Mail Merge Word Documents
Is there a way to mail merge to a word document from the LEADS area. I have certain letters for clients and would want to pull their information into it. I know I could probably do an export and try from there, but wanted to see if there was another way.

I am trying to create a report that has the following structure: Owner(1) Account (1) Potential (1) Activity / Description / Due Date (1.1) Potential (2) Activity/Description/Due Date (2.1) Activity/Description/Due Date (2.2) Account (2) etc Owner(2) I have tried this by starting with the activities and adding the account and potentials as "sub tables" - I then group by: Account Owner then Account then Potential Name I select Activity description as the column to display - however, I don't get what

Team, When I send a mass mail with a criteria, I too am receiving the mail. Not sure if everyone or a few at my company would receive it!!! If so, we need to immediately stop it The extra criteria: Email does not contain @abc.com is not working!! Shan lshankar

Mass mail - Mailing stops on encountering a wrong mail ID
Team, When mass sending mails to IDs, if any of the mail ID is faulty then sending of the mails stops. This should not be the case. The mailing should continue after skipping the faulty mailID. Shan lshankar

Mass Mail criteria issue
Team, I try to set a criteria as: State Contains New Delhi,Gurgaon,Noida This returns 1016 Leads But when I set criteria as: State Contains New Delhi,Gurgaon,Noida AND Email doesNOT contain @abc.com This returns 10,000+ leads Actually it should be equal to or less than 1016 leads Please analyse this issue or let me know if I am doing anything different!!! Issue importing Contacts
I export a CSV file from Outlook and when I try and import it tells me the file must be a CSV or XLS (which it is a CSV). When I convert to Excel it works fine through the mapping stage but when it starts the final import it hangs and never finishes. Any idea's? marklharrell
Campaigns
Hello, We've recently imported 766 leads and needed them all under one campaign. During the import I assigned all of these to the same campaign however under the campaign tab only 50 of these show up with no option to page through them. Is there a way to do this? Many thanks. Dave Tuepah

I am in the process of adding users and I have run into a Data Level Permission problem. I have cloned the Standard User Role and modified the new role's Data Level Permission to "Admin only...". This seems to work (in that it restricts the user's view/edit capabilities to items that they are the "Owner" on) in all modules except for the Contacts module. Automated reports
Hi, 2 things, I have set up the report scheduler to send daily but nothing is being sent or arriving. Is there any reason this may not be working? 2ndly when you do a PDF of the report it takes the text right up to the margings making it unprinatble. I guess this is something to do with US vs A4 paper size? anyway it doesn't look any good, is there anyway to fix this? thanks bercap

MS Office Integration
Hello, Are there are any plans for Microsoft Office Integration? Possible features with programs such as Word could be form letters and mail merges direct through Zoho CRM. Also, I would like to be able to send a tempalte email individually from the lead screen. Currently one can only send an individual email, not from a template; or, use a search for individual leads/contacts using the "mass email" function. These features would greatly influence switches from Salesforce among other on-demand CRM
CRM World Clock
The World clock has an entry for Perth, Australia which is great. However, Perth (well the whole of WA) has implemented Daylight Savings as of the 3rd December - thus the clock is wrong, as is now an hour behind - can this be recitified? Cheers spleendog

Convert Lead to Contact/Account - Not working
My user gets the general error that they dont have permission when trying to convert a lead to a contact / account contact administrator. In their user role under general permissions 'Convert and Merge Leads:' is checked. Is there some other setting that I may be missing? Mathew Giovanello
Eliminate access to old users
I wanted to inquire about eliminating access to our CRM. The CRM is paid for by our company but 2 of the users are no longer with us. Can we take away their access before we've switched all their clients over to our other sales people or will their records be eliminated once their access is?
