How can I remove CRM specifically?
I tried Zoho CRM but decided I don't want to use it. How do I remove it/deactivate it without closing my entire account? Just CRM and other apps I've tried that I no longer want to use?
Populating Zoho CRM Modules using C# SDK
All, We have a SQL database with data that we need to upload to Zoho. I have been experimenting with the C# SDK but the authentication step is not clear to me in this scenario. While I can manually use the Self-Client option to generate a grant token, it is not feasible to do that from a stand-alone app that run as a scheduled task at night. Since the App has no callback URL, it cannot receive grant tokens from Zoho. What are my options? Also, is there a way to use the SDK to connect

Hey all, So I'm trying to get my role switched but it won't let me even though I am an administrator and we have a paid version of Zoho. I was the super-admin but was told I couldn't change roles until I gave super-admin over to someone else. So I did that, but when I go to edit my role, it says" Read Only Field." What to do? Zoho Reports Duplication Issue
When creating a report based on Deals and the tasks associated with them, the report will indicate ALL of the tasks including completed tasks. This is frustrating as all I want to see are the Deals that have open Tasks attached. Report Example If anyone knows how to amend this, it would be greatly appreciated.
Quick edit parent field that has an associated child field
I have a Lead Status parent field with an associated Status Detail child field. Our sales people often edit these field with with the quick edit, meaning they aren't selecting the edit in the upper right hand and rather just selecting the edit icon next to the field. When I have the child field associated they can no longer edit the parent field with the quick edit. Instead they have to go all the way into the full edit. Is there a reason for this? Is there a way to change it?
Revenue Module's not working on homepage
Hello all, I am trying to use the Revenue Target this Year and Revenue this Month modules on our CRM homepage. We have had sales but these modules aren't moving at all. I can't seem to find settings for these either.. (See screenshot) Can someone help me out? My sales team needs to see the sales in total and I think the module on the homepage would be a great tool.

I have created a custom module with custom fields that we use to enter customer testimonials. The intent is to be able to search in CRM to find all of the records that contain that phrase in this custom field for testimonials. Testing the search with various words/phrases that I know are in the testimonial fields I have populated, the search results don't always find those records. Hello, I'm a new zoho user and am wondering if theres a function that will easily allow me to have all emails attached to a clients account based on their email address. E.G. I receive an email from client@company.com Company.com is set up as an account in Zoho so this email is automatically stored in their account and the history is seen under the emails section of the account page. Hello. We very often use a custom field of "Slide Number" for our eLearning projects. Would it be possible to either add a field that is slide number? We would love to be able to sort the list by slide number as we do a lot of scanning the entire list of bugs as we are testing to be sure we've caught all bugs for that particular slide before we move to the next- thanks for any help you can provide!

ZOHO CRM Reports just became USELESS !
Since a couple of weeks (i guess) I noticed that ZOHO changed the REPORTS module. Initially I was able to create a report based on three modules (as an example): INVOICE, CONTACT, ACCOUNT. I am attempting to use PHP-SDK to convert a lead to a contact. I see in the EntityAPIHandler there is a convertRecord function. I am unable to get it to work. Zoho CRM and Zoho inventory mismatch
The Address Information in the Zoho CRM's accounts and contacts has only 1 Street field, while the information in Zoho Inventory have 'Street 1' and 'Street 2' (both for billing and for shipping). I remember seeing a page that showed a breakdown of exactly what we are paying for, like number of users, cost per user, storage upgrade costs, etc. I thought it was this page, https://payments.zoho.com/html/store/home.html But when I go there now and select CRM it takes me to a page showing the cost of Zoho One, and no other information on our subscription. How to move Opportunity Stage backwards?
I am trying to move the Stage for an opportunity backwards from "Stalled" to "3- Confirmed Interest". The field is locked both on the view page and edit page for the opportunity so I cannot set it manually. I can't seem to change the permissions for that field either. The transitions seem to only move the Stage forward, not backwards, and I cannot figure out how to edit those transitions. Any help would be appreciated.

One Todo List that includes all activies that is sortable
We need a way for our sales people and customer support people to pull one todo list that includes all activities (Calls, Tasks, Events) but can be sorted by a common start time/date. Formula Syntax to filter recurring anniversaries
Objective: Create a Report to show current mortgage anniversaries (mortgage anniversary date field) in Potentials Module for a current month, quarter, etc. My Solution: Create Formula Field to isolate Month number from Anniversary Date Field. Divide isolated anniversary month by Isolated month from "TODAY" argument to return the value of "1" In the Filter for the Report Module, filter based on the value of '1' in the new Formula Field. Zoho's biggest fault is, they are not giving much attention to develop the CRM as per customer's need. They are forcing customers to use their product as they want.
