Email Template
We have over 200 email templates somewhat divided into folders. I would like to see: 1. Folders that drop down to show emails and closes up so you just see the folders name 2. The ability to allocate emails to various modules and not lock it into one particulary module. If I want to see an email in leads & contacts, I need to cut and paste the email into another template. Create potential from lead
I am working with Zoho CRM and I am using Leads to document whom I am trying to attract to be a customer. When I have the opportunity to send a proposal I would like to create a potential BUT I do not want to create an new account until the Lead really are a new customer ie a new Customer account. Does anyone know if there is a possibility not to create a new account when converting Leads into potentials?
sending email template not working
I set up a new template for leads, when I try and send an email by clicking on the sen email button an email comes up not a drop down list of templates. How do I access the templates from the send mail button

Hello! Batchbook and BigContacts both offer scheduled daily-digest emails that highlight a user-selected set of CRM info, like upcoming appointments, calls, tasks, etc. As well as a summary of the previous day's activites, sales, etc. This is certainly a formidable hole in the blanket of Zoho CRM coverage. :-(
Notification of Deleted Items
Is there a standard way (outside of a custom workflow) to notify the administrator when an item (Activity, Lead, Account, etc.) is deleted by a user?
Account "Feed"
I wish there was a "feed" on the Account page. This would show all communication of any type with any contact associated with that account. Currently you can only see events (calls, meetings, etc), notes, and potentials in each respective section, but no emails since they're listed under the contact. Having one place that shows ALL communication would ideal so I can see all the different correspondence between the account and different departments in my organization.
What is the difference between potentials & quotes?
Hello, Could somebody help me to understand what is the difference between potentials and quotes in Zoho CRM? I know that there is an explanation in Zoho CRM on what potentials/quotes mean however I still don't understand how would this make a difference for my reporting if I'm using only potentials or a quote? Does it make a difference if instead of quotes I use only potentials? I hope someone could have a simple explanation. Thank you in advance

When I create a webform it has no outline for the data entry boxes. Although the form looks great in Zoho, when I embed it in my website, you can't tell where the data entry boxes are. Is there a setting for that?
Attaching a quote to a Lead
I am going through the trial. Is it possible to attach a quote to lead? The reason I want to do this is so I can separate existing customers from prospective customers. If everyone is entered as a contact or account I do not know how to distinguish between users and prospects. I know you can attach quotes to potentials but that seems to be very limited in what information you can attach to a potential. I prefer the leads category much more. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Merging website contact us into CRM leads

Fields in Contact Section in Account?
I imported data that included Contact data, including First/Last/Email but I can't figure out a way to import this so it shows up under the account. I imported it to Contact but that does not help since it is not associated with the account. Is there anyway to import the contact data and have it show under the account tab?

Only recent notes to be shown in ZOHO CRM report
Hi, I am trying to export the opportunity activity report for a rep including any notes created/edited by him on a particular day. I am using "Last activity time" to filter my data for a particular date. But, I am getting multiple rows containing same opportunity but different notes including notes that were created months ago. I want only the notes created/edited on a particular day. But I don't want to exclude the rows where there are no notes. Is there a way around for this ? Thanks
Dedupe by a specific field
I have created an entity number field ( which corresponds to our system numbers). Is there a way to dedupe by this field? all the options I see is Account Name, Phone, Fax and Website. Thanks
Produce a printable Lead Report
We are collecting name, phone, city, state and Notes for each lead we create. Is there a way to produce a report that shows only this information, in either a printable or emailable form?

