Bug in Potentials module and forcasting module.
If I convert a lead to an account and create a potential - then the potential name is pre-populated with <account name>-. If I create a potential from an account the account name is not populated. I have a small organization with 2 users (myself and one external sales person). I thought I'd try out Zoho CRM and so far I like what I see. But I'm having a really hard time understanding the whole multiple user model. Contacts not saving-to accounts
Hi all, We are having a bit of an issue with the add contact function of the account details page. Upon adding a contact and clicking save, the page navigates back to the account details and scrolls to a red arrow. the problem is that the red arrow points towards a still-empty box where the contact should be! I am working on a customized template for creating quotes. I have 98% of the process done correctly, but I am running into a wall formatting the date properly. The way our version of Zoho works all of he dates are expressed as MM/DD/YYYY. This is fine for the data entry, but when I create a document I want it to show the date as Month, DD YYYY - For Example - January 5, 2010. How can I do this?
Need Help formatting Line Breaks in Addresses when creating Templates
I am creating a quote template and I have 98% of the formatting complete. A problem I am running into is how to handle he spacing between lines in the formal Address Area of the document. I want there to be no extra space between the lines - just like you see within the paragraphs here when they exceed a single line. Instead, every time I hit the enter/return key to place the Street address or city, State Postal Code on a separate line it creates a double line space. Is there are way to avoid this?
Import from Access database
I am attempting to import my customer database from Microsoft Access into Zoho CRM. I want to bring in both the company name and the contacts and have them associated of course. When using the migration tool it asks me to choose which module to import to, either contacts or Accounts. How can I get the contacts to be identified with the Accounts.
E-mail address validation too strict
I cannot add an email address in the following format: Bob.R.Smith.-ND@company.com The CRM validation rejects the .-ND part of the e-mail address with the error, "Please enter a valid email." I am creating a customized Quote template and I want it to include our company header and footer. Currently the only Image I am able to embed in the template is the tiny logo we use here in Zoho to customize our copy of the system. Hi, I create several templates folders and email templates according our needs. I checked and both of them are fully accessible for all accounts. However, one of the accounts can not see the templates, only can see the folders (but they remains empty). Even I tried to create a template with the affected account but the issue persist. Is there a way to create an alert for leads which meet a certain criteria? More specifically, I have a custom field within the Leads module which I use to show me leads which I have given estimates to. What makes a lead Open or Todays Lead in the Predefined Views in the Leads Tab? Problem on "Expected Closing On" Field
I was trying to add summary under Deals Tab. One of the field there is Expected Closing On (date) but can't type anything in the text box.

As the number of users we have using zoho crm grows, so do our reporting needs. I love being able to schedule a report to automatically mail out but I have a few requests. 1. A sort order for the reports that can be saved. I am not looking for grouping, just a sort. For example, on some of our Potential reports, I would like the report to sort the list by closing date. Yes, I can do it manually but there is no way to export or schedule the report with that sort in place. 2. Report scheduler

Exporting Reports Problem
When I create a report in accounts I expect it to be sorted by account. However this is not so. By clicking 'account' it then sorts alphabetically. Then if the report is exported to an Excel or PDF file it is no longer sorted alphabetically. I should also note these are all 'tabular ' reports. Dennis
Email template wyswig problems
When I create an email template using the built in wyswig (i don't code html) it does not work properly and is also inconsistent. For example: I will input text with a specific font and size and when I save and then mail it, it has different fonts and sizes. Also, If I put numbers or other characters, the formatting does not appear like I put it when I inputted the data. Any suggestions?

Exporting Addresses of Converted Leads
Is it possible to export the addresses of converted leads only (specifically Closed Won leads) to Excel? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Error in field tab order causing user revolt!
The generated tab order of the fields for contact address do not tab properly. When filling out the fields, tabbing skips from Street to State to Country. I have attached images showing the tab skip pattern (it skips City and ZIP). I have also attached an image from the Page Layout area. I have tried toggling this between Left-Right and Top-Bottom (and saving in between steps) but it does not result in the correct tab order.
