Hello, I'm currently trying to build a simple formula, when I pick an option from a pick list menu, to link it with the corresponding price. An example would be I pick Hot Desk and it gives me price of 199. The formula looks like this: If(Contains(${Potentials and Members.Type}'Hot Desk'),'199',0). I was wondering if anyone can help me. ZOHO CRM keeps logging me out after 1-2 minutes

display external data as a dashboard
Currently, I have sales target for all of my sales team in their own google sheets page (1 page per person). I would like to either have this data show up on the crm (visible only to them) or be able to pull it up via web tab(?) or ideally, show up as a dashboard. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Hi I am very surprised that there is no way of calculating or adding shipping into Zoho CRM Quote. It is an essential part of doing business when you supply a physical product. Work arounds and fixes that have been suggested fall a long way short of what is needed to provide an accurate and legal quote for our customers.
Level of confidence in Zoho CRM and Mail sync?
From our own experience in the past few weeks as we begin to use Zoho CRM and tried to use Mail to sync we lost faith in the integrity of the process. Perhaps that was just beginner user's error. What have you experienced? What's your level of confidence in the capacity?
Tags created keep disappearing/are deleted/removed within 24 hours
This is now twice in a row. I spent time creating tags, then assigning notes I created to them, then the next day all the tags I created are gone!!! Please fix this, this is extremely frustrating! Hi I was in the new interface. pretty nice. Then I click on "Go to old Interface" or something like this. I am now unable to see the new interface again. Any clue?
Design Suggestions for New UI
I have been using Zoho for a couple of months now, and I enjoy the functionality and helpful support team. I do however have a few issues with the design and thought this may be the best place to voice it. Here goes; Grey Section Below Business Card On a lap top, this grey section takes up most of the screen space when there are multiple contacts on that record, because the contacts are placed on separate lines which extend the height of the section. Tracking Emails Sent to Leads from CRM
I have just recently started sending emails to leads through CRM, using templates I've created. I've reviewed the notifications about opened/clicked information, but would like a way to sort my leads based on emails sent - this would allow me to assign mass tasks for follow up purposes. Right now, I can see that Email Status is a filter option under Leads, but I just want to see whether an email was sent, not necessarily whether it was also opened/clicked. Thank you, Leslie
Replace the 1x1 pixel tracking image in emails in Zoho CRM
Hi Zoho Team, Is there a way to replace this small image used to track emails with e.g. our company logo? Currently, when the customer receives the email and clicks on "Open images" he/she doesn't get anything except the 1x1 pixel image and will probably quickly realize that it is there for email tracking. So is it possible to replace this image with anything else that the customer can find useful / nice and the customer doesn't get that this was all for track her/him opening the email? Thanks! Robert

I am not sure if I am missing something. I understand a notification is given when you follow the lead, or own it, but I get notifications for leads that are not under my ownership. If there are other notifications regarding leads, what else is there?
'Notes' added to Account | alert email to tagged team member
There has been a change to the format of the alert email delivered to a team member who is tagged in a Note. Previously, if the Title field was completed, this rendered in the alert email. Currently it does not. ================================================================== Separately, is it possible to edit the Subject field of the alert email to read other than " ..... mentioned you in a Comment on .... No more search results in new UI?
In the old UI when I pressed "back" after a search, it displayed the search results again. The new UI does not do that. It goes back to wherever I searched from, completely skipping the search results. What if I need to go into multiple records from the search? You removed usability!! Now I need to keep performing the same search to look at multiple records? Please put back in.

Mass delete 60000+ Account/contacts.?
I asked ZOHO for mass delete 60.000 contact/accounts, and they replied some days ago,that ZOHO will do it for me. They asked for the CIDs and login/passw ,which I have them some 5 days ago.... and then SILENCE. I am paid User Ultimate version. Mass delete on the normal way, is not covering ALL the Contacts/accounts and for small number only. Let me know, so I can proceed with Fresh Imports. Thanks,William

Any plans to add Dropbox/Box integration? We currently use Box for file storage/sharing. Would be nice to be able to "attach" proposals to Potentials. Any way to do this currently with API's or something?

How should the date time look in my spreadsheet to ensure it gets mapped across in my import? Should it be both date and time in the same cell or should they be in separate cells in my spreadsheet?

I am proposing a change in the LEADS module of Zoho CRM. My company uses the LEADS module for potential, future Prospects & I'd like to file the Lead using the Company Name rather than the Lead Name. When dealing with other businesses, it seems backwards, that we have to refer to a Lead by an individual's fist & last name, rather than their actual company and business name. I am proposing the ability to have a Company name as well as a Lead Name, but have the ability to have the Company Name be
Monitor multiple mail-adresses for one contact
Currently when I have multiple email-adresses for one contact only on of those gets shown below. But sometimes one contact writes from different email adresses, this way I cant see all mails from one person. Is there a fix for this or am I doing something wrong?
Scheduled mass email limit
We have a Professional subscription with 5 users. I see in the documentation that: "For a given scheduled time only three bulk email processes are possible." However, it looks that we cannot set more than three schedules IN TOTAL. If 3 schedules are already set, we cannot create a new schedule, even if it would be meant for another scheduled time. This is very annoying as we have different email template types and we cannot schedule all of them. Please respond asap, as this is very critical for us.
Can we colour code in the leads list in ZOHO CRM?
I want to colour code my leads so that they can be visually filtered. It would be very helpful if you could help me set it up. Also a direct integration with the 'sheet view' would be awesome. So that I can change colours of town in the sheet view and it would automatically reflect in the normal view. Also filtering by colour will be necessary. Pls assist.

Only Migrating Selected Emails
Hello, Does Zoho allow only selected emails to be migrated into the system? My sales team does not want all of their emails to be pushed into Zoho. The only emails they would like to be migrated are those that they already have data for within the system So they have the contact James - James@outlook.com in their account, they would like only the email relating to James from their email account to be copied over not the entirety of their emails.
Filters to Zoho Sheets View doesn't work
We found an issue with the Zoho Sheets View. When looking at a module where you can apply filters, when you add the filters in the standard view screen and do the Zoho Sheets view, the view in Sheets doesn't apply the filters.
