how do I link a contact name in an account field to the actual contact in contacts?
I have been instructed not to create an account until there is a sale, I have contacts that are pretty close to becoming accounts, I have accounts that should be linked to certain contacts, how can I link the contact field in my accounts to the contact that already exist?
Zoho Mail link in Zoho CRM
Hi I have Zoho CRM and want to add a link from Zoho Mail in the menu bar at the top of the control panel so I can keep everything in one place. I know this is possible from one of the video's but don't know how to add it. Any ideas? Regards Darren

we will create new user with "old" email address and receive error: This Email address is already taken. Specify a different Email address for the user. but we need this same email adress for correct communication with customers. how we can create new user?
Sharing Module Information
Is there a way when building a view, say in "Contacts", to use fields from say "Accounts"? So, let's say I want to simply include the "Account Type" in the "Accounts Module" in the "Contacts View".
Features that need to be included
The list of All activities, under the activities tab should include account name. also PLEASE include reminders in the view and any other related lists. I do not use due dates at all, for me reminders are really important i need to be able to see when i will need to call it in advance.
Export events to Google Calendar not working
Hi, The ability to export events to Google Calendars stopped working on Thursday. It was working fine but now when I try to export anything, the screen just goes grey and nothing happens. Has there been a change to either Google Calendars or the Zoho Export functionality? Thank you

I am setting up an email template and would like to have our company logo included. I upload the logo and put it in position but when I send the email the logo increases in size. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?
Appointment- colour code
This is a real world problem for many companies. We track several employees appointments and this is done by one person so one account. The calendar layout is not great but if we could just colour code appointments to make it easier to see and then what about printing out the diary. I know in the IT world everybody is connected but so many of use still use old technology- paper.

Data Sharing Settings
Under Users & Permissions > Data Sharing Settings, I set the data sharing settings to Private. 1) I guess this means that every sales rep can only see and report on the data (leads, accounts, potentials etc.) that belong to them. I want a second workflow in Zoho CRM to, after a date trigger, be executed only if the task created in my first workflow is not "completed". Contacts related to Vendors not visible to others
Dear Team, I have 2 specific queries : (1) I want Contacts that are related to Vendor Records to be visible to Selected Profiles. We do not want Contacts related to Accounts to be visible to other Roles. (2) We want Accounts / Contacts / potentials / records to be visible between 2 Profiles / Roles. Creating a list or report with Unique email address
Hello! we recently sent out a " Happy New Year Email" using mail chimp- which had email address from zoho.. According to Mail Chimp, Out of about 1500 email address-250 of them bounced. Each email address is unique. Is there a way to pull a list of all these 250 and mass update them? they dont have a common feature.
Multiselect Pick List
Scenario: My company offers different services to our clients. Often times, a client will hire us for more than 1 service. I have created a "Services Proposed" mutliselect pick list field in my Potentials module so I can track what services we are proposing for each potential client. When I try to select more than 1 service in that pick list, I am unable to do so. The field only highlights 1 service. How do I select more than 1 service in the multiselect pick list? It's not really "multiselect"

Web to lead form doesn't generate lead in CRM
I've installed the code for a web-to-lead form on my website. When I test the form, it redirects to the thank you page I specified, but no lead is generated in my CRM. I've searched for similar topics, and have already checked the following: 1) I do not have it set up to require leads to be approved. The web form does not generate a lead in the approval queue. 2) The domain names in the form code are set to https:// instead of http://
Can't find email setup
I've setup email for my crm account (i'm hosting my domain email with zoho as well). (i've used it to send email, so it works) I'm trying to find the settings to troubleshoot a problem (sent emails not showing up) and following these directions: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/email/configure-imap-account.html but the path (setup->personal settings->email settings) doesn't exist on my crm account. Duplicate Leads (Companies / Persons)
I have set up Zoho so that there are no duplicate emails allowed, is there a way to set up Zoho to not allow more than one company name being created? i.e. I don't want two of my sales guys looking after one company because two individuals have requested a quote from us? Data export from CRM
When exporting CRM data my custom check boxes are not showing up in the available fields. The email opt out check box is showing up but not the custom check boxes. I'm using a webhook to connect to another service and all the fields show up except the check boxes.
Why does "Name" not transfer from Lead to Account ?

It could be very usefull for selling manager if he see all his clients on one map. He can prepare plan where he want to go, he can take few clients close to each other in few minutes. Very slow emails
Godaddy hosts my emails. I've been using Zoho for 4-5 years with Godaddy (POP3). Just recently the time lag between Godaddy receiving emails and the email getting to my Zoho Inbox has increased from a few minutes to up to 2 hours. Can anyone shed light on this problem? I haven't changed any of my settings and Godaddy tell me they have not changed anything. This makes Zoho unworkable unless this can be resolved.
How to prevent people from seeing closed potentials?
We have some sales people, and we want them to be able to see what is currently going on. But we do not want them to see all historical potentials...or better yet, only have them see historical potentials, but NOT see how much revenue those historical potentials brought in. Is there a way to filter out (at a global level) specific groups/roles' ability to see closed Potentials (NOT open ones.,...just closed ones)? Thanks!

I signed up for the ZOHO 15 day free trial and it has ended and would like to use the free version but cannot seem to figure out how to upgrade my account to that. Right now I am working it it but I have limited options, including sharing data with my assistant. Can someone help?
Search Records Layout
Is there a way to organize the layout of the results of a search? For some reason the full name of the contact defaults to the far right columns, and I can't find anywhere in settings that would allow you to re-order the fields as you can with related lists and elsewhere. Am I missing something?
