Attach documents from email into CRM account
Can Zoho Crm be set to automaticlly download and add an attachment to the designated account? Meaning if a client sends me an email with an attachment I want zoho to automatically load to said clients Attachment module under Account view.
Cannot delete Quotes
Hi, I am the super admin and am unable to delete any Leads, contacts, quotes or invoices. The delete button seems to not work. I tried to change one of the users settings by setting it so that they CANNOT delete any of the mentioned fields. When this was done, a message popped up explaining that they do not have permission. When I gave them permission to delete, the delete button seems to be no working or not responding again. Any help on this?
Zoho CRM Support
I was just on a technical support call with Kevin at Zoho regarding our CRM. After several other calls with little help, Kevin went over and above to make sure that I was satisfied by the end of the call. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful.

CRM Email Problem
Hello, We have 10 people in our office who use Zoho CRM and our inbox will not load incoming emails automatically. We have to refresh our page in order for incoming emails to load. Do you have any solutions for this issue? Is it a setting we need to fix in Zoho CRM or in our browser? Thanks.

Mass Update with a new completed task
I have to use a external email program to do mass emails because of ZOHO CRM 250 limits How do I mark the contacts with a completed task on all contacts with email addresses that I have completed a certain task I need to do it for all of them at one time I tried to do a mass update but it gives me no option to enter a completed task any ideas out there I am struggling with ZOHO CRM without the ability to do real mass emails
Getting message alert while clicking on Convert to Opportunity from a detail account page.
I was trying "Convert to opportunity" from one of my account and I saw a popup alert with title = "Message Content", inside box "null". Is this a bug in ZohoCRM or am I doing anything wrong ? I have attached screenshot herewith. Thanks.
I can't import records
I have a csv with 13000 leads and keeps rejecting it. I've cut it down to 5000 and it still is not accepting the file. It says it cannot contain more than 20000 rows yet there are only 5000 in my excel sheet.
Import same company name with different address but I have field that is unique to each record
I am trying to take a client from one CRM to ZOHO and they have records with the same company name but a different location. I created a unique record id field in their old system and a field in their new ZOHO database to match. When I try to import the records is rejects all but one even though I told it to use the record id field to match. Am I missing something? Lanny Brown ZOHO Partner

Mass Updates based on a lookup
I have maybe 6000 contacts in Zoho CRM with some user defined fields including one called Serial which essentially is a unique numeric identifier for each contact that makes sense to us. I also have some financial data from another system that also uses the same serial and which as other useful fields like total sales. My goal is to update Zoho with the financial fields monthly based on a look up (to use excel terminology) of the same Serial number. How do I most easily do this do this ?
Is this CRM useful for small B2C companies
I just registered a free account and started exploring the CRM. But while looking at lead formats and products, it seems to lean heavily towards B2B companies. Should I take the time to customise the fields or look for another CRM that is B2C oriented? Will be grateful for your suggestions. Thanks. p.s My main requirement is tracking phone and email leads with reminders and sales cycle reports to better sales. As simple as that.
Export Leads
We have a new salesperson who entered a lot of "Contacts" as "Leads". We want to export the selected "Leads" and reimport them as "Contacts" Your online manual says the is an option under "Lead Tools" but I don't see it. Leads Home Page Click the Leads tab to view the Leads Home page and perform the following operations Use the Lead Tools option to perform some common operations such as mass transfer, mass delete, set up assignment rules, export leads, etc. Can you provide any direction please? How can i get emails sent to show in closed activities
I want to sent emails through your system so i can see what communications have been made for a prospect. however, under closed activities I cant seem to show the emails. I can log calls and other tasks, emails are a basic activity. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks -jeff

Auto populate fields in in invoice from account information
Hi, When I create an invoice, I would like to add the main contact from the account and his telephone number. This is data that is already in zoho crm but I do not know how to pull it.
Lead/Prospect Report by status of prospect
I'm trying to generate a report which would show each salesperson's current active leads/prospect and which would show the history of "moves" made on them. We may not be saving the information for the prospects in a manner which allows us to do this properly. (Zoho was implemented a bit chaotically in our company)

I changed my language option. i.e. Setup ---> Personal Settings ---> Account Information ---> Edit ---> Change the language ---> Save. but It showing Korean

Feature Request: Checkbox to automatically Complete a task
I am a newcommer. I find ZOHO to be cumbersome when completing tasks. If the task is a phone call for example, I have to: 1) Open the task details, 2) Edit its Status 3) Select Complete 4) Hit Save 5) Go back to the Account or Potential 6) Log a call. Suggestion 1: Have a checkbox next to the task when in list form. Checking the box would automatically change the task's status to: Complete. The user can always edit to set it to some other state. Report on Emails created no longer works
Hi, As of December 31st, 2015 our reports on emailed created no longer functions. The email source is typically an outlook plugin. I can see the email if I search them manually but cannot pull them via the report. What has changed, why doesn't this work anymore.

CRM Plus Issues
I have a number of issues after upgrading to CRM Plus and still discovered more over the last 48 hours and not seeing anyone on live chat over this period (maybe they blocked me?) and no response to two issues reported 48 hours ago as well, not even an acknowledgement. Put these together with two issues identified prior to upgrade and Zoho confirming it is an issue at their end but two months and no fix. This really concerns us right now, and when I posted to messaged to twitter @zohocares no response.

Adding a "continuous note record" when somebody goes into Edit the leads .
Is there a way to add a "continuous note record" when somebody goes into Edit the leads ..
