Hi, I have setup the "Account" layout I want to be used by all users. How to I clone my layout to all the other users?
will I keep my records after 14 days trial?
Hi, I am interested in to pay ZOho crm licence. I start to import leads; but I will start my activity in 1 month. In 14 days my trial will expire. When I will pay in 1 month, will I still get all my records saved in my zoho account? Or everything will be removed and I will have to import all again? Regards Gauthier
Custom Field Update on Automated Rule>Action
I generated a custom field on the Potential field I want to setup a specific value when a new Potential is created. I went to the Automation section to setup a rule. However in step 4 I dont see the option for a field update. I just see an option for "Send Alerts" or "Assign Tasks". Why can't I see an "Update Fields" as per the screenshot here: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/field-update-custom-field-on-automated-rule-action
problem with closed user
Hello, We have a problem with adding a "new" user. The user was closed accidentally because the user´s email address needs to be changed. Somehow the user cannot accept the invitation of ZOHO CRM because "it´s already part of the CRM account" How can we solve this asap?

How do I transfer the information contain in a Large TextArea into a Small TextArea?
Hi, I have been trying to filter my contacts based on the content of TextAreas for a while now and I have just realised that you can do that if the information is in a Small TextArea (Not in a Large TextArea). As the Small TextArea is a fairly recent feature, I will need to transfer the information from my Large TextAreas into a Small ones. What process should I follow do that without lost of information. We recently upgraded and now cannot access our activities
When we try to open an activity, we get a message saying "The record(s) you are trying to access is not available." This is true for all activities, even new ones created 5 seconds ago. We upgraded from free to Pro on Friday. How do we fix this?
Anybody using digital signatures with ZCRM?
Just wondering if anyone is using digital signatures to sign invoices, quotes etc... How is it working out? Any issues, pitfalls to look out for? Do you integrate with a third party accounting software? I've looked at some apps like echo sign from Adobe... Still a lot of extra clicks to sign. Import from CRM - Account Owner, Last Modifed ID and Created By ID issue
I am trying to import accounts from our previous CRM using the Setup --> Data Administration --> Migrate tool. I need to retain the Account Owner information, as well as Created By and Last Modified By users. It appears that I am unable to set the Account Owner on any records through this method - it assigns my user as the owner on all Accounts, regardless of what is in the Account Owner field. I have tried the user's FirstName LastName, Email Address used to log in, and the actual internal ID that
"View" Name not showing
When switching from one View to another the name of the current view is often not displayed. This is not a huge problem as I can just drop the menu down and select the view I think I'm on in order to verify. However, this is still annoying and I only noticed it happening recently.

Hi is it possible to have a number of fields whos values would show up below in a chart for historical reasons. for example,I am selling a number of variable priced products. changed name and now all data invisible
Dear Support, I changed the name of the Superadmin including the contact email and now it seems all leads, contacts etc. are invisible (hope they are not gone...). What can I do to let's say transfer the rights of the "old" (deleted) user to the "new" (existing) Superadmin? I still have these "verification codes" and hope they can be of help. Webform and assignment issues
I have created a webform and the rules to allow the different users to be assigned leads on a round robin basis. Firstly, I am having problems with the actual webform. When I complete the webform on my site and fill all sections a short while later the lead is added successfully. However, when I view the new lead I cannot see the phone numbers or title that i entered on the webform, i can only see the names and email plus other automated data like the URL...etc. How can this be fixed? Super Admin Password needs changing

Adding a field in Contacts for the person's LinkedIn page address
I read the thread on the terminated integration arrangements between ZohoCRM and LinkedIn. However, until this matter is resolved, I suggest that you provide a field for a LinkedIn page on the Contacts module. In this way I can copy and paste the url from LinkedIn to Zoho. Not perfect but better than nothing. Like When I click on it, the link should directly open on the contact's LinkedIn page, if I'm already signed in. Thanks

Custom Lead Layout without duplicate information
Is there any way to configure the Leads page (and probably other pages) without duplicate information? What I'm seeing is the lead first name and last name in both the Lead Information section and the top section. Is it not possible to display the alphabetic index search list - currently shown at the bottom of the accounts and contacts screens - at the top of the screen as well? I search with 50 records per page displayed and have to scroll down to the bottom each time, which seems unnecessary.

import for the first time
I imported Leads, Accounts, and Contacts today. I am the Admin but I can't see what was assigned to Terrah, the other sales person. I did FIRST import without putting the proper Username in the import file, so I had to delete out all the Leads so I could import again (given we just started and are on the FREE platform, so no overwriting offered).
