On the service level you are a complete puzzle and kind of scary. So far all my email requests for help, except one, have been ignored. Adding Activities from Potential Tab
We are trying to add multiple activities from the Potentials tab. The first activity we add works fine but if we hit save and new, the second entered activity does not show up under the Potentials tab but instead shows up under Accounts tab. Is there a setting to have all activities that start from the potentials tab post to the potential? crm

Sorting columns doesn\'t work in IE
FYI... When viewing "Activities", I tried to sort using the "Start DateTime" column. When trying this using Internet Explorer 7 and Maxthon Browser (http://maxthon.com)-- whihc uses IE as its base. In both browsers I could see the little "in progress" icon but the table never sorted. I tried the same thing in FireFox and it worked fine. I assume you are aware of this issue with IE7 -- is there a work-around other than having to use FireFox? Rene

CRM Data Security - Hacker Prevention
We have just started using ZOHO CRM and are finding it extremely well matched to our CRM requirements. We are, however, a little concerned on the data security of this package. How does a inexpensive, powerful CRM package like ZOHO afford to ensure client data security? As a almost "to good to be true" CRM package, I guess I am looking for its weakness. We need to feel confident that our data is protected and secure from intruders. Thank you Maurice

Import not working
For some reason I can't get the import function to work correctly. Please can you let me know who to sort it as I can't use Zoho without importing my data. It will take me days to do it manually. I have created a spreadsheet with only one line of data but it still won't import. I have tried both CSV and XLS formats but it doesn's seem to be working. PLEASE HELP John Hurst
Missimg totals
This system which we have been using for approximately 4 months now has just recently changed ever so slightly. The totals which used to appear on the top right hand corner just below the "print view" tab no longer appear. We used to monitor our numbers using that total and now it no longer appears. Task Due Dates
By default, the Task due dates display with the most distant tasks at the top. It would be great to have the option of changing the default to display the soonest tasks at the top of the list. kstranac

Role Permissions
My company has suspended use of Zoho CRM until the roles permission is fixed. As of right now all users can view all 'contacts' when before they were restricted to seeing only their own. In calling yesterday I was told that this was a bug that happened during the last upgrade. We hope that this will be fixed as soon as possible. Is there a way to set up a default view for the events that display on the homepage? It would be nice to have a feature similar to the task list view options. I'd love to be able to set it up to view a week's worth of events to get a quick at-a-glance view without the need to click on "View all Events". Rene Michaels

The ZohoCRM system would be much more useful to me, if the tasks and events that I create in Zoho could be subscribed to from my desktop calendar application (iCal) as an iCal feed. I would also like to subscribe to these events/tasks in my Google Calendar. I don't like that I have to always visit ZohoCRM to see what events or tasks I have to do each day. any chance this feature could be added to Zoho? thanks, Nate Nate Aune

When I use the Print Preview feature for my invoices, the currency values are right aligned and only have a single decimal place (e.g., $750.0). How can I change this to left aligned and showing two decimal places?

Regional Settings

I noticed that you can easily converted a Quote to a Sales Order by clicking on the "New Sales Order" button from within a Quote. Is it possible to convert a Quote to an Invoice directoy in the same manner? I'd like a "New Invoice" button on the Quote screen. Dave Formanek

Product Variations on SO, Inv etc
I know the inventory module that appears on sales orders, invoices, products is not yet customizable but I have another issue. I'm dealing with clothing and for each shirt ,for instance, comes in different colors and sizes. When someone orders we usually only have one product code for that style of shirt and associate color/size/qty to it. Your system only has one Qty field per item. Creating all the different variations of this one style of shirt would be fairly redundant and create extremely long

Is there an easy way for me to ask folks about their specific tasks? As CEO, I'm looking at others tasks and want to ask specific questions. Was wondering what you might suggest. Subtotaling Invoices
In CRM Reports... Invoice Reports... there is no way to subtotal on invoice amount. In fact, it is not listed in the Add Columns section when you customize it... I have been trying various reports to attempt to summarize and subtotal my invoicing activity but have not found a way to do so.
