Outlook integration for contacts: are deletions only sync'd one way?
When I delete a Contact in ZCRM it is also deleted in Outlook Contacts (which is good). But when I delete a Contact in Outlook Contacts it is NOT deleted in ZCRM. Is this deliberate? If so, can you explain it to me please? Many thanks Steve

Custom "Lookup field" in lead not converting
Hi, I am trying to create a "broker" custom field in lead which is a lookup field (lookup from contact) and have it convert to a new "broker" custom field in contacts, accounts and deals. I understand that all of these fields need to have the same properties in order for me to link them.
