Web-to-lead form BROKEN (just in the last day or two?)
Hello, We use your Web-to-lead HTML form. Without any changes to our Web-to-lead code or settings, this feature had stopped working properly. The last properly-functioning lead was on 2/10/08 and the first problems emerged on 2/14/08. So something broke in the last 4 days. ** Our configuration ** We use a Web-to-lead form on the website when someone requests a whitepaper. Open Tasks
Is there a way to add to add fields to show in my OPEN TASKS when I logon to Zoho CRM. I have reminders that i have set to call clients, but you have to click each one to see who the reminder is about.

user management
I need to know: when user last logged in what was their last edits by -hour -day -week -accounts I need to be able to read the emails they are sending via the CRM. I need to know what templates they are using. I need to be able to force spelling control on the emails before they are being sent. I need to know how many files they have created/ edited. I need to know in one shot (pre-built screen) of how many tasks they have completed. There are lots of other things that I'm sure that I have forgotten.
Tie workflow to email
I'd like to be able to update a record when I send email from within Zoho. For example, I'd like to set the status of a lead to Contacted automagically after I send the message. Perhaps you could do an Ajax comment on the post-email-submission popup (the one with the "close" button). It would be doubly cool if you had an email interface so I could all this within my mail client (i.e. "to" and "return-path" are dynamically substituted... But baby steps first. :) -Derek

Include Web to Lead in an HTML Email?
I tried embedding the code from a web to lead in an html email. The web page opened to: http://crm.zoho.com/crm/WebToLead and stuck there. No lead was posted to my CRM database and the webpage was not redirected. Anyone know of an html fix to this. Apparently the code is only good within a webpage. Thanks. Stan
Export sorted list
The Zoho CRM does a great job sorting based on criteria. However, now that I have sorted my contact list into just the ones I want to see, how do I export just those meeting the criteria to excel or somewhere else. For example, I'm trying to export a list of all contacts with an email to outlook to email this group. I don't want to use the email function in Zoho since I have a nice template in Outlook that I want to use and it is difficult to transfer it. Thanks. SWP

Bug with search tool
First off, this shouldn't be an anonymous post, but for some reason, I get a user name and password do not match error when I tried to log in. Second, when entering a search string in the search box on the top right hand side of any of the tab screens (Accounts, leads, activities, etc), if I hit enter instead of clicking on the go button, it just brings me back to the previous screen. It does not perform the search. Any ideas or help?
Order of Open Tasks

Surname defaults to Mr in Contact Import
When importing contacts, the "Mr." surname is automatically entered in all of the records. Any way to import this a "none" or blank? If not, is there a way to mass update the records?
Remind At Field Unaccessible
I can find no way to access or use the Remind To field or set reminders. I see the field in the task field list, but not in the layout screen. I need to be able to set reminders

hi - great product The only thing that is stopping me from using zoho over dabbledb is the ability to have a view automatically viewable from elsewhere. For example, in dabbledb, after you have a view you can choose a show link option for the view. That link can then be embedded in a website which allows for a constantly updated website view of the data contained in the view. robjamell@hotmail.com

Outlook PLugin
I am paying $3/mo for the outlook plugin and it doesn't add attachments unless they are less than 1MB. This really sucks and almost makes zoho crm pointless for me especially since we also pay for additional storage. What's worse is that it just gives up adding emails as a lead if there is an attachment -- please tell me there is a way around this. epipheus

please add a tac to enter internet favorites--all bookmarks can be in one place and organized--include 2 columns next to bookmark---column 1 is the login info and column 2 is the password info associated with each bookmark---now all favorites are in 1 place with the visual reminder of the logon and password contact

Dear Zoho, I just signed up for your trial CRM. Can I get Zoho sheets, Zoho mail, Zoho viewer, etc. to integrate with the Zoho CRM? I am looking for a product that will collaborate among contacts, e-mails, spreadsheets, and calendars. For example if I have a project called 8-134, I want to put it on my calendar, relate contacts to 8-134, be able to pull up any e-mails that have 8-134 in subject, etc. So if I type in 8-134, everything about that project shows up. Is that possible with Zoho? Thanks
An Activities Quota Module would be fantastic

Altho I tried to make a customized view with last name first and then first name, every view I have created defaults to "contact name" which is sorted by first name. This is a huge obstacle for me but otherwise I really like Zoho CRM. Unfortuneately, unless I can resolve this issue I can not use it. I have 15 potential users. gail

Mass mailer problem
Hi The limit of 250 mails per day is a returning pain in the ass. We have about 1000 contacts. We have split them up in different groups after products. However, form time to time some of the groups have more than 250 contacts. That means I need instantly to find ways to sort them out in even smaller groups under 250. This is anoying since we never spam our customers and only send news the the same group of contacts twice a month. I would like you to raise the limit of mass mails. A couple of month
