Is there documentation on how/when the event responses (Invited, Going, Maybe) are processed? Should responses sent from Google calendar display within the participant section of a Zoho CRM event? From their Google Calendar the organizer can see who's accepted the event but in Zoho CRM only responses from people that have accepted through Zoho CRM are appearing. Thanks

It is difficult to find the right Facebook connection by using the social function in Leads or contacts. You can only search on name and then we get in a lot of search request a lot of possibilities. Is it possible that we can add the id url to the search instead the name?

Hello, we are a small company with 2 people since 2 months. I'm the manager and i have 1 employee. I used Zoho CRM for all my accounts, contacts, opportunities, etc... Now my employee starts and i have created a second user access for him into our company page. He received his login and password. So no problem. Using Generic Emails
Our contacts often use generic emails for their position, but the contact name changes every year. How can I update the contact info without getting the hard stop error "Duplicate values are not allowed. An existing lead with the same Email has been found."? We want to retain the old contact info, but ADD the new info also.
Linking imported contacts to imported companies

How to search contact description and export?
Haven't really used Zoho in a long time, but I'm trying to do something that used to be fairly simple but I can't figure out how to do it in the new UI. I want to get a list that I can export of all contacts where the description contains a keyword. A few options I've tried, from easiest to hardest. 1) A global search finds all the contacts with that word (great!), but I can only view 10 contacts at a time and no way to export all the contacts matching the search (bad!) 2) Go to the contacts module

Outgoing Server Error while trying to integrate Zoho and Gmail

Import Note Module file
Hi team! For a client of mine I transferred some records from Account Module to Lead Module by an export-import operation. Some of these ex Accounts was linked with Notes. I analized the laest backup files (Account, Contact, Note) but I didn't understand how Note data are correlated with Account data: I thougth that Parent ID data in Note file could be present in Account data, but it's not so. I'd like to know how data are correlated between Note and Account in order to modify the Account codes

We receive a lot of emails associated with leads and contacts from other senders- third party vendors, forwarded emails etc. that do not have the Lead/Contacts email as the "sender" but that we want to link to a specific record. Hi, how do I set a view under contacts to show only customers? Defining customers the Contacts with an associated Potential with stage closed-won. How to manually dial out from Zoho Support using Twilio
I have integrated my Twilio number and built the IVR and tested and works fine receiving calls. I am also able to dial out to any account I have intergrated via my CRM using the green telephone button. My question is - how would I dial a new number that isnt part of the CRM database? So is it possible to show a keypad of numbers to manually dial out to a number? (I do not want to have to create a contact to do this due to fast paced nature of my service environment) Many thanks M

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a link or button to re-run a workflow on a particular record. A) Would be handy for debugging B) Sometimes my workflows fail due to an integrity error within my data. I have a report that returns me the contacts for whom my email campaign bounced. So "Campaign status = bounced". Of course, when I update that person's email address, they still appear on the report because "bounced" was the value at the time. How could I add another part to the filter that says "if record is modified after campaign send date". Google Calendar issue
Hi, Having an issue with our calendar sync (I think). We keep getting duplicate events within Zoho CRM. Additionally, we will see that these events are showing created by Person B - when in reality they were created by Person A in Zoho. I think I know why this issue is occuring.... we have a two-way sync between our users and their google calendars. Our company shares our google calendars with each other as well. Using Zoho CRM for loans/pawns business
Hi, I'm configuring Zoho CRM, but the products module doesn't fit my business requirements. I want to be able to associate to each client a loan/pawn system. So, for the "products" module, the price is variable depending on the amount on cash the client demands. It's possible to do something like this?
