Calendar Synch. with OUtllok
I am trying to synch my calendar with Zoho from outlook... It gets about half way through the "Reading Appointments" stage and gives me the error "Error while getting calendar details form outlook." Can someone shed any light on this.... It is a pretty obscure message with little detail. Thanks. Jack Brandt
conflict between outlook to zoho
Although I choosed "Zoho CRM Wins" when conflict between outlook to zoho, still I get the massage that 1050 contact will be deleted on Zoho and not be added to outlook. Why is that? How can I be sure to copy from ZOHO to Outlook? Yacov yacov_ygl
Purchase Outlook Edition Only
I have started using Zoho CRM, and I will probably NEVER grow above 1 user. Can I purchase the "outlook edition" only or do I have to purchase a full user package and the outlook license as well? Please advise. Jack Brandt
Contacts, Accounts, Potentials?
I'm new to CRMs and I'm a bit confused. I uploaded my entire Outlook contact list. Some of them are possible clients, some of them are current clients and some are just contacts. How can I go through and define this information without having to re-import the same data 3 times, then go through and delete the unnecessary items? Is there a way to convert a Contact to an Account or a Potential to a Contact or Account? Sorry if this is all elementary stuff, but I don't see any simple way, like a button

Calculating Probability Amounts
If I have a product amount of $50,000 and a 50% probability, do I need to add a field to create a probability amount of $25,000 by multiplying the probability percentage by the product amount? AND - can I then aggregate this new field - by product - on a dashboard?

I was adding custom fields to my Sales Fields List and received the following message, "You cannot create more than 10 Date Custom Fields." Could you please let me know how to change this, it is necessary for me to have 20 date fields. Thanks... NAWREI
mass email option dissapearing
I'm trying to use the mass email, for leads and contacts but the option is not their. I've just used it about half and hour back.. and now i didn't find it... Hope that it will not take months to fix like the date format problem and the report deleting problem..... You usually take months to solve such small issues... Mustafa

MAJOR PROBLEM WITH \'QTY IN STOCK\'
Hi, if you create an invoice then go back in, edit, and resave, the system deducts the product amounts again, creating false numbers in stock. EG I sell 20 x Widget 1's. There are 100 in stock. I save the invoice and the new total in stock is 80. I need to add an address detail, so go back in, edit, and resave it. When you look at the resaved invoice, it will only show 60 in stock ??? Great System, A couple of suggestion..
Hello there, I love ZOHO so far. Just wanted to suggest to have the option of using email templates also when emailing an individual contact. And also, when using templates have the option to edit them right before clicking "send". I noticed that now the subject and body are fixed so you can't do any custom changes for that particular mailing. Thanks, David daser007

Custom Views in ACCOUNTs
The Custom View in ACCOUNTS does not appear to be functional, There is an obvious glitch in the "Specify Criteria" tab with the pick lists that are provided. I thought I could skirt around it by "adding criteria" and making it an "OR" such that the non-functioning criteria would not matter. But it does not create the custom view at all. Is there any way to change attribute of mandatory field? For example: Closing date in Potential is not necessary. The potential is open as long as it is not close.

Outlook and Other Email
When I speak with a customer, they will often reference an email that they sent or I sent, or someone else sent about a matter relating to the customer. I do not want to have to leave Zoho to search Outlook looking for that email. My question is whether Zoho can link emails to the appropriate sender's record automatically? uninstalling Outlook Edition
I installed the Outlook Edition of CRM and could not get it to work correctly and now I cannot get it to uninstall. Can anyone offer any ideas of how to get this to uninstall. I have ran both the install/unistall routine and have also tried using add/remove programs. It hangs on both of them.

Hi I registered again since I am resigned to the possibility that you will be unable to retrieve my original user id and password. Curiously I registered again under a new email address and never received confirmation via email that I have registered at all. Can you enlighten me as to what is wrong? Am I doing anything wrong?
