Hello! We are a B2C business undergoing a restructure of our database where we will restrict user access to contact records based on territory. We offer 3 activity streams, where clients booking info is added to the CRM via API from Checkfront. When they place a booking, it creates a contact for them, and adds a deal to their record with the appropriate info. We want some sort of automatic rule/workflow in place so that when a contact record is created by the API, the appropriate territory is assigned
Currency Conversion in Potential
I have an issue with the currency conversion rate. In the Potential it is converting USD to GBP different to what is set in the system. For example, the potential is converting at 1.3, yet the sales order is converting at 1.32 which is what is set in the system. This is causing issues for reporting. Can anyone help? Thanks

We are a small publishing company specializing in agriculture and healthcare publications in Central Florida. We are looking for a better way to manage are lead process. Current Practice: Sales staff enter a prospect as a lead. If they close the deal it is converted to an account. Problem: Sales staff spend most of their day arguing who should retain ownership of the lead. Dilemma: We are wrestling with how to manage leads. Our sales staff has no assigned territories or product/service lines.

Reports are not tracking emails properly
Lately my sales team is unable to show accurate numbers for emails sent and received in Zoho reports. I was told by Zoho that we have to physically respond to every email in Zoho CRM. Dashboards, Email Analytics, Emails and calls analytics report all shows different numbers. I just need to know how many emails my sales team is sending and receiving on a daily, weekly basis. We use Outlook. Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know how to combat this issue?
Set default field value when adding new records
Hi, we need to set default values to some standard fields when adding new records within a custom module, because of these fields are marked as mandatory, we must fill in whatever value but in our case, anything is valid. In order to automate the process, is there any chance to set a default value?

Hi, As the question states, is there a way for me to hide or delete POTENTIALID BEFORE exporting or emailing my weekly reports? This takes too much space in my sheet and useless in the report.
Auto-search & Populate address fields
Hi, more and more websites with forms have the ability to have suggested addresses pop up in a drop down box when you start to enter an address in the address field. In Zoho you have to type in the whole address. It would be great if you could start to type the address and then select the address that pops up that is the one you are after. It would save a lot of time and ensure the address is accurate.
Adding A User
I sent the email invitation to a person that I want to be a user (my partner), and when she gets to the site she is required to enter an email address and password. Does she need to sign up to ZOHO to gain access or should she be able to login to my account and be assigned a password?
Email Views in Accounts Module
Hi In my Accounts module, under emails, I can sort to see by the name of each individual contact, or by "Accounts - Sent mail from Zoho CRM", but there is no option to see all "Accounts - Received by Zoho CRM"? Am I missing something obvious? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you :)

Error when trying to add to campaign from contact list view
When trying to add contacts to a campaign from contact list view, it allows you to go through the filter but when you need to see more than 10 results, there comes an issue and it kicks you out of the process. Need to address ASAP.

Hi - I need to import hundreds of items in Zoho CRM product modules with each item has product image .I have xls sheet where each item with details and respective image url . So far I am aware it is not possible using direct import option in zoho CRM to import image as well. I don't want to go each item manually to upload images . Is there any way to do it automatically ? Hello experts, I hope you're doing well. We just had a problem concerning product's details section. As you can see, it only has one discount level and we actually want to customize it by adding another discount's levels ( for agencies as intermediates, and final costumer...) We need the ability to encrypt subform fields. We also need the ability to encrypt more then 5 fields per module. Why would limit the number of fields you can encrypt to 5?
Campaign based on Account membership
We would like to create a campaign for contacts. The criteria of this campaign is any contact who's account has a 'contract expiration' within 2 years. I can't find a way to filter contacts based on criteria of the account they are associated with. This seems like a very very basic need but i can't come up with a solution. Please help!!!

I am under the impression that if you are using books that if you create an invoice it should show up in the CRM when you click on a account then invoices, this is not happening... Any ideas

I need to be able to create a Drip marketing campaign, using the workflow to assign a series of emails that would be automatically sent out, over a period of time, once a stage is achieved, or a campaign is assigned. Custom pick list for web form maintain my "default value." I cannot get rid of or rename "none" value.
Hello, I'm creating a webform for a Mexican (Spanish) landing page. I was able to create the custom pick list. However, I have two problems. 1. I need my default value to be "Elige tu ubicación" which I did set as default in the system. I noticed when I go to the web form itself, it automatically appears as a field but "none" is the default value. Using keyboard to enter a comment in a case and lack of keyboard short cuts
In Cases, if I want to enter a comment (not a note), I used to be able to press the Tab key then either enter or spacebar to submit the comment. Something changed a few months back where I now have to use the mouse to hit the Check mark icon. Any idea on how to do this with the keyboard? My biggest problem with Zoho CRM is how dependent it is on the mouse. I feel like every time I have to reach for the mouse, it is lost productivity. I want to keep my fingers on the keyboard as often as possible.
Issue with downloaded Probability Reports
When I conduct an Excel download of my Deals Proability Reports, which include "amount" and "expected revenue", my amount and revenues are not downloading as "numbers" and as such I have to individually convert each cell to a number in order to run my calculations. Is this a Zoho problem or am I missing something? Thanks.

Converting quotes to sales order
Hello, I have two problems at the moment with converting quotes to sales order: 1. The button 'Convert' which was at the top right corner inside a specific quote, is not there anymore. And even before, when I got into deferent quotes, sometimes I would see it and sometimes not. 2. When I used to see the button, if I would click on in, it declined me due to insufficient permissions, although I have all the permissions I can have. Can you help? Thank you, Natalie
Zoho Twilio Recording - Link Recordings in Different Module
Hi, Right now we have Twilio with recording enabled for both incoming and outgoing calls. The problem is that we can only view the recordings in the contacts module where the caller's information (property owner) is housed. We want to have links to all the recordings in the "Properties" module. How can I add multiple contacts to a project in Zoho CRM?
We are a consultancy business that manage major projects worldwide. On any project we might have up to 10 key contacts that we deal with. When I add a contact to the CRM, i have added a lookup field that links with the projects module. However, this only allows me to add a contact to one project? We may have a key contact who works with us on various different projects and I need the system to show this information. Is there any way of doing this?
