency where my products are people?
I'm having difficulty keeping track of my "products" which are people. Models, Performers, etc... Does anybody have any tips on how i could structure my "stock sheet" and view my calendar so that i could have a global view of each person i book? As well as have full track of their past jobs... Zoho Calendar & CRM Calendar
Why oh why does the CRM Calendar not synchronize with the Zoho Calendar ? I can understand why you have not implemented synchronizing the CRM Calendar with Google, but to not synchronize with your own online calendar is ridiculous. Global Search and Recent Items - move to the top (mock up attached)
A simple mockup. The recent items would drop down when clicked on or hovered over. The list would retract as soon as you moved your cursor off any part of the list. List 10 instead of 5 with maybe a link to "View More..." at the bottom. not sure where to put the "search layout" link and "show only my records" check box.

Zoho putting line breaks after emails in Workflow Alerts
At the moment, after you create a workflow alert if you have multiple emails. such as example1@company.com,example2@company.com,example3@company.com,example4@company.com This will work fine, but as soon as you create it it'll change that field to display the emails as such; example1@company.com, example2@company.com, example3@company.com, example4@company.com The workflow alert still works fine, but if you ever want to edit the alert in future you will be presented with this generic error; "Insufficient

When clicking on a column, can it be made to sort arrow down first? When sorting by PO Number or date for example, it sorts oldest to newest. Sort newest to oldest on first click please.

I can spend a lot of time importing or making new leads. It would be cool if I could copy a big email signature or web page content with contact info and paste into a form and Zoho automatically detects name/email etc. and makes a lead record. Similar to how ContactCopy works.
Editing the title of section in Tasks : Edit Page Layout
When editing the title of a section, it changes the title of the section ABOVE it and not the one you are actually editing. Just now, in order to rename the title of the LAST section, I had to create a dummy section below the last section, rename that, and then delete it.

Custom Activities View | "My" Todays Activities and Past Due
Maybe I am missing something, I can't figure out how to create a view. We need a custom View for each sales representative that shows only their activities for the current day AND past due. I understand that a Global "MY CUSTOM VIEW" is not possible so I would create duplicates for each user.
Complex formula field!
I know some of you guys love this sort of thing! Basically I want to create a field which will look at another field - Accommodation Rating - and look up the weekly rate for any of the 5 values in Accommodation Rating. Do I have to store the weekly rates in a different field somewhere else? I took a look at Lookup fields, but they only work if the information is in a different module altogether? Search Bar not working in Activities Tab
It works in the Leads Tab however.
Sales order being counted twice.
I've attached a picture above of the problem we're having. We have a sales order with 2 products. The sales order total is £19,575.00 and this displays fine on the sale order. When I go to the dashboard or report however - it's counted twice. at a total of £39,150.00 for some reason. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? While I'm here - I'd like to request again that the functionality to be able to add custom fields to sales orders
migrate data from crm is greyed out
i have transferred to the 15 day free trial of enterprise from free - the migrate data choice is greyed out - is there a solution as i need to import events i saw in late 2009 that migrate was a problem is this still the case?
