System Admin - resource to assist when required
We are a SME insurance firm where zoho is central to our client relations. Over the years we have managed zoho in house and not being zoho professionals other than users, we require some maintenance. Also introduction of campaign management, template and screen set ups. We are too small for a full time resource, and not 'game enough' to let unknown, not recommended people into our very heart of our business. We are located in Melbourne Australia.

Multiple stock locations in CRM
We manage our inventory using the crm. the problem we have is that we have 2 warehouses and move stock between them so we are able to have a stock location field on the product record so we can find the stock but the problem arises when we have the same product in two different locations ie some in warehouse 1 location A1 and some in warehouse 2 location b2 etc. Can anyone suggest a solution or a work around.

Preventing mass emails being sent by someone who doesn't own the contact or account
We want to prevent account/contact owners sending individual or mass emails to contacts they don't own. In data sharing we use public read only which means that one contact owner can't alter the details of an account or contact which does not belong to them. However, this permission does not appear to prevent a contact owner sending either individual emails or mass emails to a contact they don't own. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Automated Report Export and Email
This is my first post here, and I would in no way say I am a master of Zoho quite yet. I've just built a Zoho CRM report that I want to send out to certain people in my company on a recurring schedule. For now, I've chosen to "Send Email Schedule For Later" about 10 times (for the next 10 weeks). If there was a way to automate this and say "Send every Monday at 9:00am", that would be a very convenient feature to utilize. That's my idea. Thanks!

So, most changes are made in the account, e.g. added a target group, importance of the retailer (both variables are a pick-list) and not in the Contact! How Does Editing Client Email Address affect emails already sent through CRM
We have some emails that were sent through our CRM to a client with an attached quote. I've now discovered that the employee didn't create the contact with the correct CRM so he wouldn't have received them. To magnify the challenge - another staff member accidently CC'd this client in on an email that wasn't meant for them. IF I correct the email address for this contact will that make the emails already sent available to him?? I would think not but as it was incorrectly entered I don't want to change

Hello, I have setup many new custom fields in the standard leads module, and have created a test lead. Once this lead is saved when you go into leads is displays the lead name as the Contact person what was placed into the lead. This is not very helpful and there may be many leads going for one of our potential customers. Am i able to have system show a different field for lead name, perhaps even a custom lead name field?

How can I hide sections in Layouts?
I'm trying to simplify the "Accounts" layout for our sales team, and because we bill via email/fax and don't send physical products, I want to remove the "Address" information from the Accounts view. When I try to "delete" the section, it says deleting it can cause an "invalid data error" - There's no explanation of what this error is, or how it will effect me, so I don't know if I can remove this feature. Please let me know if it's possible.
Best way to track trade-show event leads to calculate CPL
Hello, I'm a relatively new user to Zoho CRM but have used Salesforce quite a bit in previous jobs. Our sales and marketing team will be attending a trade-show in the coming months and I want to track the contacts and leads that came from the show through the sales cycle. Uploading Lead History From Another CRM
Hello, is there another way of uploading lead history from another CRM? I have asked support the same question but they keep on saying to upload the LEAD HISTORY onto the leads. Literally hundreds of logs for a specific lead onto the FIELDS. How does that make sense? Can we make our own notes section or logs section where we can import these data and link it to the lead? Does it make sense that Zoho does not have this feature? We are going to be FORCED to DELETE THOUSANDS OF HISTORICAL DATA.
