How do I create a recurring invoice?
We would like to create recurring invoices but I do not have the option anywhere I've looked in Zoho. I've searched the forum and seen suggestions to go to the invoice details, then to recurring invoices, but I cannot find these links. Please help.
What to do once potential sale has been made?
Could someone explain what I can do with my Potentials once they have been won and are closed? I don't want to lose them from the system but can't see how to archive them...
"Sent" Email Status
I have sent few emails to customers who have gmail.com address using zohocrm. We ourselves use google apps. Few of these customers have gmail address. Our welcome emails and "quote request ack" emails are showing "opened" status but emails which contain quote for product are still showing "sent" after two days. Why this would happen and what does this mean? Thanks Sal
Zoho CRM webmerge integration
I am trying to setup an integration with webmerge to automatically generate documents using information from my zoho crm. In order to link the fields to the template, I set up a webhook with URL paramaters for each linked field. The Parameters in standard format are limited to 10 fields. When I append custom parameters to link 5 more fields, those fields are not passing along the information to the merged document. please assist.
Adding user to Zoho CRM with no editing ability
Hello All, I need to add a user to my Zoho CRM account but I only want this user to have viewing privileges. I don't want them to be able to edit or download anything. Is that possible? Thank you, Jack J3D
Chrome with New UI
Hi I am using chrome as my default browser and it's good that it remembers the inputs when I first typed and will save me time from doing it again as most of them are repeated. But when upgraded to new UI, without doing anything to my chrome setting, this feather disappeared. This is very inconvenient for us as when we send out emails I use to have the addresses memorized by chrome and only choose which to use. But now I hv to manually type these out. Can anyone help me out here, this is very important.

view emails from colleagues
Hi, i have setup imap email setting on both my and my colleagues account. Both setups are set to "public viewing" Now on the contact's slide we can both see all the emails exchanged. BUT: I am using the 2016 brand new version of Zoho CRM and my colleague is still using the old version .. he can click on all emails and view/read them. On the other hand I can see all the email exchanged but if I click on of of my colleagues emails it loads for a second and then nothing shows up... is this a bug in
edit a locked field
hi, I want to make new leads and define them as project titles and not as a person. Unfortunately, the name field is locked and seems to be the "main source" when looking for leads. I added a new field for the project title, however, it does not show up when I want to refer to this project. It only refers to the person, which I don't want. How can I "ease the power" of the name field and give it to my project title field?` Thanks a lot for your help, Stephan
Use a csv list of contacts that have opened an email to mass update campaign member status in zoho crm
Hi I've run an email campaign in mailchimp and now I want to update the campaign member status in zoho crm. I can work out how to do it manually using 'mass update campaign member status' but I'd like to be able to import a CSV file that indicates the campaign member status (people who opened or didn't open email). I've read all the notes that I can find on the functionality of the CRM campaigns and it feels like I should be able to do it but I can't work out how. Is this possible? Thanks Nick

Auto populate fields from event module to a potential module
we have professional edition. we create "events" through the potential module and in the Event tab we have 2 plain text fields We have the same 2 text fields in the potential module and would like that once the field is filled in the Event tab it is auto populated in the Potential. Is this possible? The reason for this is that we work mainly in the event tab but once finished we have to make a print out through the potential module as some info can't be "looked up" from the events tab. Thank you

Hi Can different page templates be made for a contact by type? E.g. say I have a list of contacts but I would like to categorize them into contact type A,B,C. Daily Reports
We send a Daily Report with all notes made during the day to our boss. We cannot find a way to set this up with the Business name or Customer name included. Is it possible to have this included in the report?

Email Template for Record Type: Events
Hi, I have created a new email template for events. How can I send emial to my client / lead using this template? Template is not available from leads nor clients tab (understandable as record type: Event was selected. But in the Event tab there is no option to send email. Am I missing something? Is it possible to use this template type only using Workflow Rules and to have Enterprise ver of Zoho CRM? I am using Profesional Ver. Thanks Piotr

How to see a full database export?
Our company is currently paying for the "Professional" level package that allows us to export 2000 contacts in reports at a time. Does anyone know how we can export a full list of our contact list in Zoho? I see the "Enterprise" level allows you to export 3000 at a time if I'm not mistaken. Would we have to upgrade to Enterprise to access our full list? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I am trying to set up sales inbox and having problems. I posted in the sales inbox forum but apparently no one watches it. Being Saturday there is no support. Never heard of customer support closing on Saturday. Oh well. Can anyone help with sales inbox?
De-activating and re-activating a user
I de-activated a user of Zoho CRM and now need to re-activate that same person. When I add him as a new user I get a message saying that the email is already, specifically: "This Email address is already taken. Specify a different Email address for the user". How do I completely erase a user from Zoho so that I can re-activate the same email account?
Query parameters
Hi Zoho Team, We are developing connector for Zoho CRM apps. In the exposed API's everything(all field) is going in query parameters. Even the Auth token is in query parameters. When it comes up to security its not a good idea to pass in query parameters as they can decode easily. Is there any way we can make it form encoded?? Thanks and Regards, Mamatha M

We have entered about 600 company contacts as leads. These contacts are individuals in companies that have input in real estate decision making process. New CRM UI | Contacts Module | Default filter option
Hi, can I please suggest that the default filter option be "contains" I'm sure this is one of the most common operations on the contact record. The current default is an exact string match which is not efficient in my opinion.
