archive email - .pst replacement
I have a strategic question. If we were to transfer to Zoho Business, how would the archiving of emails work? right now we have a 250 mb limit on the MS Exchange for email, but we are also required by law to save all of our emails. To archive them, we drag them off the Exchange server into .pst files in Outlook. Currently I have about 3 GB of archived emails and that number grows every day. Do you have a plan for allowing users to archive emails? Is it possible to create a .pst file type system that

Admin account inactive

I am getting mail bounced with these error codes when I send from my iphone or ipad. They don't bounce when I send it from web mail. using Amazon Route 53 with Zoho Mail
Hi, I transfer all of my records to Route 53 and still get an error that there is a problem with domain. When I use MxToolLookup it says " DNS Record not found " which I am not sure what that means. I run a small business development/management company and I setup and mange clients emails and websites. Is it possible to add all the domains and emails under my profile? Each domain has approximately 2 or 3 aliases? I would like to be to able to use groups to chat to them etc. Thanks in advance.
List mails from sender
When reviewing a folder: 1. Right clicking on the "From" part of the list one of the options is: "List mails from sender" 2. Selecting this option returns: "No messages matched your Search" This is despite looking at several emails from the same person/company on the first page alone. This option seems to work in the "Inbox" but not in the Folders. Is there a problem with my setup or is this a software issue in the process of being update or ? Ability to attach documents/voice messages/emails to the CRM that are not from the client.
If I get a an attached document that is sent from or forward from another email address I have no way from the email to attach it to a specific CRM record. I have to download the document to my desktop / then I have to go the the CRM and attach it that way. Unread mail in sent folder
Hi, In Zoho Mail it says I have 8 unread messages in the sent folder. If I right click, the option to mark the Sent folder Read is greyed out / unselectable. I can not filter mail by read/unread in the sent folder (no option for that) If I search only Unread mail in the sent folder the results include Read mail items. It seems like its impossible to mark these Unread mail as read, or even to find them in the sent folder. Is there some thing I am missing here? BTW I am using the old version of Zoho
