Outlook went crazy, and blocked my account

I spent some time cleaning up my mail on the zoho server deleting some and archiving others. Now when I go back into my mail on my MacBook Pro I can't see many of the emails that were not deleted or archived even though I can see them in the in box on the zoho server. How can I restore the inbox in my computer?
Forwarded email reply issue
I have successfully set my zoho account to forward to my yahoo account. I sent a test email to my zoho from a third account, and the test email was successfully forwarded to yahoo. However, when I tried to reply to the test email in yahoo, the reply did not go to my third account. How do I ensure that replies to forwarded messages are delivered? Thanks

Emails not recieved from certain senders - completely lost, no bounce
Hi, Since last week, I have had a major issue whereby I am not receiving emails from certain people. I know of at least 2 people who I have spoken to on the phone as I didn't receive emails I was expecting. There could be more, but sadly I have no way of knowing. There is no bounce back sent to the sender, so they assume that I received the email. No settings have changed on my side and no quota issues are present. Delay in forwarding mail to another email address
Hi there, I'm noticing severe email delays in my emails and they are inconsistent. Sometimes they range from 5mins to 1hr. I've noticed it on 2 of my emails that use the zoho client. I really like what zoho provides but if I can't find a solution for this I may have to switch to another email client. Can you please help and suggest a solution? Thank you.

iOS 9 and Share Feature
I recently switched to an iPhone 5s under iOS 9.2.1 and I noticed that when I'm in apps (for example, Photos) and I try to share content, Zoho Mail is not listed as an app that I can share through. Is there some development that Zoho can do on the iOS app to make it possible to share content?

Contacts and Calendat in Outlook Client
I am new to Zoho. I am in the process of migrating from an exchange server to zoho. Small org, only 5 mailboxes. I just added my zoho domain account to Outlook using the IMAP option... But I do not see any Calendar or Contacts associated with that account. Does anyone know why? I need contacts and Calendars to sync with Outlook and mobile devices. Chris
Can't access my Zoho e-mail both from computer and mobile

Reset my admin password
I created an email account and attached a domain, and set up maybe 2 other email accounts about 2 years ago... heh... and never used the accounts. Now I am bringing the project back to life, but forgot my zoho login passwords... and I cannot tell whether the admin external email is getting the password reset emails. Is there another way I can retrieve this password? Thanks!

Finding contact by name
I have a contact I'll call John Smith. He is in my contacts as John Smith with an email of jsmith@gmail.com. If I start in the mail client and type "john" in the "To", "CC" or "BCC" fields, nothing comes up. If I type "Smith", nothing comes up. If I type "js" he shows up by email along with other emails that begin with js. I then click within the left column of the email client, the "Contacts" button. My contacts are shown. CRM form not sending email, nor adding the lead
