Need Two Account Owners
I have different sales staff for beer and wine, and both call on many of the same accounts. I would like them each to be "owner" of these shared accounts, based on their login. I cannot find this function. My workaround may be to have two accounts for every client, assigned to different owners. I would name them as "--Beer" and "--Wine." To do this, can I clone all of my accounts easily? Is there not a more elegant solution?
WorkFlow Rule for Task Module not Triggering
Hello everyone, I'm trying to set a workflow rule for the Task Module that triggers when the due date is today. If i get it right, the 'Execute Based on Date Field' would suit this purpose just fine. So i've set the rule to execute on task due date and also the time of execution, but usually when this time comes nothing happens. I don't have any criteria specified for i want this rule to apply to all my tasks no matter what, and i made sure that a few instant actions were in place before waiting
Zoho Quote Product Title
Hi, When doing a quote, is it possible to view more of the product title? Reason I ask is that we have multiple products that are very similar and we will use the same starting description. When adding to a quote, you can only see approx the first 25 character [......................... ], which in our instance could easily lead to the incorrect item being added, or missing that its incorrect as it not visible until you click on the title and scroll across or export to a template. Is there a way to create a shortcut to a specific report. Similar to how templates work for emails, when i'm on a contact or an account, I would like to run a quick report that pulls specific info from the account (or contact) rather than going to the reports module and finding the report then changing it to pull specific data. Product information view under Accounts
Hello. I have setup my Products page to show the main fields i want to see. It does this in my search as well. But, when I go into an account and scroll down to where the products are, I am not seeing the fields i want to see. How i can change the Product Fields that are being shown when I am in the Accounts module. I hope i'm asking this correctly. We really need to see the Serial Number field when looking at the account. CRM - Report: manage difference from YEAR
Hello there, We wish make a report with "Potentials" modules that show the difference from First Trimester of 2014 and First Trimester of 2015 i try to set 2 report with 2 different gap of time but still is so difficoult to read online, (open a report per tab on browser)... ... A solution that i think is to make a custom field that automaticaly get the value "2015-T1" if the date of closed potential is between Jen - March and "2015-T2" etc.. how is it possible to do ? thanks - Zoho Specialist
Sequence numbers for Imported Contacts
I am importing records into Zoho CRM while I am also using the product interactively. Is there an easy way to inquire what the highest Sequence number is among all existing records? I can get a pretty good guess by doing an export of contacts, but my total record count exceeds the 2,000 records I can retrieve in a single report. I need to be able to be sure I am not overwriting any records with new records I upload.

Hello, I signed up for a free account as i have a small business and has about 7 sales staff. When i log into the account, i get a message "Your Enterprise Trial expires in 13" days and it continues. Please let me know the following: 1. What will happen when this expires? Will the data that i entered be lost? 2. I did not sign up for an enterprise version. Why is this message coming up? 3. Is there a storage limitation on this free account? If so what happens when i run out of space?
How to add deactivated user again?
Hi Zoho Team We have deactivated a user from our account for a while, now we want to add the same user. So we deleted that particular user's account (As per Zoho support team suggestion) and we sent the invite again. Unfortunately while clicking the invite the msg says" Account disabled" and when we contacted the support team we received a reply like we have closed our Zoho account itself but we dint it is still active. I have setup email alerts in Zoho that send a formatted letter to my exchange server. I have code written to process the emails on my client which started failing this week. My automation setup is very simple the email template appear as lable:value lable:value but since earlier this week I am receiving the emails as lable:valuelable:value Looking at the emails it appears the line end [carriage return] is gone even though the template is unchanged. Unable to custoize the Quotation and Invoice screen?
Dear, My Zoho User ID is 39236873 I have following issues with the enterprise version: 1. in Invoice, we get a 16 digit invoice on (which is not custmizable) 2. in Quote, the table containing Product Name, Qty, Rate and Total is distorted. Hw do I manage? Please advise as due to unable to use it to full extent, we didnot make payment for enterprise version and because of which now Quotes, Invoice etc important tabs have disappeared now. Please advise. Opportunity owner to see contact info
Hello! I'm trying to set up Zoho CRM to suit our needs. There basically are 1. The owner of an opportunity should be able to see (and ideally edit) the contact info. 2. Hi I have found that the Address fields in Zoho CRM to be very inadequate. There is only one STREET line in each segment... Billing, Shipping etc. So I added Billing Street 2 & 3, Shipping Street 2 & 3 etc so I can have my addresses entered properly. I found I had to do this for LEADS & ACCOUNTS individually. Email Archive customize rules
Hello, while doing the email linking, I noticed I largely exceeded the email limit when I put the Gmail emails imported. i wouldnt mind deleated the archives from Zoho (they would need to stay on GMAIL as well) but I do would like to keep the emails that I had with my clients in zoho, to keep track. is that possible in anyway to delete everything except the email exchanges with registered clients ?

Hi, can you explain how the Forecast is supposed to work? What do the different categories (best case, committed, pipeline) mean? Uploaded companies contacts, but left out some information
I downloaded all of our companies contacts, but left out the zip code, website address of customer, and our customer number for that particular company. Adding additional information after account import
Is there anyway to add additional customer information by uploading a second time after you have done the initial import. (ie) I left out a field say the zip code by accident, can I pull all the same information and upload it again, but this time include the zip code and maybe the country, or something else. Email- incoming server port issue
Hi I have a problem setting up my email on the Zoho CRM system. Our incoming server port is 143 and its an IMAP email account. Our outgoing server port is 25. Now I can change the outgoing server port but I cannot change the default incoming email server port as it won't change from 995 to anything else (I want to change it to 143). Is there any way I can change the incoming server port number on the Zoho CRM email settings? Otherwise is there any other way for my email to work on the Zoho CRM platform?
