Why do I get this error message. I am attempting to create an invoice. I select on Sales order and select the sales order that it is associated to and this is the error I get. Sorry, the page you have requested was not found. Please check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization What do I do?
Tasks
Hi Is it possible to assign tasks to other users? I have used tasks in this manner in Salesforce.com but can't seem to get tasks to work in the way I thought they should. Also, I thought full functionality was available even in the free version. I would like to use the outlook interface if at all possible and trial everything on full access before we decide to roll this out to the rest of the company. Hope you can help Regards Tony Woods

We're trying to use ZohoCRM and plan to introduce it to Chinese customers. Please Add Chinese to language select menu please (now there are only English/Japanese/Vietenaim/Geman?) . Though ZohoCRM GUI is localized yet, but we can input Chinese in ZohoCRM. We should let customer know ZohoCRM support Chinese. hkn

I would like to ask for some help regarding the code to copy on my website for web to lead contacts for the on line version of zoho. Will it still work for the on line version? How to activate additional users?
I would like to check, how do I activate additional users that I've already purchase? Let say I have 3 free user. And I purchase additional 5 users license, where to key in the activation code in the setup? Currently using on-premise edition. Really hope Zoho CRM will release an updated version instead of the current version 5 with some minor bugs. Zoho CRM is a very good CRM. I really love it. Thanks!

Create cases via email
I've been testing out the system and am curious if there's a way to create new cases by someone sending an email to a certain address. I went into the settings and modified the "Support Mail Configuration" to create an email that I thought would do this, but it didn't work when I tested. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!
Feedback on Contacts
Sort the front list by default Put the alphabet buttons along the top as well and is is just me or is importing contacts very touchy. It's great it doesn't allow duplicates ( tho it doesn't say that's why it's rejecting the batch). Importing the same data as XLS or CSV seemed to work sometimes, not others.I couldn't figure out a pattern. I did get all the data in tho. Pete abbeyfield
Cannot change Owner (Leads, Potentials, Contacts, etc)
When I click on NEW on any tab (Task, Leads, Potentials, Accounts, etc) it shows always the same owner (one of our users) in ALL of our users. We have 5 paying licenses, and we are all seeing the same owner. Please respond. Luis Zambrano

I am very impressed on how easy it is to use. I have some questions or suggestions depending on whether I am doing things correctly. When contact information is added for an account, is it possible to copy the address from the account as a default with an option to add a new address. There is a redundancy to adding the same address when there are multiple contacts for a given account. Emails sent out, are sent through your server? Multiple-select fields in Contacts
If I select my multiple items, say 3 out of 5 possible choices, Zoho saves them properly. But if I edit that Contact again but don't touch that field it seems those values are lost to that field. A bug? abbeyfield

You guys are doing a great job with Zoho CRM and making possible to those cannot afford for a very expensive CRM to have such wonderful tool. Referencing other contacts in a contact record
I'd like to be able to uses Contacts to keep track of our societies. Is it possible to have a field self-refer to the Contacts table. I'm thinking of a section for Board officers. Would be nice ( and efficient) to be able to select them from a popup of contacts rather than redundantly re-entering their contact info user added fields for that purpose. Issue When Converting a Lead
This looks like a bugg (a pretty big one). When I try to convert a Lead, I go to a blank screen after I click SAVE. Only way to get out is by clicking back. The Lead is not converted to a Potential, altough there is an Account created with the Lead. Luis Zambrano

Roles/Users
Hello I have searched for a way to customize Zoho to allow us to have certain Users limited to accessing data in certain categories. In our case, we have our leads, etc. fall under 5 key industrial sectors (aerospace, IT, etc) and we'd like to be bale to limit some users from accessing data outside their sector. This is obviously controlled in the "Industry" drop down menu. Can we do this somehow? Thanks Scot MacDonald
Administrator fine, problems with users
I am using the 3 person, free trial version. Everything works fine with the Administrator. However, problems with the users include: Can't amend the potentials "stage". Can't logout the user. Custom views work eratically.

What I, and probably others in the forum get wrong, is they click the "edit" button rather than the name of the lead. - Clicking the name gives u the right screen where u can convert, and take notes and all that!! Kristian Vanberg

Ok this is a little frustrating. I have created a quote. When I try to edit it it takes my name out and puts in my co-workers. In addition I cannot save it afterwords and it dumps me into a new quote screen. Am I missunderstanding something? Steve Lurie

Daily reports
Hi, I have set Zoho up to send me a report once a day. I sometimes get the report twice, never once and mostly not at all. It really doens't seem to work properly still. If you look at my settings it is only there once not twice. Also do you have plans to expand the database size soon? we are now well over 2000 records and it seems to be slowly grinding to a halt on sorting, reporting and everything. We may have to move to another service if we aren't careful. We are also expanding our company rapidly

submitting data to ZOHO crm from PDF/HTML forms
We filled out some forms with details (HTML ,PDF) Now when we press on the submit button located at the bottom of the forms, we want that the data will be sent and inserted into the CRM system (data may be sent as XML). Is this possible in ZOHO crm and how ?
Activating/de-activating users as a cost saving measure
In our national organization we have 30 regional sub-organizations. Would would need them to be able to log in every 6 months or so and up date their board members etc. Is it feasible to have 3 users for the office and buy one user license that we make available on a rotating basis by temporarily activating a user? Signing up for 30+ users isn't feasible at this time though it well might be in the future. abbeyfield
Making Contacts the starting tab
I'm trying to set up the entrance page show it shows Contacts. None of the other tabs have much relevance, including the content of the home tab. Users would always have to click over to contacts. Changing the tab order didn't help. pete
Mailings labels as a report
Is there any way of creating a report that that can be directly used to produce mailing labels from the current view of contacts? I'm aware that the data can be exported and the data run thru Word or some database program. Would be nice to just click and print. Pete

Editing is creating dupes
Anytime I try to edit a lead, account or any type of contact, it is changing the owner to me and creating a duplicate. This has been going on the last 2 weeks. The only way the owner should be changed is if we, the company using the program, change it. Myself as the administrator, should be able to change any account without the owner being changed to me.
