Regular timeout or time out issues
I am encountering on many occasions issues with time out. I click on anything and it just looks like it is hanging. waiting for crm.zoho.com. It stays like that for 2-3 mins until it eventually time out. When I keep clicking again and again it works. However, it happens on 1 out of 3 clicks. Anyone has an idea why it is like that? I am using Firefox or Safari browser but the problem persists on both. I do not have a firewall. Thanks Alex
Zoho CRM page Time-out
I've tried from 2 computers, and whenever I either sign in, or click on zoho crm logo, or just click on my shortcut to zoho crm, the page times out. I haven't been able to log in from a computer in 2 days. The whole crm page won't load, not just a particular module. When I entered a note for a contact then hit save, I received the error message above. When I did so on another contact, it seemed to work. When I went back to the original contact, it saved OK, but a thin vertical red line appeared on the left side of the note, then faded away. Why is that, please? Thank you.
How to convert a Lead to another module?
I go into leads>convert but it says it's going to create a new contact. But I don't want it to create a new contact, I want to be able to click convert and select which module to convert it to. I have multiple modules, "Leads", "Company A jobs", "Company B Jobs", and "Company C Jobs". When a lead comes in with it's info, then when we finish what we need to do while its a lead, its time to convert it to a job and depending on the leads info they have to be converted to a specific company. example:
Leads not showing under sales person
Hi, When logged in as the Administrator; Leads entered yesterday show as new leads and when you isolate the Sales person it also shows under them. Today, when a lead is entered you can find it under leads but when you isolate the sales person it doesn't show under them as a lead...but it is in leads (with them as the Lead owner) Confused???

converting leads to "junk"
I am trying to figure out how to turn leads into "inactive" leads. I was told there was an option under the drop down menu for Leads to make them "junk". I do not see this option and am wondering where to find this.

A better looking form???
I've created my web to lead form and have embedded it into my website. However, it looks so dry...visually. 2 questions.... 1. Is there a way to customize the look of an embedded form? 2. Is there a gateway or other method of taking emailed form submission information and populate into Zoho automatically? In other words, using my existing web form (non-Zoho), and having Zoho read the person's information from the formatted email and populate Zoho? Any help is appreciated. MIKE
MOving up Contacts Email History

Changed Account owner without change the Potential Owner
We have a lot Account(Clients) with their related Potential(Sales). We want to change the Account Owner of several Account but we want to keep the Potential Owner of their Potential. The reason is that we want to track the user responsible of the sales. Now the System(Zoho Crm) is change the Potential Owner alike when we change the Account Owner. Are there a way to avoid this behavior in Zoho Crm and keep the original Potential Owner?

Sales Order addition errors
We have been experiencing an unusual problem with Sales Orders not adding properly. Over the last 1000 ( approx) Sales Orders - about 4 or 5 of did not add up correctly. We find the problem when customer billing or credit card charges are incorrect, and we get calls from customers. Contacts stick to wrong accounts
Hi, I have a big problem with Zoho, I have different a lot of different projects and each project has a different list. My problem is when I import the contacts to match the accounts the contacts can sometimes stick to the wrong account. Say for example I have 2 lists with some of the same accounts on each but I need to import the two lists as they are different projects and there will be different notes for Joe Bloggs that works for company A in project 1 compared to Joe Bloggs that works for company

MASS MAIL to CONTACTS in SELECTED ACCOUNTS
I know most of us would like to email our clients with special offers. As a result, the best avenue is to selected by ACCOUNTS (ex: type "customer) and then email to all CONTACTS in that account. Hi there! I have spent some time to organize my Accounts (customers) into relevant categories (using Industry field) + I spend great deal of time to add contacts to those accounts. Now I need to send an email to several customers (Accounts) in certain category. Can not find a way to do it. No email option in Campaigns, no such thing in Accounts. How I am supposed to communicate with my existing customers? Am I missing a point about purpose of CRM?
Mass Emails in Zoho CRM
I am pretty sure that I properly sent a mass email to about 50 contacts (I am a paid Zoho CRM subscriber). I sent myself a test email before I sent the mass email and it worked. Normally I would have gotten some response from these people. I am beginning to think that it didn't go through. I can't find any record of it being sent in the audit records. Random Characters in e-mails received in Lotus Notes
I am having a strange problem. I have e-mails that are automatically sent out based on certain criteria. About 9 months ago, random characters started appearing in the e-mails. In different places, but consistently. Either "&! nbsp;" or just an exclamation mark. Usually both at least once or twice per e-mail. Here's the strange thing. If I just chose the e-mail template manually (as opposed to it be sent automatically when a Rule is invoked) - it looks perfect. And when I copy myself at a G-Mail
