Sales Call Cycle
Hey So how do I set a Sales Person Calling Cycle please ? I need to be able to select on a contact 1) New Call Cycle 2) Choose 1, 2, 3, 6, 12 Months Calling interval 3) Have the Date Shown of the next Call Due based on the Interval Be able to add a date manually of needed Also list up a report for the current day, week showing all of the calls to make Name and number will come through along with the contacts notes field Once call completed and marked as so, auto selects the next date Thanks
Can can I track my "Leads" emails without clicking on each lead individually?
Is it possible to track when and if a lead has answered an email without selecting each lead individually? Using IMAP email integration.
Search Capabilities in CRM.
What are the search capabilities? AutoTask was awful. Being able to look at all CRM logs and search with the web browser is really nice.

Difficult UI
Editing a Layout can be quite difficult i te CRM, in this case, trying to delete is quite impossible as the (transparent) scroller is just above the bin (as seen on the screenshot). I guess the UI should be updated
E-mail spell check
Zoho CRM spell check and auto correct functions are way too eager with changes making errors in grammar even worse. Is there a capability to turn off spell check and/or auto correct features?
CRM 2.0 and 1.0 API access
We are currently in the process of upgrading to Zoho CRM 2.0 API and the code has passed development and is onto our staging area. Our staging and production use the same CRM account so my question is this. If I generate new v2 API credentials will that nullify the v1 API credentials or can you have both of them active at the same time? We are worried that if I activate the v2 credentials that it'll stop production from working. I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.

How do I log an incoming call now? Call log has changed.
The way the call recording module works seems to have changed. I used to be able to click +Call (new call) and get a full page where I could select all the options and start recording information from a call in whatever order made the most sense at the time. Now, I click the same thing, and have to record the subject then "start call" which seems to try to make a call for me? I think that's what it's doing. I do not have any such functionality. With Sharing Enabled among peers - How to hide specific Leads?
We have Leads/Contacts/Accounts Sharing enabled among peer group of users. So sales people can see what's everybody is doing. With sharing enabled - Is there a way to hide Individual Records (e.g. individual Leads, specific Contacts, specific Accounts or Tasks)? To reiterate - we want data sharing enabled by default, but with ability to mark specific records as private - so they are not visible to others. Is that possible? Any insight is much appreciated!

Shopify Orders with Leaddyno & ZOHO Integration
I have been trying to figure out how to sync the affiliate information for each purchase into zoho. Essentially when an order syncs with zoho from shopify the leaddyno details sync over to the same contact/customer through the sales purchase. Any ideas on how to accomplish this? I wish LeadDyno synced with Zapier... that would make everything so much better.

Task Reminder - Custom email subjects
Hi Team Zoho. It would be immensely helpful if you looked to engineer the the Task email reminders in such a manner that the email Subject could be customised so I can leverage my outlook rules to auto prioritise tasks. How I work daily is governed entirely by those task reminders. and they all land in my inbox in one messed up batch to sort manually. I have tried using different times of the day to sort them but this has not worked well
Total year forecast doesn't show as the total Objective on the main page.
I am trying to have the main page updated with the objective for the total year. $ 10 000 in not the correct number. I entered monthly forcasts in the forecast page but it doesn't seam to add properly here. Was there the correct way to see my YTD revenue vs forecasts?

I can choose alumni source (contact) only for account name (lead). When I try to choose for Alumni source (lead) it offers me different fields. How can I fix it? Thank you

Dear Zoho, We use your CRM package to run our business. It appears you changed the domain for emails sent from CRM from @zohocrm.com to @sender.zohocrm.com. And you didn't inform your customers. So all the emails we've been sending for the last few days have been flagged as spam and going to recipients' junk folders. How about a heads-up next time?

Is there a way to add an Account to a List for use with Mail chimp? Users come and go, but Accounts stay for life :D We use Zoho to manage Helpdesk, but looking at getting Zoho CRM to Send News Letters to Relevent parties based on services we offer, a tad like products. We did try products within CRM but it appeared to be more like BOM (Bill Of Materials)

Zoho/Outlook Integration
Hello, I would like to set up my Outlook to automatically attach emails to the correct CRM account and have done so. However, I noticed that when I delete the email in Outlook it takes it out of the email section in the connected CRM account. Is there a way to stop it from auto-deleting in the CRM? I would like to keep a running history of emails for each customer without having to keep all emails in my inbox in Outlook. Thanks!

Define/segment territory arbitrarily
Until now we have defined territories as entire US states, but now we are looking at cutting California in half. Sorting by Mailing State no longer works for this, so my thought was we could use cities, however California contains hundreds of cities. Is it possible to do this without specifying every city manually? If not, is it even possible to have hundreds of conditions for segmenting a territory?
No bounce-back if sending mail through CRM
Currently, when you send mail through zoho crm you don't get a bounce-back if the email address is invalid. This can cause significant delays as one could easily assume the mail got sent out fine since there was no obvious errors. Thanks

Is there a similar function or tool like with the salesforce.com unique URL for each contact or lead, "https://na7.salesforce.com/00QA0000006X6sr" for example, which will enable us to access and update a lead through a link. Custom Date Function to spell out date in merged results
We have a date of birth custom field in our Contacts. We have a mail merge that fills in the date of birth. However, in the merged document, we want the date to spell out - so 1/1/1995 would display as January 1, 1995 Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
