How to capture additional information and have it linked to/accessible from, a Lead record and then the converted Potential record?
We collect a good deal of information from each lead (via an online questionnaire, or during a phone conversation). I've created custom fields within Leads to capture the info. However, when the lead is converted to a Potential, there is no way to access that info. I would like to know the best way to handle this data: 1. Can I map the same custom fields into the Potential record for each converted Lead? 2. Or should I create a Custom Module that stores this information for each Lead/Potential,

Sales Signals time zones
I like the new sales signals it does however look like the time stamp for client actions is off by 5 hours. Sent an email today at 4:18PM CST and the client immediately opened, the time stamp on the Sales Signal is 9:18 PM. Keep up the good work guys. Love your stuff.

Total Amount of Won Deals
Hi Guys - we are moving from Pipedrive to Zoho CRM. In Pipedrive, in their organization module (account module in Zoho CRM) there is data for number of won deals and corresponding total amount. I know I can add a custom field in Zoho CRM but is there a way for the field to be automatically updated once a deal is won? Can any of you point me to the right direction? Thanks in advance.

you all may have answered this but I did not understand the conversation. I want to click the telephone number in a contact phone field and have either X-Lite or RingCentral soft phone dial it instead of skype as it stands right now. How to determine the end of pagination?
Hi, I'm wondering how to judge the end of pagination. I learnt from Zoho CRM API that we can iterate to fetch all data in a table like: Iteration 1: fromIndex=1&toIndex=200 Iteration 2: fromIndex=201&toIndex=400 ..... However, how do I determine which iteration do I get the last page? Until I get an error code? Is there any better way to check it? Thanks.

There's a percentage ratio of each email Templates that been used indicating the Opened/Cliked ratio. But some templates had been sent has no STATS info, only show "-". No Analytics. Why is it?

How to track PPC campaigns that are not Google
How can I automatically add leads to a campaign if the referrer is one of my PPC campaigns? I know how to track it by using the hidden fields on a landing page specific to the campaign name, but as we know, visitors, don't always convert on the landing page you send them to. I want to attribute all lead forms that are completed by a visitor with the PPC Campaign as a referrer from any page on our website. I don't want to have to create a bunch of different PPC forms with multiple landing pages
URL links not showing as links on mobile devices
I keep most of my notes in Evernote and link to them from within Contacts or Accounts in Zoho CRM. On the web, these links work as they should, but on the mobile apps, the links just appear as text and thus do not allow me to click and jump to the relevant notes. This is a huge problem for me as I am now hoping to rely on the mobile apps when in the field, but without the ability to use the links, the usability of the mobile apps is greatly diminished. Does anyone know if Zoho is aware of this issue

It appears that Reports that I have created on the web client are not available from within the mobile apps. First, is this true, and second, does anyone know if they will be made available in an upcoming release? Would sure be helpful! Thanks David

Open Events Activity View shows "Contact"
In the Open Events Activity view, there is a field for "Contacts", but it always shows blank. I want it to show a designated contact for an account, but can't even seem to choose a Contact in the Add Event or edit Event dialogue boxes. Any suggestions? Also, is there a way to filter the views in the Activity tab, or can that only be done via Reports? Thanks

Problem with the Zoho sheet view when contacts are filtered
Hi, I've got an issue. I filtered my contacts by the account name for example I only want to see contacts form "company A" then I want to export it with the Zoho sheet view. The problem is when i click in the sheet view my contacts are not filtered anymore so I have also contacts from "company B" "company C" etc... Is it a problem from our side or yours? Could it be solve because we really want to use this feature in the future.

I like to review my Activities for the day and then decide how to tackle them. Thus, would like to be able to manually sort the order they show (ie drag and drop). Is this possible? Saving new Potentials
I cannot save new potentials in either the old or new versions today. I get a "loading" screen once I try to save in the old version that never moves on. In the new version, it just will not move past the save screen on the new potential.

Sorting Issues

HI, we use accounts as the "customer buying organization" . Often it can be that a customer (or account) is not interested today , but become interested in a year or two after they have matured . In meantime Accounts paige looks cluttered with inactive customers ... .
