Importing Invoices and associating them with NON-MIGRATED Contacts
I have been using Zoho CRM for years and have about 15,000 contacts. I have old invoices from the years before I used Zoho that I want to import. I tried importing the invoices, and it works, but nothing gets imported in the Contact Name lookup field -- it just stays blank and doesn't get associated with a Contact. Is there a way to do this without having to migrate (and therefore duplicate) 15000 contacts? Importing Invoices that aren't connected to Contacts is not useful at all. Please advise.

Passing JSON via webhooks
Hello, I am trying to set up a webhook for Mandrill, and it requires passing a jSON argument. I've placed the JSON in the parameter in user defined format section. The issue is that Zoho is encompassing the jSON in quotes when sending the post request, which is causing the parameter in question to not be read as an array. Problem with accents in search
We urgently need Zoho search to be a bit smarter and recognize accents as close variants. For example "Clínica X" should be the same as "Clinica X" (the second has no accent), but right now if I search for the one without accent, it won't show me the one with accent. This makes using search extremely impractical for us. We really need this to work better.
View Streams from CRM accounts
We have integrated Social and CRM but it is only showing streams from Contacts or Leads - our customers are companies (the individual contacts may have different social media accounts) - can we not see streams from CRM accounts when the account has a social profile associated?

Hello, and thanks for the help! We sort our leads and contacts by time zone to help us know when it's appropriate to call them. Our open activities tell us which days we need to reach out to a customer, but does not specify time zone. Unfortunately, there is now option to use "contact time zone" or "lead time zone" as a way to sort through the activities. Creating workflow 7 years out
we are a real estate firm that is using ZOHO to follow up with closed clients. we are trying to create a task once a year for seven years. When we try and schedule the task we cant not enter more than 999 days. only 3 digits are allowed. Does anyone know how to fix this issue or am I doing it wrong?
AdWords gclid coming through but no other data
We are having an issue whereby the AdWords GCLID is being populated in ZohoCRM but none of the other AdWords data is being populated. This is happening on every lead. It has been well over 48 hours for most of these leads if not longer. See image below. Are we missing a step?
How soon can new Accounts/Contacts be searched for?
So we are seeing with an app we've made that uses the Zoho CRM API that Accounts/Contacts we add to Zoho manually are not immediately searchable via the API. It takes about 2-3 minutes before they start to appear in search results. In troubleshooting further, we discovered this is not unique to API search, but applies to Zoho CRM's search feature as well! Feature Request: Ability to Change Lead "Company" field name
We convert LEADS to ACCOUNTS and CONTACTS. In the leads we map the "Company" field to "Account Name" (within the accounts module) I would love to name the lead field "Account Name" so it matches the same field in Accounts. I've had to explain the difference hundreds of times... and I even have tooltips explaining issue. Summary: Please let us rename the lead "Company" field to whatever we want OR assign it a name based on the Account module ie: Account Name. Would be a simple but huge usability improvement

Emails showing as Plain Text on Recipient IOS Devices
I have set up workflows to trigger automated emails for my leads. The email contains an image banner at the top and the social media icons in my email signature are hyperlinked. On desktop and on Android mobile devices the email does not have any issues displaying. On IOS devices the emails are coming over as plain text causing the images to be links. Does anyone have a solution for this or is it an IOS issue that does not have a workaround?

Emails in CRM sorted randomly
We noticed that we have emails that are sorted weird. (See attached) Seems that emails in 2018 do not show a year in the list view. Plus you see that there are emails from 2018 listed befoer emails from 2011. Can anyone explain how this is happening?
