Unable to assign an activity to a record
When creating a call "to contact", it is possible to related it to a deal or other record such as a company etc. When creating the same call (or other activity) for a lead, that option is gone. What is the reasoning behind having this option removed?
Adding Accounts to Campaigns
I'm setting up a campaign and I need to add some existing accounts to the campaign. The campaigns page has "Add Leads" and "Add Contacts" but no "Add Accounts". I need to add existing accounts to the campaign and it does not make sense that I can't do this with Zoho CRM.

How do I get phone calls to show up under leads/contacts/accounts every time I look? Sometimes when I view pages I see past phone calls, but for instance today I'm looking through leads, contacts and accounts and there is no section for phone calls.
