Auto Populate Fields based on a trigger

Lead in ZohoCRM phone app, but NOT in desktop site.
Hi. I recently exported 526 records/leads into a csv file successfuly. However, I notice that when I go to my leads in the CRM desktop, they are not there! Also, I notice that those same exported leads that are not on my CRM desktop ARE in my CRM Phone app. I need them back in the online desktop site. How do I get them back? And why did the export take them out in the first place? Thank you!
Multiple owners for an Account
Hello, We have a project for the implementation of Zoho CRM in a small company. We have a mutlti department segmentation. It means that a customer (an account) can get several Account owners. How do I remove contact from mailing list based on CRM status?

Hi, would like to hide or block a lookup field if another lookup field in the same module is filled. The crm homepage should be updated
For a potential customer, I rediect him to the crm.zoho.eu homepage to log in. He couldn't and found out the reason: For some reason this page look very old, and there is no way to login... even signin up doesn't work. (see the grey area). evem reloading multiple time of using Firefox, Brave or Safari gives the same result. Please also note at the bottom of the page, phone and fax number still have the placehold :-/ Please update the page, it give a very bad impression whan I have to make a demo.

Tags Moved in New Views
In the newly deployed view (which I do like) the tags are moved to a very awkward location for setting and viewing ... it wold be nice if the tags showed up near the heading(?) as was previously the case. Stopping and Restarting Backups
Hello, Our company currently has two backups run a month. The next one is slated for March 31st but I need one before then for a project. I have tried to figure out how to buy one additional one but I cannot seem to accomplish it. Does anyone know if I stop the backup now if I can get one right away and then restart the backups? Why are emails sent to client from a CRM user visible to all other CRM users?
Zoho has quite sophisticated settings to set up users within Roles and Groups to control what data users can view or edit. This has enabled us to have separate departments on Zoho only seeing the data that they should see. But there is a big problem (for us) because if a user from one department emails a client (using the CRM) then all other users in any department can see that email. In short there is not privacy settings at all for client emails - all users in your organisation will see all emails
Timing of revenue for forecasts and reporting
Hi, We are a small media/advertising sales business and we sell advertising campaigns which may run over multiple months/quarters. We are using CRM to track our Deals but we are having trouble with when revenue is displaying in reports/forecasts. Currently (as I understand it) the Forecast function and reporting shows the revenue when the Deal is "Closed Won". We need the ability to defer this revenue and allocate it to specific months. Contacts template suddenly started using Mailing (address, city, etc.) rather than Billing
Our Organizations template has fields where, for the address, we've been entering "Billing" details (address, city, etc.). And we would then create Contacts off of that Organization, and Zoho CRM would carry over all of those Billing address fields. Suddenly within the last hour or so, our newly-created Contacts in connection with the most recent Organization we've entered no longer show "Billing" - now, although the CRM is still carrying over the address details from the Organization into the Contacts

It seems so obvious that a user could take action during the sales process based on a lead or contact clicking a email, but I see no way to use this information outside of Reports. How to duplicate a lead?
Newb here. I'm entering basic data for leads I intend to contact after coronapocalypse passes. I assume at least some of the people I'm entering will refer me to others in the same organization who, hopefully, will become my Contact (in Zoho terminology). It seems to me that calls for creating a new lead with all the same info as the old one, just with different name, phone, and e-mail info. If that's true, is there a way to create a duplicate of the original lead, to spare me the hassle of re-entering
Email Opens are Tracked from My Own Inbox
Whenever I open a sent email from within my own inbox, it is triggering a read receipt to Zoho. This is triggering open emails that are not from my client but from me. I am using Gmail.
Events don't show up in participant contact records
I do not use Zoho email to issue invitations to participants for events, so I have to add them to the event after the event has taken place. I can add people as participants, but when I look at their contact records, the event does not show up.
Zoho CRM- IP address for login history
We had a malicious data breach from a former employee. Is there any way to get an IP address from the past logins for a certain user? We just need to confirm that another individual didn't use someone else's login info (which is private but you never know) an IP address would be sufficient, this was less than 1 week ago. Zoho CRM customer portal - change user email
Hi, I want to change the email and name associated to a particular portal user. The user is seen in screenshot 124. I modified the Contacts record associated with this user: I changed the name from "vendeur profab" to "Inventaire MLS" and the email from "vendeurprofab at gmail dot com" to "inventairemls at gmail". (Screenshot 125) The changes made on the portal user's record is not reflected in the portal user list. Please help!
Can I do litmus email test from Zoho CRM?
Is there any way to do litmus email testing from Zoho CRM? I know Zoho Campaign allows this to preview what the email would look like if received by desktop/mobile and a variety of clients (gmail, outlook, etc.). Is there any way to run these sort of litmus tests for emails from Zoho CRM?
Add an approval process in CRM Finance module
Hi, We are using Finance module in CRM. We are able to create Estimates. However there an approval process to validate the Estimates before conversion. Sadly this approval happens in books, and not in CRM. It should be possible to do in the Fiance module too. This would avoid to switch back and forth between CRM and Books.

I would like to Merge, Attach or Link Emails in CRM (internal and external not associated with a contact) to a client email record. This should be possible if internal communication between two staff is associated with a client. The only way I can figure this out at this point would be to add a note (copy/paste) email for reference.

We have placed the underneath mentioned DKIM signatures for notifications.zohocrm.com, sender.zohocrm.com and mailer.zohocrm.com in our DNS. We have added the SPF with the transmail.net domain. Auto Populate AMOUNT Field via Function?
Hi Everyone, I am looking to have the "AMOUNT" field auto populated with data that is calculated into a "TOTAL" field. The TOTAL field is part of a sub-form that is the final net amount of the contract value (salesperson enters Gross amount and discount amount and the total is populated - gross - discount = total/net total). I would like to have that dollar amount in the TOTAL field be autopopulated into the AMOUNT field for reporting and tracking purposes. What is the best way to do this? Thank
Potentials Report showing duplicate lines
I have created a report on Potentials that are at a certain stage, and included Quotes on those Potentials, as I want to include Quote Stage on the report, but the Report is showing multiple lines for the same Potential due to there being separate Product Details within the Quote, so a line is being included in the Report for each Product line. How do I only show a single line for each Potential but still include the Quote fields?
