How to create sub categories for items in the products section.
I work for an upholstery company and I am currently adding in our products into the products screen. However I would like to be able to click on products and then be able to click on a category such as sofas and then see all the types of sofas. Is this possible?
Ability to search all reports from Reports tab
I have many folders of reports. Currently I need to maximize all folders to CTRL-F the page for a report which is time consuming and not user-friendly. Can there just be a simple search box on the reports page that searches the title and description of the report?
Visit report
Good day everybody, I was wondering if, after a scheduled meeting it is possible to write a descent visit report. This report summaries the topics discussed during the meeting. This report also needs to be sent to various users (within Zoho) or alternative by email. If I schedule a meeting, I can only write a note afterwards.. Any suggestions? Regards, Phil

Hello everybody, I would like to issue a visit report, after we have visited a (potential) client. This report needs to be sent via email to the people concerning it within our company. Futhermore I would like to have this option linked to a action (meeting). Is there any option? I've only found the notes option under meeting, but this option will not do. Thanks for any input. Contact Notes sort oder
Is there anyway to sort, re-order, contact notes? It appears that the "natural" sort is oldest first and continues on down to the latest note. If you keep a lot of notes on a contact, you have to do a whole lot of down scrolling in order to see the latest note. Is there a way to reverse the order and have the most recent note show at the top of the list? Alternatively, is there a way to title the note by date and have the sort order or natural presentation done by title/date newest to oldest?
Do I need to add Mail Chimp or Cazoomi to my Zoho CRM for email marketing?
I would like to create an email marketing campaign out of Zoho CRM contacts module. Do I need an app like Mail Chimp and/or Cazoomi to get features like auto responder and opt out or can Zoho do all this by itself without the need for additional paid apps?
Import from Highrise
I'm a bit confused about importing from Highrise to ZOHO CRM as I don't understand how the Company and Person fields will split when imported to ZOHO Is there a best practice way to do this import? Thanks

Lower user levels can't see superior level changes
We’ve been facing some difficulties, because every time that a superior level introduces some changes or create new fields, the lower levels are not able to see them or use them, even after that accesses are given to them. For other others, the lower level users keep having the same information they had before the changes, and they can’t use the new or modify fields created by a superior level. Won vs. Lost potential report
Question: I would like to view a simple report that shows our percentage of won vs. lost potentials. No data sharing since my trial finished
Hi, HELP! I am using the Free edition CRM since my trial period expired. I am (as an administrator) trying to share data (accounts, leads, contacts etc) that I have created, and I am owner of, with another user I have created, but he cannot see any records. The Data Sharing Settings on the Setup page is greyed out (as this is a Paid Edition only function) so I cant check to see if sharing is switched off. How can I fix this?
Can't click on the crm icon to add a contact from an email with just one of our log ons
I can perform this function with this account from the administrator log in but not from the actual user's log in.
Sorting by Stage in Potentials View
In the past, I have been able to sort all Potentials by Stage and it would stay sorted when going to the next page. For some time now, after sorting by Stage in my Potentials view, the sorting does not carry over onto the next pages. This is very frustrating and I don't even know how it's sorting to make sense of it. Is there any way to fix this without creating a report? My Stages are already numbered, so the sorting is correct, it just doesn't continue onto the proceeding pages.

Adding contacts to a Campaign from the Contact Module
It would be great if you could select contacts from the Contact Module view and add them to a Campaign instead of having to create a report to download a CSV file into the campaign. I know you can run a query on the campaign module but is there a way to add from the Contacts Module if you just want to select a few existing contact records at a time?
Workflow SMS function in zoho creator
I am trying to setup an Zoho crm workflow that calls a custom function to send a sms message using twilio. The function is as follows: void sms (string Phone) { sms_response = twilio.sms.send("Twilio","5455544454","tester"); } I want to use the input variable in place of the phone number but for testing i have just put my mobile phone number here. This does not seem to send anything. This same function works in zoho creator but does not work in zoho crm as a custom function. Is this a limitation

How do I identify multiple records within another module in a custom field?

Flow thro o address data
I have made this suggestion /comment over several years and always come back to it in the hope the developers will do something about it. The original ZOHO had only one Street Address in the Account & Contact Templates. By using the set-up & adding 2nd Street to the Billing Address to cope with longer addresses, it should allow for this data to flow thro to the Shipping address when clicking on the copy over function. Not all price book products showing in sales order pick list
Hi - I have a problem in that I have imported 48 products into a new price book divided into 3 sections of four products spread over three years (2015/2016/2017/2018) 48 individual products in total. When I then go to create a sales order and I get to the section where it says to "Choose products" for some reason only 24 products show in the pick list and they are randomly listed (not in numerical order) with 2017 coming first before the products in 2015 etc some are even jumbled up in years (not

Zoho can only be used in small companies due to lack of Email Privacy
In Zoho you can set up Organisations/Groups/Roles etc to control which users can see which information. However - when you use Zoho to send emails to clients - then you have no control over who can see these emails. ALL users who can access the client record can see ALL of the emails sent to the client. This is a major limitation of Zoho. Candidate's names in alphabetic order
