How Can I Edit / Change User Role & Profile?
I can't seem to edit Role & Profile for each user (including myself). Where can I change this information? The person who started to setup Zoho CRM has all three users set as CEO and Administrator but, this is incorrect however, upon choosing edit on each user (including myself) those fields are not changeable. I have customers all over the world and it would be a nice feature to have in Zoho CRM so that when I am looking at a lead or a contact or an account, there is a clock within their profile that shows me what time it is in their local area.
