Laptop Performance Issue: Outlook Plug In with Outlook 2016
We recently upgraded to Outlook 2016. One of our users is reporting that the performance of his laptop is really "bogged down" when he's signed in to the plug-in. Once he signs out, the problem goes away. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, what is/are the solution(s)? Thank you! John Galich
Having a problem with a critically important Workflow Rule suddenly not working - anyone else?
This seems like a bug in the CRM. Luckily a sales rep alerted us to it very quickly. Basically a workflow rule that was set up to trigger on creation of a client meeting (with no conditions) suddenly stopped working for the last 5 meetings created. We were able to reproduce this bug initially. Turning the workflow rule off and then back on fixed it, but it's extremely worrying that this happened in the first place!! integration use case
Hi, In our business use case, we have multiple organizations in Zoho Books which need to invoice from the same Zoho CRM login. We can easily invoice from the first synced organizations but we can't from the other organizations. I need to : 1. We need to invoice from at least 3 different companies 2. Updating Company Contacts
Hello, Has anyone over come the limitation of not being able to send a primary contact a list of contacts associated with their company to update their permissions. We have some pretty big customers that want to have access to this area and we do not want to spend the money for the portal access to accounts. I was thinking of creating a form that they can fill-out and it will update the contacts information, but that doesn't fix getting them a list of the users associated to their account. Any thoughts

Multiple Contacts from one Lead
Hello, I have a list of leads each lead could generate 3-4 new companies and 3-4 new contacts But after converting Lead to Contact it is moved from the lead module. Is it possible to fix LEADs on the place for creating few contacts/companies?
Image doesn't show in quote pdf file
I have a logo a the top of the quote template. When viewing the html in the editor the logo appears. It also appears in print preview in the quote tab. However, when exporting to create a .pdf file it shows as a broken link. The image is 434x87. Any suggestions?

Problem with prices and currency symbols in quotes
Good morning, I'm having a problem since the la a problem with the new version of Zoho CRM. Before the update when I exported a quote in PDF I got the currency symbol (€) followed by a space before the price. Now I got the currency name (EUR) followed by the price without a space. How can I have again the currency symbol followed by a space? Is it also possible to have a tag not including the currency symbol? I prefer to include it manually in the inventory template. Anyone using Nosql as an alternative to an evergrowing list of modules?
I have an ongoing list of offerings I provide to my customers. Every time I have a new offer I have to create a form with fields unique to that offer, and am otherwise forced to create a module to store the data that relates to that form and offer. I am going to end up with hundreds of forms and modules. - I CAN live with many forms - I CANNOT live with a constant creation of new modules and deluge code to store all of the data What do I do? Stage probability mapping does not update to records
I have edited the stage-probability mapping to a new value %. But... 1. Records for each deal do not automatically update to the new probability values. 2. If I use the 'quick edit' to update the Stage, i.e. click and save. This does update the probability on the page, but is not saved correctly, so the probability has not actually changed. 3. Have to use the page 'Edit' and update the Stage. Now the probability has been updated. Solution: 1/ . mass update of all records when mapping changes
Hide Emails Related List for certain contacts
Hello, We would like to hide Email Related List for certain Contacts in Zoho CRM, so that salespeople cannot see email correspondence between company management and our vendors that are in the CRM. The contact record doesn't need to be hidden, just the emails that would show up in the emails related list. All emails sent by management to CLIENTS in CRM need to remain visible to salespeople. Conditionally make a Line field mandatory but only if lookup field was left blank
I can't seem to set a layout rule to achieve this, because this functionality doesn't seem to extend to lookup fields. Essentially, there's one field where a user is supposed to select a value from a lookup field that offers 50-60 options. In case they can't find the correct item to link to, there is also a free text field where they can enter it. I'm trying to think of a way to make it so that the free text field only becomes mandatory in case the lookup field was not filled in.
Notify other users when Notes are updated
Hi there, In my Zoho CRM system I've set up email notifications to alert other Users when a change is made to a Potential, to keep the whole team up to date. My problem is that I can't find a way to include the Notes section in the information that gets sent by email. Is there a way of updating other users when a Note is added/changed in a Potential? CRM Calendar no longer syncs with Google Calendar
I have had my Zoho CRM Calendar set up to sync with Goggle calendar for the past year and it has been working without issue. Suddenly for no apparent reason, it no longer syncs and there is nothing I can do to get it to sync. I have not changed any google or CRM settings. I tried to deactivate and set it up again, but it is useless. it syncs some random items from Zoho CRM to Google. It syncs nothing from Google to CRM. Custom HTML email template - head & gmail
Hello, A designer is creating a custom email template for us, but when I insert the HTML in a Zoho email template, we see that Zoho alters and deletes certain elements of the code. Especially the Head is negatively impacted, which causes the email to look very bad in Gmail. We would expect that a professional CRM tool can handle custom HTML templates, and, does not delete random elements of our template. Is there a structural fix for this issue? I am looking to find out which would work best out of these 2 (or if anyone has another suggestion). We sell mortgages. The mortgage has a tie in period for say 2 years - but not exactly 2 years, it could be 1 year 11 months or 2 years and 2 months for example. Zoho CRM PhoneBridge Asterisk 13
Hi there, I've set up PhoneBridge with asterisk 13 and Zoho CRM, and can successfully initiate a Click to Dial. However, the CRM does not 'see' when the call is answered and remains on a perpetual 'calling' state with a 'CANCEL' button available. No access for users after migration from US to EU dc on CRM
Hi all, I recently transferred our Zoho CRM from the US to EU data center by exporting everything and then re-importing all my events, leads etc. Everything works fine but my team mate is unable to access this new CRM while he has an EU account set up correctly. I de/re-activated his user but didn't help. Also deleted him from Zoho CRM and recreated a new one but it doesn't help. Can anybody provide me with an alternative? I'd rather not ask him to delete his account and create a new one! Thanks

Hi , We have configured a related list for the emails on contact detail page. We want to have a list view on contacts which lists all the contacts for whom our company has received email from end customer (contact) and our internal rep has not responded back yet. Basically the last email on the emails list is being sent by contact and they are awaiting a reply from us. What I am trying to accomplish is, in a text field I have some string but then I want to concatenate a value that is in a field of the same record Let say I have a Lead and I open that Lead and within this Lead is a multi-line text field called Greetings. An in this Greeting text field I have the string "Hello my name is <FirstNameField>" where <FirstNameField> value is pulled from a different field of the same record like First_Name.
