Incomplete domain registration to Zoho mail.
Hi, I tried to register my domain amlakfinance.net but I lost internet connection half way through hence I couldn't finish the registration, now when I tried to start the fresh registration for Zoho mail it says domain already registered, hence please delete the incomplete registration so that I can register my domain again.
Not Receiving Emails

Folder missing from email
Last night when I logged into my emails, about 80% of my folders have disappeared. If I search for emails that should be in those folder I can find them, but I cannot navigate to them via the folders as the folders are missing. This is on my PC and also on the Zoho mail app (Android). Help!

How do you change your name next to your email address? You can change your name in settings but that does not affect the name that appears from the sender. HELP!??!
My domain is no longer available
I have a domain hosted by ZOHO "stratusdigital.co.zw". The past few days my domain name can no longer be found when I try to log into my email using the domain link. I can, however, log into my mail accounts when I go directly via the ZOHO login page. I am also unable to receive any emails but I seem to be able to send to some addresses. I have new Zoho Mail forwarded to a GMAIL Account - this has worked fine for a few years until I started changing passwords due to Heartbleed - apparently I failed to update a recent Zoho password change in my gmail account - and even after updating the info I still get the following error message. Server denied POP3 access for the given username and password. After checking with the Mail Fetcher help in gmail it suggests ZOHO may not be supoorting POP3 access. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I can't receive emails from my website
Hi, I can't receive emails from my website complancerkenya(dot)co(dot)ke. The mx records are successfully pointed to zoho and the email routing is set to remote. Despite all these no emails come through to support@complancerkenya(dot)co(dot)ke when sending through the contact form. I can send and receive no emails without any issue on the zoho platform. Hello all, I just switched to the new 2018 Zoho mail interface. Great technical improvement, but it's a bit too much bells and whistles for me. All these extra apps on the far left, the Streams "ad" above my inbox, the Smart Chat on the bottomline. Probably they're of use for people in large company's, but for me it's just too much. Hi, I got a new PC and loaded up all the settings into outlook. Mails started downloading and now just will not connect to the server.