Quick Edit for Lead Status field dissapeared
Hi We always used popup Edit functionality into Leads module in view mode. But today this functionality dissapeared. Now to edit Lead Status I need to press Edit buttos to turn Lead to edit mode and then I have ability to edit Lead Status. Is it possible to get back quick edit option? How can I do it?
Move products Up & Down on Quote – ZOHO CRM
Hello, I would like to suggest a feature for the quoting process on ZOHO CRM. It would be nice if you could rearrange items/products on the quote instead of only being able to swap them out or delete them. Hyperlink as Field Type (for carrier tracking numbers)
Hi, I would like to have a carrier tracking number field in my potentials module where I can click on the number and it link me to the correct page on the carrier's site. Currently this is not possible. I either have to just store the tracking number and then copy and paste that into the browser or input the full url. Please make it possible to have a hyperlink as a field type or implement some other solution that solves this problem. Thank you.
Can't access/view/edit contacts and leads in CRM
Hello Guys, I am new to Zoho and using zoho since a month back, I was able to see and edit all the contact details of all patients/customers but for the last one week i cant do that although i tried logged in my account using different pcs , i also asked my administrator either he prohibited me to access contact details but he said he allowed me to view and edit contact details but still whenever i search any contact name this message appears. The record(s) you are trying to access is not available.
Creating a contact view with a numeric value
i am trying to create a view based on the Member Status field. I want to it to pull any records that have clicked in the email campaign You can create the view as; Member status contains = {Campaign Name}-Clicked Count-1 but this does not capture if they clicked more than 1 time. I tried these: {Campaign Name}-Clicked Count-<=1 {Campaign Name}-Clicked Count-)<=1) And neither seem to work. Any suggestions on this without having to count to the highest click count? Leah
Picklist on the city field
Is there a way to change the city field to a picklist field? I have a lot of clients that on work on a small geographic area, so there are only about 20 cities in their area. It would be nice to have a drop down that just list those cities. Lanny Brown

Can you make a lead convert on run of a macro? If so, how? I don't see how out of the box with just field update.
Introducing "Due in Days" in the Criteria for Date and Date-time Fields!
Zoho CRM now lets you set criteria for date and date-time fields based on the specific number of due days. As you may already know, the criteria for date and date-time fields in Zoho CRM is set by defining the age of the records. For example, "Potentials that were closed in the previous month" or "Tasks due in the next month" . Leads from other teammates in my feed
For some reason I don't see 'leads' that my reps added in my 'feed' I only see items that i have added to CRM. How do i set it up so i see the 'leads' from all my reps in a consolidated feed?

Zoho from China and Japan.
My Japanese client offices in Japan and China which connect to a single instance of the CRM. Our Japan office has no problem in accessing our account and can work with no speed or stability issues. But our office in China has problems accessing zoho. I read that baihui is the Chinese partner and we need to use an account there which is completely different from the zoho.com instance. I don't want to migrate our account from zoho to baihui. So what is the best solution for this type of scenario.
How to disable inheritance of ownership?
Hi support, In our organization we assign tasks to the users and - after - we assign a single lead to a sale agent. When we change owner also leads all tasks related are assigned to the new owner (sale agent). To replicate: - Create a new lead - Create a new task for the lead - Change lead owner - Take a view to task owner Could we disable inheritance to task or other related elements when we change Owner ? Mobile not syncing to desktop
I am using the latest android app, android 4.4.4, doing the troubleshooting on wifi. I just noticed when using my mobile, info I entered into an account yesterday is not showing up when I view the account on my desktop. Things I have tried: - on mobile - entered something in a unused field. went to home screen. went back to account. entry is still there. Opened account on desktop, entry is NOT there. Refreshed the page, no joy. Created a new account, then searched for it on desktop without success.

We work B2B and sometimes there are related leads. The same owner or contact person may have several businesses. Is there a way to associate them.
Workflow rule triggered by new email attached to contact?
Hi Team,, I would like to trigger a new workflow action based on a new email being attached to a Contact record. Is this possible? I am using Zoho Enterprise? Essentially I am adding an email to a Contact record via the BCC Dropbox function. When the email is attached to the contact record I want to fire and event. There does not appear to be an option for this in the Field Update List in Workflow automation. TIA, Ryan
All Lead Fields not carrying over when converted to account
When a lead is converted, some of the completed fields are not carrying over upon conversion to an account. I created a custom pick list field in both Leads & Accounts, and when I convert the lead that field is blank in the account details.. This has not been a problem with this field previously. It just started happening in the last week.
